I used Uhaul services to facilitate my storage and moving experience at the Holland location in Wichita, Ks. for over 4 years. I had 6 storage unit 10 x 10's. The staff was always courteous, kind and very helpful. The building was always clean and tidy. The manager, Amanda, was always willing to facilitate any questions or concerns that might arise with an adequate answer. Example: I had difficulty with a couple of my Uhaul locks not opening correctly. Amanda took the time out of her day to remove the locks herself, and she provided new ones. This staff have always taken extra measures to assist. Uhaul should be proud to have this team representing their Uhaul company. Thank you Holland team site for going the extra mile!!
