Verify milage. It was 1 mile off, when I got it which means I paid for 1 mile i didnt use. that can be a big deal to a customer.No one wants to pay for something they did not use.

The only thing is if a person makes a reservation at a particular time and has to wait for 15 minutes before being service. The time must reflect the actual time of the rental. I don't think it's professional not to reflect the actual time this falls in the category of questionable practices meaning that hidden agenda of charging additional charges upon return.

The only thing I didn't like about this location is that it seemed that they were short staffed. After receiving my truck and told that it was ready to go, I went all the way home and saw that my moving equipment was missing. So I had to drive back to the Uhaul place to get the equipment that they forgot to load on my truck. Also there is a need for a bigger parking lot. While returning my truck there was a big traffic jam which mad people upset and do ignorant things in the process. OVerall the customer service was great.

During the transaction portion before I actually drove the vehicle off the lot, the staff member told me that the gas tank was 3/4 full. Apparently it was actually 7/8th which was reflected in the paper work I signed, as the manager pointed out when I returned the vehicle, however I was told it was 3/4th during the signing. I understand that it could have been an honest mistake by the staff member who helped me during the transaction when she said "3/4th" instead of "7/8th", but I don't think I should have been charged for the gas because it was 1 mark below were it was originally. Although I was only charged about $3, it's the morale that counts. Most people would have let something so small like that slide.

The key fob didn't work. It caused lots of extra work and effort. The van needed an oil change. From the first moment I started it, it said "Oil Change Required." Other than those two issues, it was good. I am short, but the seat, steering wheel, and mirrors were easy to adjust.

This was supposed to be a “contactless” experience, far from it! My rental wasn't ready so I had to go inside the office for help. The clerk started to prepare my order, the truck she brought out to the parking lot didn't match the truck # on my app. When I brought it to her attention she walked over to look at my phone - she wasn't wearing a mask!!! What can be done to improve?? Explain the definition of “contactless” to your employees!!

This review is not about this location specifically, but about the process of actually getting the truck despite having a reservation. I went to the location that I reserved the truck (and was "promised" to me), but the rep there said that he "didn't have any trucks" and that I would need to call the uhaul customer service line. No other help was given. He was dismissive. Called the customer service line and was on hold for about 15 minutes before the line magically disconnected and hung up. Found another location and explained to them the situation to which they were more helpful than the first location, but we still had to drive to another location where they claimed I had a truck. Went to a third location, showed them the reservation and explained the situation, and they initially said they do not have a truck. The customer service here was the most helpful in that they took the matter seriously and were able to get in touch with someone who could locate a truck. After about 30 minutes waiting, we were directed to ANOTHER (this is the fourth), location where we finally were able to receive a truck. I was scheduled to receive my truck at 10:30 AM. I did not actually get one until 1 PM that day. Do better U-haul.

What is the point of reserving anything if it's not available when I get there? The last 3 times I've rented anything with uhaul it's a wild fucking goose chase to get the actual shit I reserved. I'm fucking done and never using uhaul again.

Always keep Ronald there! He brings so much life to this location!! I've been here in the past and hated it but Ronald is the life and joy of this place. How he speaks with customers to even the staff is very honorable. Oh and with a lot of customers in this location he doesn't get short with whomever he is working with. Ron simply took his time to apologize for everyone's wait and got to everyone one at a time without an attitude rather he took time to enter our world by asking how we're we doing as each of us came to the register. Never get rid of Ronald! He knows how to deal with people and loves people. It's so obvious and for that Ronald is rated 5 stars as a worker. Y'all (Uhaul) have a jewel don't run him off!

I told them I needed more time with uhaul. The next day I received multiple calls from them and voicemails telling me to bring it back (my card was on file for them to charge me). When I called them back a man told me someone called from my apartment saying I was parked in their spot, I told him he was lying because it's open parking at my apartment. I just don't like that they constantly called me, basically trying to threaten me to bring it back. Will never go back to this location..

I had no issues renting a truck and a unit. The truck came with many extras (dolly, moving blankets) that most Uhaul locations do not provide for free. The storage building/units are clean and the place is kept very nice. Looks new but is a few years old. Great experience. Thank you to the people running this Uhaul locaion.

Staff are motivated and friendly. This is a secure and well managed facility. Added security measures ensure that entry gate and elevator access are linked. Only issue is long term budget impact - rent is month to month and rent increases can and have occured with little advance notice. The last increase labelled as "nominal" was in fact 7%. All in all, given that only 2 increases occured during the 20 years I rented, the experience was reasonable.

My only problem was the fuel level. While the fuel gage showed "Full" when I picked up the truck, it was on the "empty" side of the Full marker. When I filled it up on my return, the gage moved substantially to the other side of the Full line. In other words, I was given a truck that wasn't actually full and for a total of only 16 mile the fuel costs were excessive.

Car was found with cigarette and cigar butts, coffee spilled on driver's floor, and coke spilled on passenger's floor. The car had a very strong odor of cigar that made me have to drive with windows open. I got home and had to fully sanitize the car before using it for my move. Really terrible experience.

checking in on a one way, I was disappointed that the on site person suggested I call the 800 # which I did then, after a 10 minute wait online, was told that I needed to call scheduling to check in my one way..... what the heck is that about UHAUL. For god sake. please correct that broken process... after a 12 hour day of packing, driving and unloading in 100 degree heat I don/t need the run around from a person on a phone or in the office.

The owners were tremendous and really care, and most staff very helpful yet some front desk staff could benefit from some customer service classes yet I commend them working in today's environment of covid. I will say I am disappointed in uhaul for not bringing down prices at all, and I called to ask. I moved to Proguard and hav an alarm on my unit and provided a lock for free, and pay half the price of uhaul. I recommend uhaul consider safety and business practice of Proguard and do some changes. when I signed up to rent the unit i gave my banking info for auto draft payments. the first payment went without hick up. the second payment i got a notice i was late so i called and gave me banking info again they made the payment. every month forward i would get an email of a late fee assessed and would have to go online to pay my rent payment. i set up auto payment every month and it never would auto pay. for 6+ months i had to pay more than $50 in fees because of their payment system never working and them not notifying me of the payment until after the fees were put onto my account. i finally got fed up with it and moved my stuff out and cancelled my unit. would I recommend this place? no unless you pay for the unit 12 months at once.

U have one dangerous habit. We had storage on the second floor. The elevator was occupied for and extended time and the exit doors to the stairs were LOCKED. This is deadly in case of fire.
