I set up the reservation to pick up the truck for 24/7 Truck Share because I had to pick up at 830am, before the U-Haul office starting time (9am). When I tried to pick it up at 830am, the app indicated that the the order is for hand delivery only so I had to wait to see the store manager to come serve me manually. The store manager said she had the order but she somehow forgot to set it up for the 24/7 Truck Share for the morning. This is not acceptable because it delayed my schedule for myself and also for the people who helped me out. Luckily I only had to wait 30 mins but it would have been really bad if I had to pick it up on 6am and wait till 9am. I also had to mention that I called the "out of office hour" number at the door to call to figure out the situation but no one answered. I am not happy with the service I had today.

I went in early to secure all paper work and get storage unit. Well the salesman gave me a unit number. So, we left to get the traler and being under the stress of moving. We went to unload. Well holly cahoes. Gate wouldn't work when we applieed our number even with the help of a employee. Then after driving around gor 20 minutes decided there was no such unnit. The the employee took us back to the office to find out those hadnt been set up yet. So the lady so upset I didnt get her name. Said she could set us up on a inside unit. So, she did well it increased my rental cost So. I.m not a happy camper at all. But last minute need I had to go with it. I think yoy need Train your employees

I am so pleased and amazed with the great customer service Loretta, the manager and her crew offer to their customers! It's a well oil machine that makes your visit very comfortable. It’s really sad after answering “yes” to several questions about the facility and staff, and to rate this location with two stars. Why? It’s this... I vacated my storage unit on the 22nd. I asked what more do I need to do as my unit was cleared out. The staff said to leave the door up/open, and they’ll take care of it. Following the Christmas holiday I received an email notifying me of a late fee. I wasn’t pleased with this, but having called corporate and then speaking with the manager, the matter was resolved. I was set to leave another five star review; but then Sunday I received a message from my brother who was concerned about a late fee and monthly rental charge. This upset me greatly as now my Emergency contact was sent a bill. An Emergency contact is not someone who’s a co-sign to a rental agreement. It’s someone who’s to be notified if something should happen to me... injury, or death. Really?! You’ve sent my brother a bill? Any idea of what harassment is? I really should stick you with a one star rating, but unlike U-Haul sending my brother a bill, I’m a touch more considerate, understanding, and forgiving. It would be wise that a handwritten apology be sent to my brother. Is that asking too much for someone to do as an adult, and kind human being? Beware all others now when filling out that section of a rental agreement. Guard your contacts from any nuisance correspondence that will result in unnecessary drama, and stress.

Truck was filthy inside. I had to clean it before I would put my girlfriend inside. Cargo van was not cleaned prior to picking up. Rag was black when I wiped the interior. With COVID it should have been cleaned at the very least the interior. Everything else was great

Was told on drop off that there would be no additional charges, then I received an email receipt with additional charges. I really hate how nobody who works for Uhaul can give me the correct information and I'm tired of paying more than I was told I would pay.

Everything was overall ok but the truck had a violent vibration at speeds over 50mph. Also, I dropped off after hours and intentionally checked the box in the app that asked someone to contact me regarding payment but they never did, they simply charged my card that I used to check in earlier that day. Also, the hired moving help was awful.

The best part of my moving experience was arriving here and receiving great customer service. What’s more, learning I had a free months storage with my move. No one else with U-Haul in K.C. or corporate shared this information. Thank you for your help, and service. I was resigned to making this my final use of U-Haul; but due to the employees here at West Chandler, I may give U-Haul future consideration.

The pressure of one of the four tires was 10 psi which wasn't noticeable until the vehicle was on the trailer. We aired it up but when we stopped for fuel the pressure had dropped to 45 so we aired it up again then drove approximately 20 miles and the tire blew. Roadside assistance got us back on the road in under two hours, good considering where we were located when the tire blew.

Sweep the trailers out. When I picked mine up in the dark I didn't notice all the stuff in it. Since I only hauled a new lawnmower I didn't mind the gravel or cig butts, but I had to remove several nails and screws.

I booked the truck with online at 8am on sunday then I arrived at u-haul office. I clicked "ready for pick up on 24/7 pickup". But the system told me "you need to wait for hand delivery till 9am when the shop open". I had been dropped off by my wife , therefore, i needed to stand up in front of store for 1 hour. Fortunately, store guys are very helpful to provide me a truck by using his smartphone app because the system did not work well. I appreciated for his support but I believe Uhaul system should be improved!

There was no confirmation on when I needed to return equipment, so I paid for two extra days of having the Uhaul that I didn't need. When returned was told that there's no refunds for returning equipment early and charged an extra amount because I went over on mileage.

Not one employee said anything about there being a charge for drop off when I asked if I could drop it off that night. I was told if I picked up at 5pm I needed to drop off before 5pm the next day. I was also quoted $30.00 before tax and told them that I would be picking up at 5pm and dropping off in the morning if we couldn't get back before 10pm that night. They did not tell me it would be a 2 day charge for a 17 hour rental. I think this is completely ridiculous as dropping off at 10am you are able to rent it out for the whole day again. I want my $$ returned as we tried to call from 6-7pm to get an answer after looking at the agreement and no one would answer the phone after being put on hold for multiple times, being hung up on and not being able to get though to get any answers. Very disappointed in how they are doing business.

The tires need replaced on this trailer and were under inflated when I picked it up. The handle on the tongue used for moving the trailer around is broken and almost cut my hand. I had the trailer for under 24 hours and I am currently trying to resolve being billed for 2 days. The invoice I received contains an error on when the trailer was returned. I called in yesterday at 8am as was told I would receive a call back that day, I have not. I also sent an email to the email listed for concerns with the invoice, no response. I visited the UHaul location I rented the trailer from after I was off work yesterday and the manager was not there. So far a very unsatisfactory experience.

This storage facility and staff far exceeded my expectations I it appreciate that they are taking every precaution necessary to prevent the spread of the virus for the safety of their employees and for the community on top of that during this time of crisis they are giving one month free and that means free there is no hidden charges it's not a gimmick when they say they're giving you month free it doesn't mean next month or break it up into 3 months they literally gave me storage for nothing out of pocket but that's not what I appreciated the most I appreciated the friendliness of the staff I appreciate the helpfulness and the fact that they have so many carts available to move your stuff I've never experienced a storage unit like this and if I move out of this city it's worth the drive-in me that keep them so I don't say this lightly they are far the best storage I've ever experienced and I am very pleased with the service and precautions they are taking if there was more than 5 stars I would give it

A little inconvenient layout. Had to go through interior doors about the width of a house front door to reach my unit. And the door doesn't remain open on it's own. Easy loading dock, very secure.

Uhauls and broken down vehicles parked around perimeter of storage lot in none parking spaces. We couldn't get our 5th wheel without asking them to move them. Gate left open and unsecure.
