Didn’t have the truck we ordered Told lady on the phone we wanted a sprinter van. She said ok. When we got there we found out they only have regular vans. Told lady on the phone we need something tall Then they were going to put me in a 10 ft truck but one headlight was burnt out. Ended up with a 15 ft truck which I didn’t need and burns way more gas!! Also it was raining and truck leaked and puddled up in truck so we had to use a rental blanket to soak up water which we were charged for. Not happy We had a mattress that that got soaked on the bottom Won’t use UHaul again

Trailer was old and leaked rainwater. The U-Haul employee did not ensure the electrical cable was secured, and it dragged on the ground shortly after moving, making the running lights inoperable.

Too many customers (6 or 7) too few staff. Was scheduled to pick up the truck at 9, was almost 10 when I got it. Other customer had reserved a truck but the staff rented it to someone else and they could not find another similar one. Everyone was waiting for them to resolve the issue.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The vehicle performed to expectation, but I was told that the truck was full of fuel, but it was not entirely. When I returned the truck, it was full of fuel. I alerted the employee, and even took a picture prior and one upon returning the truck, and received no acknowledgment.

corporate dispatcher arbitrarily decided to have me pick up trailer at another location ... offer small 10% discount for "inconvenience". I totally rejected this. My local dealer had plenty of proper trailer only a 1/2 mile from my house. It was unprofessional to change things...not happy with this move by corporate! My local rep Darrel was most excellent!

The truck I reserved was not “available” even though there was another 26’ truck there. I was told that someone else had reserved that particular truck and I had been downsized from a 26’ to 20’ truck. My appointment for pickup was 8 am and the others appt was 10 am. I was forced to make 2 trips moving vs one if I had the 26’ truck that I reserved. Also, the 26’ truck that was there and I was told I couldn’t take was still there on the yard when I returned the 20’ truck I was downsized to. Not happy at all.

Be faster in crediting my charge card for unused money. You charged my card $100. My amount charged was $27 to rent the uhaul. It has been 24 hours and my account has still to be credited.

Get better people who actually have customer service background and are friendly and knowledgeable. My car does not work now thanks to whatever the guy did when he hooked it up to the tow dolly..big waste of money.

My overall experience with Uhaul was terrible. The pickup was a joke that got our day off to a slow and annoying start. I was called on Saturday (day before pickup) and told that the truck wasn't available in Dahlonega (where we scheduled the pickup) so we had to go to Murrayville to get it. For that inconvenience I was given 20 free miles making my mileage 220 miles. When I got to the store to pickup the truck and pay, the store didn't want to take my money so I had to call uhaul to pay over the phone. Did that, then had to drive back to the other store that has the truck to pickup a truck that had a quarter of a tank in gas in it. When I received the text and email about the drop off location, it was the wrong location. I had to call to tell them again where I could drop off the truck. They fixed that. The truck was dropped off Sunday night. I get the bill this morning and was only allotted 200 miles. I called to discuss why I didn't get the extra 20 miles (per Saturday's call because the truck couldn't be picked up in the location we agreed) and now they don't want to give me that! The lady on the phone called the dept that made that call and they said I was confused! Now, how I'm gonna be confused when they called me with the bad news that I had to travel further to get the truck, told me they would give 20 free miles totaling 220 miles and I'm confused? This entire experience has been a nightmare. I will not be using Uhaul again and I'll be sure to tell my friends. Now I'm waiting up to 3 days for uhaul management to call me back and give me what they promised. Overall unhappy and ticked off!

I showed up at the counter and asked if a truck was available for a local rental. They said no. I went home and checked for one elsewhere, and found that I was able to reserve one immediately at the same location where they refused to rent me one. I got my truck, all was well, but don’t understand why I had to make two trips to the same location.

I was told that I could drop ff equipment after hours if I downloaded app. However, I could never link the rental to my account so was unable to do this and thus had to return during business hours to avoid the $20 processing fee. Folks at the rental lacation were great both for pickup and dropoff.

just keep it the way it is,i had interaction with no less than three employees and they were all great, the only problem is uhaul charged almost as what the initial rental charge for a dropoff charge

The service was SLOW even though only one other customer was in the showroom when I picked the truck up. My time was of no concern. I was not asked to do a walk around on the truck before leaving. The inside cargo space in the truck was VERY went near the front on the floor and on the "shelf". We had to dry out the puddled water before we could load. When I returned the truck we had the same issue. No one was eager to help and our time was not a consideration. This is my second issue at this location in less than a year.

The key lock needs to be improved for better quality. I was difficult to get the key from the box so I literally had to stay for an extra hour for the representative to come get lock box open. The workers are nice but they are not very professional. I smelled weed when i was talking to one of the employees.

My reservation was for 7AM. I got there right at 7, but no one got there to open the store until about 7:30AM. I completed the move and brought the truck back around 3PM. The lady in the store said that I could leave the keys in the truck and she would complete the check in because she was with a customer. So now it’s the next day and I just get an email for the check in. They just checked the truck in and I got charged for two rentals! Terrible experience!!! They refunded me $73.02, which I’m really not sure if that was enough of a refund. Please re-train the employees at this location.

I wish that the chip card reader worked. The associate had to key in my card details manually and I really don't feel that this is a safe practice.

Online check out and check in did not work. Staff assistance for check out was excellent. Check in website didn’t work properly so checked in manually when opened, but location was understaffed. Was told to just leave meys in the unit and would process later. Emailed me a receipt with an extra day, that I did not have, and now not responsive from email link provided to contact about bill (sent two requests to review). Not paying extra day because their process was lacking. Now I have to call or go back by to straighten out, or dispute charge to my card. What a hassle!

The problem was the sliding door to building didn’t work at all. They had to disconnect it and leave it open the entire time. Also the entrance is not smooth and the cart has to be lifted over 2 bumps
