Jiselle did not want to be at work and it showed. She was not helpful and had a nasty attitude the whole time we were there. She was on the lot and did not see me come in, so after waiting several minutes, I walked outside and whistled. When she asked me what time I would be dropping off, I told her 30 minutes later. She said, oh because you were late. I said no, because when i get here I have to wait 15 minutes then go searching for you on the lot. She said its because you expect them to work. I said I understand that, however if your location installed a bell or put a sign with the phone number on the desk to alert them it would help them. I told her I understood that wasn't up to her but suggestions she could make. She then got to the credit card part. I let her know we do not carry our central bill credit card, that we have to use it and I have everytime. She pointed to the credit card machine and said no you have to swipe it right there. I said nope, we rent 3 to 4 times a year and thats not how we do it. She said well that's what you're going to have to do. I asked her for a phone number of someone who was going to actually be helpful this morning and she gave me 1800gouhaul. While going through the phone tree, she asked me if I knew the cc #, to which I told her I did. She let me enter it. I asked her to go outside and inspect the truck, she refused and said you got a link. I let her know I did not have a link. She said take pictures and you can address it when you return. I told her the bumper looked like it was hanging off, she didn't care. I said okay, I'll take a video, since it is clear you don't want to and I'm not going to stand out there all day taking pictures. Drop off person was much nicer with a positive attitude.Stacey A.

Important instructions exlcuded during renting, bing bam boom sign here paperwork given. No verbal communication of do's and dont's in procedures or expectations. Customers expected to read the fine print despite busy moving quickly and therefore ti be charged extra. I rented the 26" uhual 1 mile from old and new moving address, son returned the 3/26/22 night before it was due at Noon. Managers Bianca said I "dumped" it there. The Uhual parking lot only 3 have spots available since the managers takes the one by hancdicap. None of the spots fit a 26' moving trailer . The trailer has to be parked in an angle to let incoming traffic through in front of gate and parking. According to Bianca manager the customer has the one and ONLY key to the rental. Therefore Manager could not move it to the back where it is house since she did not have a spare. What company does not have spares to their vehicles? I came in early morning 3/26 way before noon when trailer was due. I was charged and extra $20 dumping fee despite I was early and didn't have access to check it in online. I have used this location many times before this Manager Bianca. Will never use them again and will not recommend to another unless Management is trained to be helpful to customers to avoid a spider web money trap. I will be posting on yelp as well. I was not only physically & mentally exhausted from a week straight of packing and moving myself but then to be insulted and overcharged by a company I trusted and depended on for many years as well as my family. I tried to apologize appease this manager but she was not having it and kept saying its in your fine print 10 page paperwork in which no one has time to read upon renting the truck and moving at the same time. Very unreasonable service. and to think I over paid on gas tank too thinking i was being courteous in returning early and putting in more gas than requested. What a salty experience. If possible I would love for someone to contact me for a partial refund.Lisa S.

This location seemed very unorganized. The employees were rude. While waiting in line I observed an employee answer a phone call from another customer and I was shocked how rude they were to to the person on the phone. One employee's girlfriend was hanging around talking to them when I was trying to get a truck. There's not enough parking spots there for people to be hanging out. When I turned the truck in, I was told, "you're good to go". Then I was told I'd be charged $25 if I didn't come back and fold the furniture blankets. Then another employee was a little snippy and said " there's a sticker on the truck that says so". Well I never saw a sticker on the truck, was never told that when picking up the truck, nor did I read that when adding blankets to my reservation. I came back and folded the blankets, while the employees sat around. I will never come to this location for anything ever again, and will try to avoid uhaul in the future. I almost rented an Enterprise truck for this move, and I wish I would have. I've had very positive experiences with Uhaul, and this location until this week.Jerry W.

I am livid and extremely upset , after 2 attempts to get the truck I reserved, I stood out in freezing temperatures in freezing rain trying to get the code to gain access to the lock , an after the second failed attempt I was completely frozen and angry. We waited over 20 minutes for some one to come to the office to assist us in returning the truck. This was after we called the service number. We proceeded to call the supervisor's number and he was rude over the phone. An employee showed up and was incredibly rude and rushed us out the door. Terrible customer service.
