Service was fine, truck wasn't clean and had a dirty windshield. I've never driven a large truck, staff didn't offer a walk through or ask if I had any questions. Had to watch YouTube videos for some of the controls.Clint M.

the 1 negative is that I ordered 2 packs of packing blankets, and paid for them, but then got to the moving location and there were no blankets in the trailer. it was too far to drive back and get then so I had to do with out. I called to make sure I got credited back for the charge and the person helping me didn't even offer an apology...very poor customer serviceDavid D.

Would never recommend uhaul to anyone, including enemies. Rates are better at Penske anyway. Not only did the employees at uhaul lie about showing operating of the handle, the implication that someone would intentionally get a latch stuck for an hour and a half is ridiculous and rude. Bye.Anna V.

This location refused to hook up auto transport when I picked up my truck. Then the next day when I came back to get it they had given it to somebody else and expected me to drive two hours away to get another one. This is unacceptable customer service.Andrew M.

There was one person working (an incredible elderly gentleman who went above and beyond at every turn). He shouldn't have been required to do as much as he had to be doing, not because of his age, but because it was far too much for any one person to do alone! The truck rented had no windshield wiper fluid, which made bugs in the rain on the interstate so much fun, and the oil life read ZERO, which I'm sure did not help with gas mileage, and also contributed to the truck shifting strangely throughout the trip.Jesse C.
Personnel at the location were fine. Big problem is they were severely understaffed. 1 Person there to open with multiple customers waiting. Is he supposed to process outbound, returns, inspect equipment and put it where it belongs in the yard. U haul rakes in enough money on these moves to pay a sufficient wage to get employees who show up for work I would think.Lallaine H.

your traffic dept is the worst there is , I had to drive 150 miles for the uhaul when there was one 20 miles away. also I had to settle for a trailer because you cancelled the truck I reserved for the 3rd time, even though I told traffic dept that there was a ready truck 20 miles away.-traffic could not locate the dealer even though I gave her zip code and dealer nameEmil S.

Have equipment where it is supposed to be located. Have truck inspected before re-issuing it. Air conditioning didn't work and previous driver left a pistol under driver's seat. This location wasn't responsible.Kelly N.

The abs braking system lights came on 20 miles into a 1200 mile move. They would go off everytime I turned off the truck and restarted but within 10 miles of driving back on again. By end of trip on way to drop off truck an alarm sounded and a check brake light came on. I was so worried the brakes would fail It took me 25 hours to drive what should have been an 18 hour drive. The truck must not have struts or shocks because it bounced all over the place both loaded and unloaded.misty M.

We were called less than 24 hours before our pickup time to be told that not only was our truck not in Bozeman, the closest one was a 2 hour drive and the location would close before we could get there. We ended up having to ask our parents to bring a truck from their town up to Bozeman. Gas is extremely expensive so that was really disappointing. Additionally there was a lot of miscommunication in Billings regarding where the truck was and then where the appliance dolly was. Overall, the equipment u haul rents is wonderful but the customer service experience this time was very lacking.Marcus T.
