I was having to pay late because of the increase and they forgot to take their lock off my unit several days after I paid. I had driven from over an hour away and when I called about getting into my unit, I was told there was nothing that could be done because the office had just closed.

Kathleen J | Overall ExperienceRows between storage units are very narrow. This facility often stores trucks and trailers at the end of the storage units making it difficult to maneuver with moving trucks. The staff was helpful when you asked for something but several of them did not go out of their way to help at all and did not appear to like what they did. I little customer service goes a long way and although one of the staff was really helpful the rest were well below average with no Thank you or smiles while helping you.
