They gave me the wrong fuel meter reading. When I go there and ask the lady, she just corrects it and gave me another page and didn't explain or say anything. If it's a obvious mistake, she could explain for the customers understanding.

I think all locations should have spare tires for trailers. Or trailers should have spare with it. Calling roadside assistance to change or fix a tire for a trailer is a big pain and waste of time if there is a spare. Iâ€™d rather fix myself and be on my way.

The gentleman who hooked up my motorcycle trailer was the same gentleman who unhooked it for me. He was very helpful as well as respectful and courteous. He also answered all of my questions thoroughly and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a pleasant one. He tested the trailer for me and also gave me some tips and suggestions on using the trailer. I will definitely be returning soon. Give this man a raise.

I call two numbers. Hazleton and Wilkes Barre was told in Hazleton no trailer asked for another date nope don't have don't know when one will be here. Wilkes Barre no trailer but you can go to New York and pick one up. There isn't a trailer in pa I was told. I said no girl on phone oh I will confirm you on the New York location I said NO. I work a couple of miles from wilkes barre and guess what there was one on the lot. I went into the store is that trailer waiting for someone? NO do you want to rent it? Now you tell me is that the way UHAUL runs there business. I would like a phone call back from someone that has a title from the main office call me at 5709566205

My uhaul was not ready in time. They did not inform me until 20 minutes until I had to pick it up.

Truck was dirty and banged up before we got in it. Staff real nice. But after 1 day late my access card is denied and i had to pay a late fee. Also they red lock you out after 1 day late. As a new customer at this location i was surprised. As a courtsey they should credit my late fee back. At least for the inconvenience.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IS TO LEARN HOW TO NOTIFY CUSTOMERS WHEN YOU MOVE THEIR RESERVATION TO A NEW LOCATION. WHAT COMPANY WOULDN'T DO THIS? YOU ASK FOR ALL FORMS OF CONTACT SO YOU CAN MARKET TO US, YET ARE UNABLE TO PUT THOSE CONTACTS TO USE IN ORDER TO HELP INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS OF CHANGES TO THEIR RESERVATIONS INSTEAD? HORRIBLE SERVICE. BE BETTER THAN THIS.
