I set my reservation as a oneway in th event i needed to tow anything big back. The owner assured i can change my rental to local rates when i returned the truck. The following day, staff present wasnt aware how to handle the change over, a procedure they hadnt done before. They were st8 with me and well mannered the whole time. Though it took some time, all was changed over accordingly.

The truck was not super clean, debris, tags from previous mover were still in truck. Lors of dust. I have a cleaning company, so, A blower ir sweep or charge previous renter if they return truck all dusty. Also, windshields for truck and van were soiled, dirty. The staff are so effective and friendly at this location that I will always use them, I just wanted to point out the cleanliness of truck could've been better..we had to clean it so it would not soil artwork we were moving.

The sales representative had no idea how to operate the computer system to get me checked in. I was there for forty five minutes in total. She told me to take my paperwork outside and there would be a representative there to get my truck. There was nobody there. I located someone who walked me through the mechanics bay and out the back door. He said, "you're truck is back there." I walked around the rear of the facility and located my truck which was parked in a huge mid puddle. The driver side was parked right up against a chain link fence and I could hardly get into the vehicle. I noticed I had a text message that had a link in it that took me to a website where I had to sign off on damage and fuel level. Nobody told me to do that either. Overall horrific service at this location. I've rented from Uhaul for a long time and I've never had a bad experience except for this location. Rude representatives who obviously couldn't care less that you're there.

They need more help. I had an appointment for a 2:30 pick up got there at 2:15 ,had to stand on line for a lil over an hour. Once I finally got checked in stood outside for another 10-15 minutes trying to get someone to pull up the truck. Employees where outside but continued to ignore me,so I had to go back inside for someone to help me. After all of that once I returned the truck I followed the self return directions and still hot charged a return fee. I usually would use this uhaul company because it is convenient but not anymore.

Everything ok just a little shady about forcing insurance on customers.if you don't check your contract and what you sign, you might be paying for insurance without noticing. Other than that everything else was fine.

Beware! Horrible Experience! After patiently waiting for 40 minutes in line to pick up my reserved truck at 2:30PM it was already 3:10PM when we finally got to the front and we're told that the truck is to be returned same day! Even though I reserved the truck for 24 hours! She rudely stated "That people fail to understand that you can't actually reserve the truck for 24 hours." Um, this was not my first time renting a U-haul truck, that's not at all true. Yet my reservation confirmation clearly shows that the truck is to be picked up Saturday, January 30 at 2:30PM and returned Sunday, January 31 at 2:30PM. She told me that it wasn't accurate because they double booked the trucks. So after being forced to bring the truck earlier, we were suppose to return it at 10AM. We get there at 9:45 AM and afterward 30 minutes of waiting and trying to find an employee who can recieve the truck they finally processed the returned. Moving is already stressful enough! I made the reservation because I was on a specific time-frame. Both communities I was moving to and from give a window period of moving. You may only move during the hours of 9AM to 5PM.

To maintain their equipment better. Less than 10min after we left the driver the tire exploded on state road 7 in the middle of the road. It took roadside assistance over 4hrs to get matter resolved. Then they still charged me full price. Really?? Very unhappy with this location.

I was the only one in line 4 people were laughing and texting and kept me waiting for over 20 mins when I was finally acknowledged. Disgraceful. The truck had a slow puncture they put air in the tire and it still had a slow puncture. One girl is wonderful and outside check in in good also. But inside they need to find a new line of work. I have rentals the last three weeks. The local trucks are worn out and mechanically trashed. But I go to this location because it's close. Teach your people how to handle customers because my experience the last three have been shameful. Should you wish to call 305-484-3687. But again get some competent polite people who want to walk.

Sales rep was awesome. She was very busy with customers but she ensured everyone checked out quickly. However getting the vehicle was a challenge. There was only one person cleaning and preparing the vehicles for check out so that made the process slow. But overall the experience was good

I had to wait for almost an hour to actually collect my truck after having purchased boxes etc, From my observatiion the delay was due to shortage of staff. I had a 45 min wait before I reached the counter to be served. Then in the yard I observed that the person checking in trucks was also deliviery trucks and trailers. please project more hands on deck for crush periods like week-ends .

