I know contracts are contracts! 3:30 was our return time...I called and said by the time we unloaded we would be till 5:30 returning the truck. And I was told we would get charged another day's rental! Do you not think that is quite excessive for 2 hours? I think there should be a scale of charge for an extra hour or two. Otherwise everything was ok!!!!

Stop charging for mileage, used to be free still thought it was but wasn't charged over $100 for 73 miles ridiculous will NEVER rent from you again!

My only complaint is thanks to Covid-19 lockdowns this year, it took a lot longer to sell my home than expected, but throughout the whole process you guys were great and I was able to got back into storage to retrieve the books and crafting supplies that helped keep us sane when we couldn't go anywhere.

Had to travel 35 miles both ways to get truck because many locations closer couldn't provide truck requested. Was told there would be mileage credit. When truck was dropped of I was charged for extra mileage. I explained the situation and was told I would get a credit. NEVER HAPPENED!!!! Poor customer service

Fucking communicate between branches and with the customer!! I reserved a trailer unit in one town for pick up in the morning for a local rental, and by 7am that day my reservation had been “moved” to a location 30 minutes away for the evening after my help was scheduled to be done! I asked customer service to find anyone even remotely close and they swore up and down there was NOTHING in existence. I got to the Wilkes Barre branch, low and behind there was one sitting on the lot. Called and they said yes it has been available all day and has no reservations scheduled for tomorrow. I had asked the customer service rep point blank if they had any available in Wilkes-Barre that morning and they said no! The amount of stress, number of phone calls and circles I have been sent in to get a semi-decent solution is disgusting. I am frustrated and would like a refund.

We rented a van to transport a queen mattress and box spring. Van was super clean. It drove wonderfully—the brakes worked like a dream! I was able to reserve it over my phone and going in the next day to pick it up was easy too. A few minutes with my drivers license and we were on our way!

I had a reservation for a unit, the staff was very friendly her name was Ashley, however you didn't have a unit for me. All of the units in the building had locks on the first floor but we're not taken out of inventory so I had to scramble and find another location for storage. I never got to move in. I don't know that I would ever use U-haul again. I had a horrible experience getting my truck in South Carolina where you have a remote location that can't pick up GPS running a 24/7 pickup. I then had to drive 49 minutes to the next location to pick up a truck 20 miles outside of my way period then the owner hit the truck off of the gutter coming out to deliver the truck to me. I really think there needs to be more reliability during this time when you're not going to have people at a location on a Friday to hand you keys. I will never use your 24/7, or your online reservation service again. I was extremely disappointed being that I've used U-Haul several times for moving in my past. My entire schedule got messed up because of inconsistency within the U-Haul system. This is a no reflection of Ashley she was very personable and very professional. She even offered to call your Kingston location but by that point I had just about had it and was trying to keep my composure. It was in my best interest to go outside of U-Haul for my storage unit.To say I was disappointed in your company, is an understatement.☹️

The only negative comment that I have is after the WIlkes-Barre Twp facility was damaged by a tornado, being a former police officer in that town, I know there was damage. Trying to get information on my unit was very difficult. Nobody from uhaul reached out to me. It took several days and multiple phone calls to determine all my contents were in fact safe.

I was originally supposed to get a uHaul at the Old Forge store for 7am. The customer who had the truck night before never returned it at 5:45pm as agreed upon. Nobody ever called me and told me. I showed up for the uHaul that I reserved and the woman (Debby) was dismissive and said, “It happens,” and walked away. It was not until I started yelling and causing a scene (I had moving men schedule for 7:45AM) that she finally called her manager who then referred me to the Mundy street location. By then, I had to ask the movers to push the time back (which they were upset) and I had to push my day back and I was two hours behind schedule. I was moving to Philly and since I was now 2 hours behind schedule, I hit 12pm traffic and it took 4 hours to get there, making me late for the moving men I had scheduled in philly. UHaul is a TERRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! I should have listened to everyone when they told me how terrible they were.

They make my reservation wrong, I have to call 4 different times and the 4 times they make it wrong, I call the reservation number and who ever answer the phone she was so rude and she'd help me at all everything was wrong 👎

Trucks are poorly maintained. Was charged way to much for a vehicle that felt like it was gonna fall apart while driving. Never returning.

Maybe be knowledgeable of the work you are doing... I rented a motorcycle trailer today. I didn't know I would need to purchase straps for it. I tried to ask the young lady assisting me how many straps I need, but she didn't know either.

Reserving my truck online made the process much easier. The truck was ready to go when I arrived. Everything went with no problems at all.

The auto transport we rented was great and the location was excellent. People were very helpful. The only thing I would recommend is for the trailer to be equipped with straps in the back to secure the vehicle better. We used some I had because the car moved too much with just the front straps it had. Probably not an issue for a short trip but we had a long trip of 270 miles. We wanted more security than just the front straps. Otherwise, everything was great and we will continue to use Uhaul everything we need to rent equipment.

The staff here goes above and beyond! I cannot recommend them enough. Ashley and Christian were incredible, I had my car out at their storage facility for a year I wasynt sure if my car would start after sitting so long so they went out and tried it for me before I got there preventing me from having to go back to get a new battery or jumper cables after finding out on my own. Saving extra Uber costs and time. Thank you guys for everything.

units that are supposed to be “ground level” actually have about a 6 inch lip. ground in front of units has not been paved so it is difficult to roll heavier items into unit. office was no help and did not even have ramps to accommodate.

This was my first "storage facility" experience. U-Haul, Mundy St. staff was pleasant to work with, and the facility was very clean, and well maintained! I would definitely recommend them!
