Not only is the equipment and storage in impeccable order, the staff is incredibly helpful, organized, and knowledgeable. I'm glad I ended up at this location. Thank you!!

DAVID K | Overall ExperienceIt was not the requested drop off location. The person I moved was 4 blocks from a location and I had to travel 10 miles the opposite way to drop off the trailer. I requested the one on 7th Ave North. But U-Haul changed it without my permission or knowledge.

CHRISTOPHER SService at Pickup Location (Bozeman) was fine, however services at origination location (Maine) were horrible. Drop off times were changed without customer input, box was dropped off fork lift which resulted in box breaking up. Items had to be repacked. Several items were damaged. Bozeman was very sympathetic to our issues and did arrange to have the box delivered ahead of time so we could inspect the contents for damage.

JOHN DIt was not the most convenient. I was told at the rental I could drop off in Healdsburg but then told by text and a rep when I called, that it was not the case. That said, the personnel at the Santa Rosa drop made the return very quick and easy.

SARAH JThe truck was absolutely filthy inside. Check engine light was on and only had 1/4 ,tank of gas. I asked the attendant what if I run out of gas? He said, well, just call us then. Are you kidding me? 8 called them immediately after I drove off and said the check engine light was on and the truck was not running great, the attendant said, yah, we'll not it on your contract. We know the check engine light is on. I told him the website advertises at $.89 a gallon but he charged me $1.09 a gallon. He said, yah, well its the weekend. I said but you advertise at $.89 a gallon not $1.09, he said, nothing I can do about it. Absolutely the worst customer service. When I asked him about only having 1/4 tank of gas, he said we don't have a gas pump here, I said, so what, go to the gas station and put some gas in it. He just rolled his eyes. The windshield had like an exploded vanilla shake all over the glass. Dirt all over the dash and gauges. Pop was spilled all down the console and doors. I won't be using this location again and will share my experience with everyone. I took pictures to document everything. Really sad the employees couldn't give a shit!!!

Lori V | First ImpressionsThis is probably my fault for not checking in when I arrived, but I assumed that since I did the self check in process online that I could go straight to my unit and start moving in. However, I did not know that there was a key pad where I needed to enter my code to shut the alarm off. So I accidentally set the alarm off when I opened my unit. The employee was friendly and understanding and showed me how to disarm and rearm the alarm for next time though! My biggest complaint is the lack of gutters on the units. The snow on the roof was melting and dripping down the day I planned on moving in. Everything I moved in got wet, I got wet, the floor was wet and slippery. The water was even splashing off the ground and into the entrance of the unit. I laid down a tarp and towels to reduce the water in the unit and was drying off boxes and shelves as I went, but it became too much of a hassle so I called it quits shortly after starting. This meant I had to spend a second day moving into the unit instead of just the one. Gutters would have solved this problem and made my move in experience much better. Even though the units are raised a bit off the ground, I am now worried that melting snow and/or rain will leak under the door and into my unit, especially with the weather here in Montana. I hope this problem will be resolved and gutters will be installed. I didn't catch either of their names but both the man and woman that were working on my two move in days (March 21 and 22) were fantastic. Five stars for them!