We had been using one of your facilities in hialeah,they are horrible they doubled and triple charged us on more than one occasion. We came to this location in WEST Park we could not be HAPPIER. Your company should use this location as a model for all of your locations. Tamia is FANTASTIC and Mr Brad and the gentleman at the returning part excellent. I have already recommended this location to others. Congratulations to the West Park Location

Personnel were great, but this is the second time I have come here to have work done and I dont know why I should complete everything online only to wait in line for 20-30 mins to pick up a trailer I have prepaid for. The technician hooking me up to the trailer was great. Either the process needs to improve or the people at the register should be better trained.

The locks for the trucks located at the back of the truck would not work for us,after several people trying to get the lock open. We had to go out and purchase a lock to put on the truck which did not work as someone broke the lock and got into the truck. Nothing valuable was taken but it should be known that something needs to be done about those locks. Upon returning the truck we let the your gentleman know of the issue and he tried the lock. He had to use all of his strength just to get the lock to budge. He stated that the locks are old and get stuck.

I was disappointed in the fact that I didn't receive all the equipment that I requested in my reservation (rolling furniture dolly) and was still charged the $7 for the equipment. I disputed my overall bill and never heard back from anyone regarding a change.

The pick up was not ready. We had to pay our workers for 3 extra hours as the truck was not staged and the equipment ordered was also not at site. Our pickup was scheduled for 24/7 and we were to pick up at 7 am. The key was not staged and therefore we had to wait until 9 when to site opened. At that time we had to drive to another location to pick up the appliance dolly that was ordered in advance. This was really an inconvenience and made us late and we had to pay workers for three extra hours each and had to drive extra mileage to pick up extra equipment ordered. If an order is placed and confirmed, the company needs to assure they are responsible for completing the order.

The customer service personell Artis mentioned my credit card status to the enitre audience outside, however, directly to another customer's face as he stood in front of her shouting, "I have to put you on hold because your credit card did not go through", All else was good. My only other complaint was the rear door did not open and I was not informed it did not open just the X indicating something was wrong with the door. It was an inconvenience; however, we managed. Overall, the service is excellent, at the West Park location. Bladd is an awesome manager, and Christa is phenomenal with customer service.

Very nasty agent. Asked her to put on gloves before handling my drivers license and she became very rude and said she does this every day. No clean pens to sign forms with. This place needs protcools to deal with this pandemic and there is none. Needs leadership to fix this ASAP.

For long trips, like ours, your employees should clarify to the customer if the truck is equipped, or not, with cruise control. Just three months ago we drove a truck with it, and the trip was easy. This time we got a truck without cruise control, and the trip was difficult. I know is not the employee's fault, as most of your trucks do not have CC, and we should have asked before starting the long haul, but nevertheless a call to attention about this would have been useful: we would have waited until a truck with CC was available.

This was a nightmare!! First of all, I arrived 15 mins late to Super Stop at 4631 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood because I got lost, BUT Agent at this location was ALREADY on the phone calling me & asking where I am. When I got there, the Agent was angry because he said he had 4 other pick-ups & no-one showed up. Got there & original reservation # 21769257 did NOT have a dolly (as reserved). Agent had to do a NEW order for a truck W/O THE DOLLY - TIME WASTED! THEN, I had to find another location (making about 3 or 4 calls) to find a dolly. THEN, had to go to another location at 2033 S State Rd 7 - had to wait in line - and placed Order # 85660970 for a dolly. AFTER making the move, the original Agent at Super Stop called me at 12:24 to ask me when I was bringing the truck back!!! I WAS STILL SCHEDULED TO HAVE THE TRUCK UNTIL 1:PM & he was calling me???? My schedule was thrown off - because the original order was NOT filled & he was harassing me??? Please keep in mind that I am a 66 yr. old grandmother - BUT I still got your truck back by 1pm. NO thanks to your Agent!!

One of the employees was walking around with his mask not covering his nose and mouth as he approached me to check in my returning rental, I asked him to put his mask on properly he stated “I'm not helping you” as he turned to walk away he stared for approximately three seconds as if I asked him to do something that was unreasonable. His unprofessional conduct coupled with his lack of adherence to CDC guidelines reflects poorly upon himself and the entire U Haul organization
