Power was out in the building, we had to go to 24/7 to be able to access our Uhaul but the location part didn't work. As well as there were several other customers in building having the same problem. Power problem couldn't be helped but other locations or main office should of helped instead of telling sales person they have too many calls and couldn't help him. I told them that I didn't get the vehicle at full tank and I left it where I got it when I picked it up from Carson city. They didn't want to work with me and I was out 50 dollars because if I didn't filled the tank I was going to be charged. No handicap parking. Renters must park in a dirt area outside the rental area, which is not paved and populated by day workers. As a small woman with rheumatoid arthritis, I cannot recommend this site without mentioning the ADA violations.LISA ANTRAM S.

Specialist who helped me was great. Helpful and friendly. However only concern was the truck I rented was faulty, the air conditioning kept cutting in and out while driving. And the gear shifter kept getting stuck when trying to go from drive, reverse, drive , park, etc. I attempted to contact the store to let them know but was unable to get ahold of anyone. Teach your service personel that they need to listen to the customer. I realized that the hitch I had bought from your company 20 yrs before, want going to work for this trailer, it leaned way to far back, instead of level, which caused the load to shift due to road vibration, which jammed the roll up door upon reaching our destination. Luckily I had already thought of this an planned for it. Had the service tech listened to me, I would have bought another drop hitch an ball on the spot, instead of trying to convince me I was wrong an he was right, even tho I KNEW I WAS RIGHT, My fault for listening to him an trying to be the nice guy in the exchange, but all trailers should be level or as close as possible for transport., thxWILLIAM M.

Your website is awful. I literally rented a truck yesterday, and I was directed to a good local location and a UHaul subcontractor. Today, I am directed to a U Haul corporate center, that had no trucks. I stood in line for 20 minutes, so an overworked employee could call a second corporate location and direct me there. This should have been done on the website in the first place. Yesterday I was away in 15 minutes, today I was an hour in before I got the truck. 30 minutes later, I get a voicemail from U Haul asking if I still need my reservation, and an email cancelling it. Either there was a hot ride update pushed, or the lesson is that your corporate centers are incompetent. I had to enter my payment and drivers information on the website, enter and photograph it again when picking up the truck, using the link you texted to me. None of that worked, because I had to show my license a third time and use the credit card again when I went inside. I created an account months ago, why is t at least my license or a pre approval stored on my account? Why do I even have an account if I have to reenter everything every time? The pickup was dirty, and as I returned to my personal vehicle for an item, I was asked to move my car because U Haul equipment needs to park in that spot. There are no signs, and three other personal vehicles parked on both sides. I was directed to either one hour customer parking (which does have signs) or â€œlong term parking,â€ 200 yards away, outside of any security cameras and on a dirt strip off the paved surface. I think next time my needs will be met with a Penske vehicle.William W.

I had a great experience at the location. I was driving to Tennessee to move and unfortunately the truck had broken down in New Mexico. The Driver train axel broke on the highway past Albuquerque. We had to call road side assistance for Uhaul which the rep there was awesome and took care of us. The Tow truck driver took an hour and a half to get to our location. Then he couldnt tow the uhaul truck because the driver train was dragging on the concrete. So he had to call another driver with a flat bed to place the truck on there. In total it took about 2 and half hours to leave that location where the truck broke down. Then we had to rush to the other uhaul location to pick up the truck before they closed at 8pm. Luckily we got there at 754 to put my name in for the replacement truck. Then the roadside assistance called movers (which the movers were awesome) to switch out all our items out of the broken truck to the replacement truck. So after all this it became a 7 hour delay in driving to our destination in Tennessee. The roadside assistance rep was very helpful and made sure to communicate with me. The 2nd truck was fine and had no issues. Was very disappointed that the truck broke down like that and made the trip less exciting and more exhausting than it should have been. The Uhaul 800 number is very tough to get a hold of reps as well as you call and its always at least a 30 minute wait. That is definitely something Uhaul should fix and as a customer should be able to get a hold of someone in less than 5 minutes no matter the situation. I was OVERCHARGED!!! I was charged for two (2) days, and I only used it for a few hours!!! I dropped it off at 11:01 pm last night, was told I could have brought it back 12:30 am, but didn't need it any longer. I called the store earlier this morning, and talked to Danielle I think, and told her. She assured me that she would change it right away and I asked for her to send me a new receipt with the correct amount, NEITHER HAS HAPPENED!! IF IT IS NOT CHANGED, I'LL CALL THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO STOP PAYMENT ON IT!!!!! So, lets see how your customer service is!! I have no complaint about the equipment, the process to pick it up, but I am Not going to screwed over and overcharged!!! The drop off location was scheduled for reno, NV and I was moving to Henderson, NV. I was redirected to drop off my rented truck and trailer at a location that did not accept trailers. Fortunately they called my final drop off destination and arranged for me to return everything there. Better organization and attention to the details of the reserved items and final drop off destination would save your renters and providers the stress and extra work of rescheduling and coordinating a new drop-off point.BRYCE P.

This facility is amazing. I love that a lock was included in the unit for us! The loading dock made moving in much easier, as did the elevator and all the dollies. I was dissapointed that U-Haul does not pro rate the unit. I moved out early and still had 20 days left on my unit. I had this unit for 2 years and usually paid up 3 months in advance.. I called and texted with customer service to discover that I couldn't get my $66 back as the units aren't pro-rated like an apartment is. I would hesitate to recommend U-Haul for that reason. I would recommend that the customer find a space that does the pro-rating. My rent went up, which I found frustrating.
