Wasted my time, young black man Kevin was of no help. He was racist, only helped anyone who was black!!
Nept not allowing me to get the 10 ft truck, One was reserved from The Smoke shop on Sheridan St, But when I got to the West Park location he said there was none.
After waiting for hours, out of desperation I ended up with a 26 ft truck..
I returned it immediately, it was not used.
Very unprofessional and racist.
I want a refund please.

It was my first visit to this UHAUL location, The first opportunity is the parking. This location seems to be a high volume location with lots of reservations as well as walk-customers. Parking is not adequate. There is a hung propane tank that is in the center of the parking lot that could be used for more business generating parking. I would guess that propane sales does generate revenue but, not enough revenue that would warrant having it in that particular location. If I were the manager I would request the District Manager over this location come up with a better location for the propane refill station. My second concern is not having enough personnel schedule to accommodate the heavy foot traffic at this location. Just remember that UHAUL is not the only game in town. If customer get frustrated and leave because of long lines you might not just be loosing that 1 sales from that one customer, but that one customer that could have been coming back for life. For example I was a die-hard Autozone customer for more than 25 years. Because I got tired of standing in lines and the poor customer service, I began going to Advance Auto Parts because the culture when you walk into their stores says " Hello customer we are glad you are here." Happy customers keep coming back!!! I myself left because of the long line, and only one rep. working the counter. I notice several people leave when they saw the long line.

I've had storage with U-Haul on University and the Carol City area and I never had the issue that I had at West Park my unit on 27th when I went in was very clean and well kept I expected when I had my storage on West Park for it to be clean and neat inside as it was when I was on 27th Avenue it was anything but that it looked like my storage had been outside I specifically paid for climate control clean storage and it looked like all of my items were covered and dirt and dust and filled there were reptile eggs and reptile droppings 98% of my items were unusable I had clothes I had items my children had made over the years and I had to throw most of the items away it was a health hazard we had to use hazmat suits chemical gloves and n95 masks to get through that storage not satisfied at all I had storage in West Park for over 10 years and it was a disaster not satisfied at all

Katrina needs a raise! I repeat Katrina and Andrew need a raise. They are the sweetest kindest most professional set of people. I was in such a terrible place while moving they made the move in and out so seamless. I use to be skeptical of U-Haul from a previous bad experience but this has completely turned my opinion around. The entire team went beyond the call of duty to help and accommodate my needs. Got Uboxes shipped from NYC, boxes came without any issues, i was promptly informed when boxes arrived, I was able to get a storage unit and all. They did they best to ensure i got my stuff secure and informed me at every step during this process.

The GM was very rude & unprofessional. He yelled at me not to throw a 12 ft artificial Xmas tree in the dumpster. I had explained to him prior it did not fit in my car and I was going to give it away

Everyone was friendly and helpful, but there was a bit of disorganization among the staff. Took a half hour to get the order of a UHaul truck, UBox, and trailer ready (maybe even longer).
