The truck return experience was awful! I wasn't able to return the truck through the site because it kept saying the mileage was lower than it was when I first received the truck.. I was at the haul place for at least 3 hours. The Customerservice was ridiculous! I was on the phone for 45 minutes and had to hang up because no one answered.. Don't split the rental locations, or have the customer do the work to figure out where pick up and drop off locations are. Additionally, the location of the rental van was in an old motel with no power. I did not feel safe, nor would I send my wife there alone. Worst rental experience I've had with the company. The AT pick up was fine, and about how I expected it to be. The staff was helpful and understanding.Michael M.

The store manager, Joe was a huge help to my daughter and I. The store was clean, organized and even the bathroom was spotless. April was great at the storage facility. There were some computer access issues but she cheerfully helped get everything corrected. Our one way truck rental was good. Rental was not properly prepared. Furniture dolly was not available, had to go to another location to get, which added extra miles to my Rental. Office was NOT open during amended hours stated on Door. I set up rental for in person rental and return. the air conditioner was not working in the 26 ft truck that I rented. I would have thought that some discount would have been offered. I rented it for 24 hrs and returned it after 6 hrs. The cab was very hot. The employee verified that the a/c was blowing warm air at the time I returned it.Frank E.

We got screwed on a bad tow hook and a bad trailer tow hook which lead to my truck and car being damaged. The worst part about it y'all still want us to pay for damages to your trailer when it was defective from the start. Thankyou!Carlos T.

Our Church rents a vehicle weekly. The checking out process takes more than 30mins. The credit card processing machine is unavailable for transactions. Can you provide faster service to customers that routinely utilize your services?Valtoria J.
Friendly service, but took 3 hours for a simple hitch install. 1hour in mechanic had to call in another tech to come from another location, as it seemed he was unfamiliar with what to do. Got the hitch installed, then could still not complete the installation of the ball joint. Had to have yet another tech finish. Onsite mechanic needs more training. Went there for convenience but was more inconvenient if anything.John Z.

When returning my rental there's was a problem and the employee on duty lackwd knowledge in what he was doing . He caused myself and other customers to wait a long time and then he couldn't figure out to calculate the amount I needed to pay. After a long wait. We rented a U-haul 3 weeks in advance. Rep from B'ham called and said we weren't getting it. Got bumped b/c it was local. Had to drive an hour to Montgomery to get it. Had to pay for all gas. Had to take it all the way back to Montgomery. Very poor experience.STACEY N.
When I arrived to get my truck, no one was in the office. I had to walk around the property to find the operator. Their personality Sucks. The Truck was clean but had a troubled transmission; it struggled to change. Decorum speaks volumes.John W.

Upon arriving on site to pay for 15ft. truck rental, I requested to also reserve the car dolly parked on the premises so my car will be towed with me as well. They claimed to reserve it for me...when I got back to pick up both rentals, I was lead 30-40 miles OFF COURSE to another Uhaul causing delay and extra MILES to pick up a car dolly. I left Montgomery headed south and get to my destination. Emergency came up dropped off car and car dolly only to return to Montgomery due to death in the family with the same load I left with. Explained my situation, manager at Uhaul drop off site gave me 189 miles documented to return to Montgomery without being charged for extra mileage . Get to 3138 Montgomery Hwy site to drop off truck (original site) there was no return ticket given to me at return, only a quote of $280 total, bc Steven Carr, store mgr was not there. Young man said ticket will be left pending til mgr return next day. WELL... he returned... with more charges than he can count! Was out of $500 PLUS. at this site, I paid $67 for dolly at another site they sent me to, and $207 for paying for loading the truck through Uhaul Loading/Unliading services! Was I ripped off??? I didn't complain about a 43 in TV being cracked. Just saying... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! WONT EVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Mr Carr... MyGodIsStillAwesome!!! Can't get over on everybody...especially at times like this! God shall supply!!!Kimberly H.
