WILLIAM MIt'd be nice to have somewhere to park a car when renting for a day. I parked in front of the building, but I'm pretty sure that could/would get full on a busy day.

TIMOTHY EU Haul is a rip off- over priced- rental scam. The truck ran terribly using more fuel than it should have. First the daily rental price then you pay again on per mile rate, and it ran like crap. Never ever use U Haul again and will discourage everybody from using them. Very disatisfied👎

CHRISTIAN MU-Haul made a mistake on my confirmation email for the date of my drop off and the employees at the Tasker Road location were very hesitant and reluctant to not charge me extra fees even though I provided written evidence of the error.

Paul RThe truck was terrible. The whole truck and steering wheel shook way out of control. We rented this vehicle to transport two rebuil and fresh painted wings 5 miles to the airport. At speeds of 25-30 the whole vehicle shook. When went to U-Haul for planning they showed me a very new truck. I was given a junker. There is no way this vehicle could be driven on the interstate

WAYNE POverall I was provided with good customer service. Following our last 24hrs. I I was sick so it took an additional day to clean out. While going through our items we found damaged goods do to mice. After cleaning out the storage container we did find a mouse that excepted out the front door.

Dennis JWe returned our truck a little late (4 hours) and we were charged a full day for that. When we returned the truck,it had 3/8 tank of gas. Since we had filled the tank with more gas than was required for return of the truck, the person checking us in called the manager to ask if we could get a reduced late fee. The manager would not permit us to do that, which was disappointing. I don't blame the person at the desk - he tried his best to help us, but I think the manager could have been more flexible. I have called Customer Service, and am hopeful that we will get a resolution on this situation. Aside from this, we have always had great service from U-Haul.

William KJohn was a HUGH help in getting my belongings out of my unit and with renting the U-Haul to do so . He was very friendly , helpful and HONEST . I wish I could say the same for the GM Gabby Sanchez . She first refused to take a payment from me the prior month when I explained to her that I was not going to rent for the next month. (She said bc they don’t “take partial payments any more ) which I understand , however she went on to tell me that my balance was due in full on Feb 1st or my unit would be sold at Auction which was NOT TRUE . She also never bothered to mention to me that I could make a settlement payment and save myself almost 200$ bc I was moving my things out anyway. In fact my unit was NOT going to be auctioned until MAY . So I had plenty of time if I needed it. As a General Manager of a business the first rule should be HONESTY, INTEGRITY and FRIENDLY. She proved herself to be none of these things. People like John the assistant manager are who we need to run our businesses . Thank god for him !

It took so much time when they could have done it like normally happens not everyone is computer savvy. Very frustrating and they didn’t help me through it.

Josue SIf you offer one month free on a storage unit when renting a truck one way, then I should think you should give one month free to people like myself who have rented a storage unit for years and are renting a truck one way.

Lisa SMy 15-foot truck had very dirty mirrors and window glass significantly interfering with proper operation = an unsafe condition. I had to stop and clean each of four mirrors and two windows to be able to see properly. The truck was left in the "Haul/Tow" mode. Luckily, I had read the instructions are turned off this feature.

WALTER WI was told I could use my iPhone to pickup my rental because I would be arriving after hours. When I arrived at the location the UHaul app would not work. I texted the manager and never heard back. I contacted U-Haul customer service and I was told that my rental had never been setup for remote pickup. I returned Saturday morning. My rental was behind the locked fence, so even if I had access to the key Friday night, I wouldn’t have had access to the truck.
Nick LUhaul only cares about it's profits. There is no effort made, real or fake, to make the clients needs be considered.

Glenn PDon't lie to your customers. I went there at 7PM. The attendant was still there although had not locked up. I dropped the trailer and walked in and found no one. I thought maybe they had forgotten to lock up. He came in after and said we closed. I asked if he could check my trailer in. He said yes and walked over...asked me for my name and was everything ok in the trailer. Said I was good it was returned. I came home and had dinner and relaxed, then at 9 PM checked email for a receipt, it was not there. I called the U-Haul customer service; they said it was not checked in...so I drove back and checked it in with the App...All he had to say was I can't do it. It's after hours it won't work.

No entrance into unit to Empty an entire move in . Extremely bad situation to put me in. Cost me $1000 plus additional $1000 for 3 man crew and time/gas to drive around Winchester looking for a storage unit for a whole avail immediately. Worst experience during an already stressful move. I cancelled my unit. However, your staff was very friendly , very helpful, I truly appreciate your excellent customer service.

When the storage unit changed from Dominion Storage to U-Hual, they continuously upped my rate and cut the hours I could access my storage unit. Two times I couldn't get into my unit, and the third time I had to call for someone to open the gate. All three times were well before 9pm! I never got any notification of these changes.

We arrive on our scheduled rental date and we're told they don't have a unit for us. Adam and Melissa were manning the store, offered to call around to find us another unit and were extremely apologetic - No other units were available. I placed a call to Robert and he could have cared less. Offered no apology nothing. After going around and around for 2 hours we ended up having to go with a non climate control and a much smaller and damaged unit. I 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend using this storage place. The ONLY saving grace to this whole experience was Melissa and Adam. Someone give them a huge raise and a promotion!

NOT ACCEPTABLE and bad business. Would have been appropriate to reimburse me at least for the gas used. Also, the lights go off in the halls too soon, it is WAY too dark to function safely. Needs improvement. New mgr trying best to get me sorted, but this is all bad business -- along with a price increase after so many years.

If there was a way to have someone available on staff after 5 PM (with prior appointment), I would have been able to supervise the move, the loading of the truck, and come with them. Fortunately, everything worked out, but when I arrived back home, it was mayhem on the house because there was no supervision as the movers loaded the truck. I also noticed some mold inside the unit. I am hoping my furniture will not get damaged. I did not notice the mold when I initially looked at the unit. The service was VERY NICE. People were very friendly and helpful. THANK YOU!
Carmen J | First ImpressionsThe manager emailed me my storage unit had no lock on it. Apparently the lock was recently cutoff or removed by someone…they are now reviewing the tapes to see how and who did this. I appreciate their diligence and communication for the security of my stored items.

Several were vandalized over the last couple of years (Mine). Additionally, I would like to see additional gravel spread around the RV lots. Nothing has been done since 2008.
