All U Haul agents and pick up and drop off locations have been great for me as I have used them for 9 trips.
KENNETH L | First ImpressionsWasn't really impressed. I am a single woman and I needed help to put my bed in the unit and of course there was no one to help! No one offered me insurance when I booked it nor did they offer it when I checked it out in the beginning I was not aware that I could get insurance through you guys and I thought my car insurance would cover it so I never questioned that someone should have brought that up and no one brought up the insurance to me. I had two times on my trip have your trailer jackknife My car on both sides leaving a dent on each side and the guy was really rude to me when I brought that up and kept claiming it wasn't my fault! You trailers should not be able to do that especially when you make turns? So there's damage on both sides of my vehicle & a little bit on your trailer at the bottom where the it hits the road. I don't know why but It would also scrape the concrete when it sits so low and there was a bump in the road. The damage to my car occurred when I was making a turn and it jackknifed both sides along with several bumps in the road that couldn't be avoided. I was making a turn each time and the thing jacknifed the side of the car on each side from two different turns so I'm taking it to my insurance company. And also another thing the agent that checked me out from the beginning never brought up insurance so I thought my insurance covers when I rent a trailer so that's another thing I'm very mad about. I've had a clean insurance record for so long and this has devastated me because I think the trailer hitch should have been longer for curves or for turning.. I think you guys should make it right! The guy also never gave me anything to show what he charged me at the return. No itemized receipt. nothing and I realize that when I left I have no idea and I'm going to try to get my stuff out of that unit before the month is up because I'm so upset over the whole thing I have no idea what he charged and I was supposed to get a month free and I paid for the rental in advance so there shouldn't be other charges. I could not resolve anything with him and we both took pictures I am furious about the service I received with him When your trailer's jackknife and hit the car that's pretty bad & And like I said I think the connection to my car should have been longer but then again maybe it would have made even more damage when turning. I am definitely taking it up with my insurance company and sending them pictures etc This should have never happened The first time was shocking enough The second time when I turned was even more shocking and my car is an expensive car.. And the little bit of damage on that trailer was from hitting the pavement. it's like on the bottom of the one side. I will be contacting the insurance as soon as possible today I just haven't had a chance yesterday when I turned it in and I was unable to do it as I was only me getting my stuff out of the U-Haul truck and putting it in the unit. Luckily a kind man at the end of what I had to do putting my queen size bed in offered to help That's what made my day not your person or anything else. I don't know if I'll ever use U-Haul again It scares me. I did try to resolve but there was no intention on the other part meaning your guy and he was a bit belligerent when I expressed how upset I was I wasn't even offered insurance in the beginning nor did I know anything about jackknifing or anything that could cause problems and I wasn't sure either about the bar that attaches to my car from the trailer It didn't even seem long enough or maybe it was too long and that's what caused the dents on each side of my car. There was no resolving it with the guy there. He was the only one there when I returned it.

They would come help me with it and then they replaced it for me to make it easier for me to get in . There is one person I wish I could remember his name. , but I can tell you he work on Sunday 1/11/26 he help me out numerous times and was always very professional and friendly and always willing to help me. Which he did numerous times. I would highly recommend this site for anyone! Thank you !!

JIMMY V | Overall ExperienceI missed my move out date by one day and am being charged the whole month. You want to make customers happy, pro rate the charge. Because now you can rent the unit again and double dip. If I am not reimbursed , I will never use U-Haul again. There are many other options. I spent a lot of money with U-Haul over the past 5 months and to be treated like this is not customer friendly.

There were no lights for the inside of the unit which made it inconvenient when I was still unloading my U-Haul after dark. There was also no gate to block access from any random person coming through which made me feel like my stuff wasn’t very secure compared to the areas that were gated with passcodes. If I ever needed to, I’d rent here again but not in the same section I had my stuff stored. I would also prefer a closer storage facility from where I live, rather than over 30 minutes out but this was the only one available with the one-month free rental
CASEY M | Overall ExperienceThe office staff super friendly and helpful. Jonathan is wonderful with customer service. I had to come tact corporate to get the contract price honored, they still upped the rent for supposed maintenance fees but nothing was fixed. Security gate has been open for over 3 months. That was the general manger that did that though. I feel she did it out of spite for me calling corporate on her. She tells customers she jas final say bit with a little navigating internet you learn different. Over all not bad just rudeness and not honoring contract prices. Trash did get left for a bit but nothing out of ordinary. If you dont have to deal with the the one female manger then all is great. But God forbid the office staff honors a reservation price oh no, then to lie and say they upped your price in May for maintenance reasons and fix nothing is a little absurb and in my opinion borderline shady.
