Brandon, the manager of this location is HORRIBLE! He would NEVER return my phone calls. I live in Georgia and I had to have my Mom who lives in Alabama to go track him down. When both me and my Mom called U-Haul yesterday to end my contract. Not one representative could get in touch with him. After a few hours and several call and complaints he finally called me back. When I began to to tell him how unhappy I was with him, HE HUNG UP IN MY FACE!

The truck was clean, new and only could have used new wiper blades. It was a pleasant rental experience at pickup and drop off.
