Week before did not have my reservation , along with two other customers that were there to pick up. Now this week the price up over $30.00 more than my last rental to high for the insurance. I'll rent a car at Enterprise same cost with Unlimited Milage. Motto don't be greedy. You loose in the end..

Everything was perfect about renting the truck but my advice is to be more careful about the helpers companies. The first company didn't send any workers( even I contacted the dispatch 2 days in advance) but the second company did an excellent job. Thank you!

Horrible experience. They had 2 people working, trucks backed up by the street. I went inside and 1 guy behind the counter with 8 people in line. Another gentleman came later and I asked if I could drop my vehicle and leave my keys and he said yes. I dropped it off at 9:06 am. When I got the bill it charged me for an extra day and said I dropped it off at almost 1:00 pm. I called and they couldn't help and said someone would have to get back to me. HORRIBLE customer service

I am Highly disappointed. As I was loading my furniture I noticed a fowl smell. As I looked around to my shock and overall disgust, there was human feces in the back of the U-Haul. I would think that the cleaning of the vehicles would be a priority.

Hire more staff or have more staff willing to assist in the customer service area. I had to wait over an hour to receive my rental because there was only one person working the counter. As I became the second in line to be assisted, finally, another employee emerged to assist the first. When I went outside to get the truck, I was told to back it up so they could assist with hitching the vehicle tow to the truck. The truck was parked uncomfortably close to another U-Haul vehicle. I found it odd that they wanted me to risk damaging any of their vehicles, considering how close they park them together. Someone assisted me with retrieving the truck.

The young girl at the counter was too slow. And it appeared she was flirting with the 2 guys ahead of us. And she just gave me the keys. Nothing, no update. She did not want to help us with entering the DL, she sent us a link to do it and the link DID NOT WORK. We were there over 45 mins

You whole needs to take accountability for his equipment and its personnel. The constant flow of people renting these trucks it's a great thing for the business but the maintenance needs to be kept up. The first truck that I was given the brakes were horrible I probably would have killed myself if I got on the road with it. This location was sure staffed on a Saturday which is ridiculous and this location is so bad condition that there was a huge hole in the ceiling of my unit water leaking my stuff was wet and actually slipped and injured my foot so I'm waiting for someone to call me from the claims department. They tell you they're going to update your file and then you call the 800 number for U-Haul and the father is not updated and that causes extra charges and a lot of disappointment on behalf of the customer

Terrible service. My U-box wasn’t ready on time and date. Also I was charge 126.60$ for U-Box rent, I was charged for box after my U-box was unloaded and picked up by U-haul. 6/25/2025 I-Haul picked up my empty U-box and 6/28/2025 I was charged for renting U-Box for next month. 5 times i spoke with U-Haul customer service, 3 times I spoke with GM U-Haul Hollywood, FL and they promised to make refund, but that’s never happened. I was U-Haul customer a long time, but next time I’ll find someone else. Thanks God on the market a lot of different companies. Thanks you.

Very busy and only a handful of employees to help with checkout. The young lady that helped me did an outstanding job. The truck I rented did have a little trash in the back like old auto parts. The vehicle did break down at the end of my trip, which could have been much worst...like out on the highway.

I want a refund. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. The staff was not well-trained, did not attach the trailer correctly, and the back light on the left side did not work. I drove this trailer from Gainesville to Hollywood, FL, with the light not in working condition. This is not acceptable for your staff to allow me to drive off with this trailer with one taillight not working.

Tire was flat and the ac did not work. These are essential parts, they filled the tire but they couldn’t do anything about the ac not working and in South Florida during August it is essential.

I arrived on a Sunday about an hour prior to closing time,4pm or so, both tellers were joyful and very interactive, the checking process was easy and seamless, the agent helping me was happy and polite, I had a great experience with both gentleman working that Sunday afternoon.

I've had storage with U-Haul on University and the Carol City area and I never had the issue that I had at West Park my unit on 27th when I went in was very clean and well kept I expected when I had my storage on West Park for it to be clean and neat inside as it was when I was on 27th Avenue it was anything but that it looked like my storage had been outside I specifically paid for climate control clean storage and it looked like all of my items were covered and dirt and dust and filled there were reptile eggs and reptile droppings 98% of my items were unusable I had clothes I had items my children had made over the years and I had to throw most of the items away it was a health hazard we had to use hazmat suits chemical gloves and n95 masks to get through that storage not satisfied at all I had storage in West Park for over 10 years and it was a disaster not satisfied at all

Katrina needs a raise! I repeat Katrina and Andrew need a raise. They are the sweetest kindest most professional set of people. I was in such a terrible place while moving they made the move in and out so seamless. I use to be skeptical of U-Haul from a previous bad experience but this has completely turned my opinion around. They do great business and I highly recommend.

Storage unit wasn’t sealed and allowed outside elements to crawl on in . As we unpacked our boxes at home , your facility introduced cockroaches in my belongings. I’ve never had a roach ever in my houses . You have a homeless person eating and living out one of interior units . Very disappointed , David Kolhagen

The entire team went beyond the call of duty to help and accommodate my needs. Got Uboxes shipped from NYC, boxes came without any issues, i was promptly informed when boxes arrived, I was able to get a storage unit and all. They did they best to ensure i got my stuff secure and informed me at every step during this process. Had a third party moving company come to pick up the UBOX therefore I wasn't able to see the facilities myself. But the process of them picking up and dropping off our ubox was very easy and efficient

The GM was very rude & unprofessional. He yelled at me not to throw a 12 ft artificial Xmas tree in the dumpster. I had explained to him prior it did not fit in my car and I was going to give it away
