Only complaint is the use of chemical fragrance dispensing unit in the bathroom that stunk up an area 20yds around it. Sometimes so strong I could smell the stench from outside the building.

The ONLY feedback I would give (and it's not anything that can be done now) is that the doors going back into the storage units should have been larger width size than a normal size door. But overall the staff has amazing customer service and the units were extremely clean
DOUGLAS B | Overall ExperienceThe manager that works there I think her name is Stephanie. The main reason is she’s very thorough. Also, she goes through the contract in detail and she’s the only person in over four years that I’ve been renting U-Haul that she goes through and tells in detail how much gas I need to put in in order to bring it back at the exact amount this information is on the contract sheet, but no other employee of U-Haul has ever shared this information with me. I am grateful that people like her that are leading business and training there staff in these businesses in our communities is part of my community and Chandler.

I appreciate very specifically that they were not going to let their facility get run down by the street elements of society. This manager should be training the manager at the Butte Montana location who. just sits around smoking cigarettes, Make an excuses and can't answer basic pricing questions.
Brent S | First ImpressionsExperience: Vermin entered my unit most likely due to a 3 inch piece of the rubber seal was missing at the end of the door. I stored my household items for 18 months after moving cross country paying for the indoor and climate controlled 10X10 unit and rats/mice should not have entered the indoor building let alone the second floor. I threw away many items that were damaged due to rodent urine. Although I payed for the $5000 insurance it was unclear how to use it. The assistant manager was helpful and helped me move everything to a new unit and gave me 5 totes for the items that were still in the boxes. She also allowed me to dispose of the urine damaged items and boxes in the truck headed for the dump. She offered me a month free and took me off the auto pay due on 11/20/25. I moved everything left out on 11/23/25 and closed out the contract. I have received late fee and delinquency notices vial email and mail and I would like this resolved.
