This location helped us out. But. I called customer service due to my original reservation being a 26 ft truck with a trailer and hand dolly. I booked a MONTH in advance the day before I’m moving they call and tell me they don’t have the correct trailer I picked the truck up with 14miles of gas after calling customer service and saying hey I’m moving a two stories house and have nothing to move it with can you guys extend the rental considering I’m doing this all by myself with nothing I reserved to help move my belongings. They said yes no problem. Then I return the truck get a 61$ fuel charge yet I picked it up with 14 miles on it…. Then I’m charged 50$ for having the truck two extra days when I was told it was extended. Nothing I’ve been told happened on top of the ABS break light came on stayed on and the breaks on this vehicle stopped engaging properly 2 hours prior to getting to my destination. Uhaul failed at everything during this move and on top of that the entire reason I unfortunately had to move was because my father has cancer and I’m taking care of him. I have NO problem paying for services I use but when one of 4 things I needed happened then I’m getting random charges that’s a problem. All I ask is stick to your word and I hope this is sent to the appropriate people so this can be handled. Whitney ranch location helped when everything else didn’t. (Gina the original person that helped me was also helpful)

Brenda S | First ImpressionsThe only problem I had is my husband has dementia and got into my pocketbook and lost the key 🔑 to the lock on the storage. So U-Haul didn't have anything to remove the lock they gave me a card for a locksmith to cut it off which cost $70 by card or $60 cash he was from North Las Vegas so it took 30 minutes for him to arrive. So if you lose your key do yourself a favor and buy or borrow lock/bolt cutters and save a lot of time and money.
