It was challenging to get the truck backed out of the parking spot to get it out of the lot where it was kept.

This was supposed to be a â€œcontactlessâ€ experience, far from it! My rental wasn't ready so I had to go inside the office for help. The clerk started to prepare my order, the truck she brought out to the parking lot didn't match the truck # on my app. When I brought it to her attention she walked over to look at my phone - she wasn't wearing a mask!!! What can be done to improve?? Explain the definition of â€œcontactlessâ€ to your employees!!
This review is not about this location specifically, but about the process of actually getting the truck despite having a reservation. I went to the location that I reserved the truck (and was "promised" to me), but the rep there said that he "didn't have any trucks" and that I would need to call the uhaul customer service line. No other help was given. He was dismissive. Called the customer service line and was on hold for about 15 minutes before the line magically disconnected and hung up. Found another location and explained to them the situation to which they were more helpful than the first location, but we still had to drive to another location where they claimed I had a truck. Went to a third location, showed them the reservation and explained the situation, and they initially said they do not have a truck. The customer service here was the most helpful in that they took the matter seriously and were able to get in touch with someone who could locate a truck. After about 30 minutes waiting, we were directed to ANOTHER (this is the fourth), location where we finally were able to receive a truck. I was scheduled to receive my truck at 10:30 AM. I did not actually get one until 1 PM that day. Do better U-haul.
What is the point of reserving anything if it's not available when I get there? The last 3 times I've rented anything with uhaul it's a wild fucking goose chase to get the actual shit I reserved. I'm fucking done and never using uhaul again.
Always keep Ronald there! He brings so much life to this location!! I've been here in the past and hated it but Ronald is the life and joy of this place. How he speaks with customers to even the staff is very honorable. Oh and with a lot of customers in this location he doesn't get short with whomever he is working with. Ron simply took his time to apologize for everyone's wait and got to everyone one at a time without an attitude rather he took time to enter our world by asking how we're we doing as each of us came to the register. Never get rid of Ronald! He knows how to deal with people and loves people. It's so obvious and for that Ronald is rated 5 stars as a worker. Y'all (Uhaul) have a jewel don't run him off!
I told them I needed more time with uhaul. The next day I received multiple calls from them and voicemails telling me to bring it back (my card was on file for them to charge me). When I called them back a man told me someone called from my apartment saying I was parked in their spot, I told him he was lying because it's open parking at my apartment. I just don't like that they constantly called me, basically trying to threaten me to bring it back. Will never go back to this location..
I had no issues renting a truck and a unit. The truck came with many extras (dolly, moving blankets) that most Uhaul locations do not provide for free. The storage building/units are clean and the place is kept very nice. Looks new but is a few years old. Great experience. Thank you to the people running this Uhaul locaion.
Please just continue to keep up the professionalism, the sincerity and the courteousness. I pass up at least three other locations to get to this one. Mrs. Joann Coffey and staff are always courteous

The Management was very knowledgeable and most helpful in me getting my storage needs and truck
My only problem was the fuel level. While the fuel gage showed "Full" when I picked up the truck, it was on the "empty" side of the Full marker. When I filled it up on my return, the gage moved substantially to the other side of the Full line. In other words, I was given a truck that wasn't actually full and for a total of only 16 mile the fuel costs were excessive.

Great customer service By Ronald Coffey Very easy to talk to and work with. The was a problem with the payment device which took up a bit of time. Ron Kept calm and Assured me he would get it figured out, which he Did. Good Experience overall and I will definitely be renting Their again. Thanks Ronald
Car was found with cigarette and cigar butts, coffee spilled on driver's floor, and coke spilled on passenger's floor. The car had a very strong odor of cigar that made me have to drive with windows open. I got home and had to fully sanitize the car before using it for my move. Really terrible experience.
My only complaint is the mirror was broken on the driver's side. As for as the overall customer service itself is a 5 star
Everything went quickly and smoothly. It would be nice to be able to call location directly as it is time consuming to have to go through a call center. We were suppose to be called when truck was ready. We called in to call center instead.
Make sure the instructions for locating the vehicle are accurate. I spent a few minutes in the rain searching for my truck where the instructions said it was, but the truck was actually out back.
Hours should be Longer
