The entire pick up experience was the most disorganized, terrible experience to add to an already chaotic situation like moving. I made my reservation over a week before pick up day. Right after making my reservation I called corporate to confirm I would be able to pick up a one way truck to drop off at a location 3 hours away from pick up location. Reservation confirmed, one way 10' truck. The Day before pick up I got a text message stating my truck was now a van and to be picked up at a different location. I call right away and confirm the details of my original reservation still stands. The agent assured nothing had changed which matched what I saw When I looked online. So We do online checkin day before for our 10' FT one way truck. Great! We are ready to pick up on pick up day, we were thinking, since we triple confirmed it should be an easy pick up. NOT AT ALL! We get to our, twice confirmed and online checked in, pick up location and they did not have any one way trucks like our reservation had said and reps had confirmed. 35 minutes later we were told to go to a different location 25 min south and it was confirmed they had a 20' one way truck. So cool, we got a bigger truck for no extra charge. We get to second location and… AGAIN NO ONE WAY TRUCKS! Mind you I have my family in the car, including my 2 year old son. I'm Watching this employee do what the first one did and call a third location to supposedly “confirm” a one way truck would be there when we got There. Third spot was another 25 min south from second location. Thankfully my truck was there. I reserved to pick up at 9 am. Got to first location early to ensure smooth pick up did not get my truck until 11:30 after a horrific around.

The men that work there are very rude / unfriendly and seem to try their hardest not to do any work as is with most of the employees there, I actually found one decent and friendly employee there this time who is the girl that checked me out, everyone else should be fired immediately. They could never work for me!

Have better trained staff at the call center...was very frustrated being bounced around. Also...real problem putting a sticker on the rear window of the pickup truck, and when using the rear view mirror you need to look through the sticker to see any vehicles...it is a visual distraction.

Terrible customer service check in clerks were rude and obnoxious, yard staff were equally as rude, no one offered to help with equipment installation, every one at that location except for the manager (who was very nice) had a terrible, rude, and lazy attitude.

Uhaul change my reservation 3 times. Change Truck size, change Location, and change Time rental, causing inconvenience Uhaul takes advantage for people, like me, that I have to moving this weekend, in order to use the necessity of clients for moving. Is complete unfair to pay more miles in other location, just to get a Truck that was changed of original location just for a "overbooking". I called 4 times, and customer services was poor, no solutions for clients, bad treatment I will write this post wherever is necessary, Social Media, Customer Services, Federal Agencies. Not possible bad services at all

I was confirmed by corporate the trailer would be at this location because the location i ordered on line did not have one available. I get there and the are trailer i reserved was NOT available. One particular lady that helped me (wish i got her name) did all she could do to fulfill my order. She was incredible and a grand asset to u-haul. She went to the manager and got approval to go to another location and get me an alternative trailer. It wasn't the one i wanted but i had people waiting to help me and had to do something. One and half hours later as i waited and the staff doing all they can do a 6x12 (my original reservation) returned. That location is a 10 / uhaul is a 0.

Staff is lazy and unfriendly. Talking on the phone on personal calls while you wait on them; eating, intentionally ignoring you, and what bothered me the most was how the three staff members (two black female and one black male) were cracking jokes about how slow the girls in North Carolina were. One of the black female told the black male “I hate North Carolina, there is nothing to do there; but those white girls are slow so you should have no problem picking them up”. This place was disgusting in all sense and I could not wait to get out of there fast enough.

I took the truck out with almost a quarter tank . Before I left they couldn't find a dolly I had ordered so the service guy took my receipt to be corrected. When I tried to mobil check in I notice they had markedb7/8 on the new paper. Beforevi brought the truck in I put $13 in fuel how can you all rip me off

The girl at the desk was nice enough, but the place was understaffed. Equipment was not clean, inside the box had not been swept out and had debris. Worst of all, the mileage on the contract was not correct. There was 30 miles difference between what the contract said, and actual mileage. I sent photos, but corporate has not condescended to reply. As a long time user of Uhaul, I am surprised that they have not bothered to respond. I will no longer be renting, from Uhaul and I will encourage my colleagues to not rent from them again, as well.

The entire team went beyond the call of duty to help and accommodate my needs. Got Uboxes shipped from NYC, boxes came without any issues, i was promptly informed when boxes arrived, I was able to get a storage unit and all. They did they best to ensure i got my stuff secure and informed me at every step during this process.
