When I received the vehicle I was told to take a picture of the dashboard. He said if there was a discrepancy I would have proof of mileage and gas gage. He did not mention to look at receipt before I left the lot. NOW there is a BIG mileage difference and I am waiting for a refund.

Everything was perfect about renting the truck but my advice is to be more careful about the helpers companies. The first company didn't send any workers( even I contacted the dispatch 2 days in advance) but the second company did an excellent job. Thank you!

Horrible experience. They had 2 people working, trucks backed up by the street. I went inside and 1 guy behind the counter with 8 people in line. Another gentleman came later and I asked if I could drop my vehicle and leave my keys and he said yes. I dropped it off at 9:06 am. When I got the bill it charged me for an extra day and said I dropped it off at almost 1:00 pm. I called and they couldn't help and said someone would have to get back to me. HORRIBLE customer service

Hire more staff or have more staff willing to assist in the customer service area. I had to wait over an hour to receive my rental because there was only one person working the counter. As I became the second in line to be assisted, finally, another employee emerged to assist the first. When I went outside to get the truck, I was told to back it up so they could assist with hitching the vehicle tow to the truck. The truck was parked uncomfortably close to another U-Haul vehicle. I found it odd that they wanted me to risk damaging any of their vehicles, considering how close they park them together. Someone assisted me with retrieving the truck.

I've had storage with U-Haul on University and the Carol City area and I never had the issue that I had at West Park my unit on 27th when I went in was very clean and well kept I expected when I had my storage on West Park for it to be clean and neat inside as it was when I was on 27th Avenue it was anything but that it looked like my storage had been outside I specifically paid for climate control clean storage and it looked like all of my items were covered and dirt and dust and filled there were reptile eggs and reptile droppings 98% of my items were unusable I had clothes I had items my children had made over the years and I had to throw most of the items away it was a health hazard we had to use hazmat suits chemical gloves and n95 masks to get through that storage not satisfied at all I had storage in West Park for over 10 years and it was a disaster not satisfied at all

Katrina needs a raise! I repeat Katrina and Andrew need a raise. They are the sweetest kindest most professional set of people. I was in such a terrible place while moving they made the move in and out so seamless. I use to be skeptical of U-Haul from a previous bad experience but this has completely turned my opinion around. The entire team went beyond the call of duty to help and accommodate my needs. Got Uboxes shipped from NYC, boxes came without any issues, i was promptly informed when boxes arrived, I was able to get a storage unit and all. The GM was very rude & unprofessional. He yelled at me not to throw a 12 ft artificial Xmas tree in the dumpster. I had explained to him prior it did not fit in my car and I was going to give it away

Everyone was friendly and helpful, but there was a bit of disorganization among the staff. Took a half hour to get the order of a UHaul truck, UBox, and trailer ready (maybe even longer).
