These people are treating your customers like there are a true inconvenience and in all honesty totally rude, condescending, downright mean horrible customer service. Worst experience of my life. They tried to charge me to throw away 4 boxes of items. They 1st said no totally ignoring my needs as told at rental time. I drove 50 hours from Massachusetts to Arizona just to empty it and they refused to help me. My key wasn't working in the lock that they sold me. They told me they are not responsible for a uhaul owned lock bought at that exact time I got my unit after already buying one on my own. They wouldn't cut it off or help in any way. They made me call a locksmith who did exactly what they could have easily done without an added fee and trouble, and wasted time on my part. I think Becca the manager over there should be fired. She is terrible to customers not just myself. I witnessed her being rude to every single customer that I witnessed her with. She insulted me and dimeened me in front of several other people. She was so very unprofessional and inappropriate to be working with anyone period

The inside building now has a smell of cigarette smoke and the floor is needing to be cleaned. Now the parking lot is dirty the employees parking their personal vehicles in the loading dock area so the paying customers have to park out by the trucks. It appears the employees are more interested in their own conversation than providing customer service. Maybe it’s time for new management?
