Very clean facility, staff was professional and courteous; I had no issues with the service provided.
lionel g | Overall ExperienceWhen I first started with this storage facility it was clean inside and out. The inside building now has a smell of cigarette smoke and the floor is needing to be cleaned. Now the parking lot is dirty the employees parking their personal vehicles in the loading dock area so the paying customers have to park out by the trucks. It appears the employees are more interested in their own conversation than providing customer service. Maybe it’s time for new management?

The ONLY feedback I would give (and it's not anything that can be done now) is that the doors going back into the storage units should have been larger width size than a normal size door. But overall the staff has amazing customer service and the units were extremely clean
