The facility was clean and the truck was clean, in good working order, reasonably priced and stocked with the supplies we ordered. Anything that goes smoothly during a move is so helpful, and that is what U-Haul provided us. We would definitely use your service again!

Steve HBut I won’t never trust them. We asked about a trailer while we was getting a pick up truck and they had one trailer, we told the guy we didn’t think our zero turn would fit. He said oh just take it, if it doesn’t work let him know and there will be no charge. I said no I really don’t think it will work, but he insisted and said he would not charge us. Lie! I got charged for it! That I wasn’t happy about.

GODFREY SThe whole concept is very good. Everything is seamless and easy to use, from the storage to the garage where you can back in and load and unload shielded from the weather, to the elevators, the well proportioned hallways and the logical layout of the floors. There is plenty of carts available for transporting your stuff between your vehicle and your storage unit. They have the usual Uhaul rentals on site, which you'd expect but you soon realize how convenient that is. My first need was a large storage unit and a trailer. I needed for a whole month, moving things in and out, and no matter what time of day I arrived, I could always back my truck and trailer into the garage and do what I needed to do on my own schedule. At one point I realized we needed to rent a moving van as well. Just walked over to the office on the corner and they took care of it. They also have a great security system and the staff is always willing to help. I definitely recommend this place.

You post 19.95 but you don't say anything about your business vehicle licensing charge($7+) that you make me pay, and the .79cents per mile that also is not posted but charged from an estimate? What? 19.95 becomes$44 ! The only reason I came to you was because the home depot truck had a flat tire. Thank you for reminding me why I don't go to you first. DROP THE FEES DOWN OR POST IT
DARREL NBe more on top of gas levels. I was told the truck had 5/8 of a tank. After I left the lot I looked down and it was under half a tank. I don't know if this is a common ploy to make a few extra dollars, but will definitely be something I pay attention to next time I rent a vehicle. You might also offer the first 10 miles for free.

Kamaya RIt was an easy process to find the truck we needed and place the reservation. The staff was professional, polite and made themselves available for any questions. The equipment was clean and provided the service we needed to make our moving easier.

When I showed up to pick the truck up, they wanted to charge me fees that the app didn’t show. Also not a fan of the tie downs in the truck. Those need drastic re-design.

I never heard from them until they debited my account. THEN they charged me 140 to cancel. Very unprofessional.

becky lGet the online stuff so it's clear and easy to fill out. Be friendly. Make sure the numbers on the trailer match the number on the online contract. Make sure your customer doesn't have to walk back into the office five times to get things right. Make it easy for the customer to document damage to the trailer before driving away. Have the same person help the customer all the way through this incredibly frustrating pickup process.

Chris HThis is not a gripe. Notification of after hour returns could be bigger somewhere. It wasn’t until I figured that the 6 trucks in front of me were unmanned, that I realized there must be a plan for drop offs, and I found it. Just a larger sign with drop off after hours, go to website!!

GEORGE C | First ImpressionsAll the workers were friendly and always helpful. Sometimes they were unavailable at the counter or to speak on the intercom, but they also seem short handed because everybody was busy working on other stuff when they weren’t available. The facility only had one elevator, which was really unhelpful when multiple people were trying to access their own units at the same time. It took ten minutes just to get onto the elevator the first time. When I finally got on, I got up to the third floor and found out there was someone with two kids stuck up there for half an hour. I myself was stuck on the third floor for twenty minutes trying to call the elevator because some guys on the second floor kept the door open while they were loading/unloading their stuff. I ended up calling someone, who came up and explained what was happening on the second floor. We gave them fifteen minutes and I finally got into the elevator and out of the building. I’ll never use this facility again, and I will warn anybody against using it, unless they can get storage on the ground floor. Which is a shame, because all the staff were great and otherwise it seems like a nice facility.

Donna Q | Overall ExperienceThe manager wouldn't let me park my car in the vehicle secure area at the back I had items stolen I notified police officers they said it was out of their pay grade the items were cell phones and tablets now I'm having all kinds of things accessing my personal account I took pictures of the fence and the sign that said vehicle storage and it clearly states not to exceed $15,000 and there was not one item back there that was under $15,000 I know I drive a s***** car but at the end of the day I needed some kind of place to store it I only requested a few hours

I had a unit for about a year and a half but unfortunately I got very sick with covid and was hospitalized more than a month at a time 3 times in the last year. It’s been hard. They held onto my unit for me as long as they could. Unfortunately I lost my belongings to auction on the 1st. If there is anything left that nobody wanted, please text me 316-285-8802 and I would be more than happy to come get it. It was all sentimental. Mostly my engagement ring I’ve had for 20 years. Not worth anything to anyone but me. Thank you.
