This was a terrible experience. My original order for the container was for July 23rd. When no one contacted me by 4:30 pm on the 23rd I had to scramble to order another box. No box was available on the 23rd so the the order was cancelled and a new box was ordered for the 24th. Since the original move helpers were not available new ones were hired. While the movers were quick and somewhat efficient the box was backed very poorly with heavy boxes on small boxes that got crushed. While nothing seems broken, one of the pulls on my dresser was bent so bad I cannot get if off to straighten out. The original date to arrive in GA was to be Aug 3rd I later received an email stating that it would be Aug. 8th. This was a huge inconvenience since I had arranged help to assist me once the box was delivered to my home. The box did come on the correct date, however I had already told the people that the box would be late so I unloaded the container myself. A neighbor was kind enough to assist me with the dresser which is very heavy. Lastly the box was delivered to the wrong address. It was delivered to 115 Highland Point Dr, I live at 112 Highland Point Dr. If my dog was not going crazy barking I never would have looked out the window to see the box across the street in the neighbors driveway. I was fortunate that the delivery driver was still on our street. Overall this was a very disappointing situation. I was very through in my communication with U-Haul throughout every step of the way. Each time a representative from U-Haul said they would contact me about certain issues now one ever contacted me. On a bright note each individual I encountered both in location shops in FL and GA were extremely helpful with situations they could assist with. Your in shop team members are wonderful. I would love for someone to contact me about these misgivings.

The staff was great. The trucks need to be maintained better. The truck thar we were given wasn't a well maintenanced. It wouldn't start at one point and it started with the second try. Thank goodness because we didn't have time to take it back to the store. The engine or transmission is really struggling, there was such a pull with driving. It rained and my husband got all wet from the rain leaking inside of the driver's side window. Also there was rain leaking into the back of the truck. Some of our things got wet, but thank God there was no damage.

The U-Haul was great. It was very clean, the only concern it made weird noises and it sounded like the tire and there was a sensor light turned on saying about maintenance. I don’t know the young lady name however, why do you hire lazy unmotivated person to represent the company. Besides having us swipe our cards 4-6 times, just to restart the entire process due to her forgetting to add certain equipment we wanted to include, that should have been included prior to the reservation we made. To charging us a utility dolly that was already included. When asked why we were charged 198 instead of the 116 she had no clue. Please train your representatives more so another customer won’t have to waste 1 hour just to pick up their U-Haul they reserved.

I have worked in the customer service industry for over 30 years and I must say that this location has absolutely no sense or concept of what customer service is. Starting by the phone call I called a week prior spoke to a young lady that kept me on hold and when she returned on the call, it was a nightmare. I even told her please breathe and calm down. I’m only asking simple questions. Therefore, I decided to download the app because it was such a horrible phone experience and I booked my cargo van.. when I arrive to pick up the van just my luck. I got the same young lady who I spoke to over the phone. DAISHA ROLLE! . I am a government employee, and I was seriously appalled by this young ladies work ethics.. she was cold and constantly complaining that she did not want to be there asking coworkers what time they get off complaining about personal matters right in front of me while conducting the transaction of renting the van. She took a call while conducting my transaction place that particular person on hold. I was surprised that she went back to that call cause she certainly did not do that with me when I called and she was totally unprofessional and unhelpful to that person over the phone I don’t know if she’s a new employee, but that is no excuse to conduct yourself in a matter where you’re representing a company like U-Haul. I asked to add my brothers employee ID so I could receive a discount she complained that she did not know how to do that and she got another associate. He wasn’t familiar, but he did look into it a little further than he showed her what screen to add the information however, nothing was done. There was no discount applied.. I was just simply happy. I was able to get the van and get out of there.. I seriously could not believe that there is Employees out there representing a company in that manner I have received better service at fast food, restaurants, and gas stations, but her service was deplorable and appalling

One minor issue. I was not able to read the fuel guage when refilling the gas, even in accessory mode. Due to this I completely filled the tank, even though I only needed to bring it back up to 3/4 full. On a positive note, Alicia, in one-way, was extremely helpful and nice. She helped me tremendously when the location I was first supposed to go to for pick up had changed their opening hours from 9 am to 10:30 am. My contract has me scheduled to pick up at 9 am. Alicia went out of her way to be helpful and consideration. She us a great credit to U-Haul!

I've had storage with U-Haul on University and the Carol City area and I never had the issue that I had at West Park my unit on 27th when I went in was very clean and well kept I expected when I had my storage on West Park for it to be clean and neat inside as it was when I was on 27th Avenue it was anything but that it looked like my storage had been outside I specifically paid for climate control clean storage and it looked like all of my items were covered and dirt and dust and filled there were reptile eggs and reptile droppings 98% of my items were unusable I had clothes I had items my children had made over the years and I had to throw most of the items away it was a health hazard we had to use hazmat suits chemical gloves and n95 masks to get through that storage not satisfied at all I had storage in West Park for over 10 years and it was a disaster not satisfied at all

Had a third party moving company come to pick up the UBOX therefore I wasn't able to see the facilities myself. But the process of them picking up and dropping off our ubox was very easy and efficient

The GM was very rude & unprofessional. He yelled at me not to throw a 12 ft artificial Xmas tree in the dumpster. I had explained to him prior it did not fit in my car and I was going to give it away

Everyone was friendly and helpful, but there was a bit of disorganization among the staff. Took a half hour to get the order of a UHaul truck, UBox, and trailer ready (maybe even longer).
