No body to talk to when dropping off trailer. We tried calling several different days and several different times. We were forced to just "abandon" the trailer in the lot and hoped someone would check it in. There was no security or indication that the trailer we rented would be secure at the drop off location.Warren W.

Horrible experience. My location was moved due to the high volume of rentals even though I made my reservation months ahead. Then UHaul recommended I do the mobile check in option. While trying to do this the site crashed for maintenance and I could not retrieve my UHaul. I tried to go into the UHaul store to get assistance in person, but there was no worker present. I ended up being on hold for 40 minutes with customer support.Ryan N.

We had scheduled to pick up our U-Haul 24 hours before pick up time of 6:30pm; however, the day of pick up we had to call because the size of the truck was not available at the location we selected, so the representative changed the pick up location to a different location where the truck we wanted would be available. We went to the new location and the app was not working We called and was on hold for 20 minutes..... Then when we finally spoke to someone they said that the app was not working because we were late to picking it up. We were on time, but because of being on hold for 20 minutes we were late. Then they transferred us to another representative that said that the truck we ordered was not available so we would have to come back the next day to pick one up(which was not going to work for us) OR we would have to drive 50 miles to the next Uhaul location. She said that it wasn't available because we scheduled it when the store wasn't open, but we scheduled it 24 hours before picking it up so they had all day to sort it out. Eventually the representative said they had a smaller truck available that we could get in which we ultimately took. The truck worked out for us. I'm not one to write a long and extensive complaint, but this was a stressful and frustrating experience when moving already causes enough stress. Definitely will not be doing the online 24/7 pick up whenever we need to use a U-Haul again. Will only be going in to talk to someone from here on out!Joel H.

A bit more training for the associates. Michelle was very friendly and helpful, but did struggle a bit while working on the computer. But it could have been the software being used, so don't reprimand her, She was wonderful besides!Tylor F.

no one was there at 9am on Sunday when we picked up. I am very very unhappy with U-Haul in general as I made by reservation over a month in advance. They ended up getting us lost in the system so I had to set on hold for over an hour the night before until a manager found me a uhaul within our location....we had to go to winona from Lacrosse to get our uhaul, then we show up and no one is there to check us in. Then when we go to return our uhaul, the place they had originally sent us to had a grumpy old man tell us his lot was full and that I should go somewhere else...Charlotte W.
I did not receive the dolly and blankets I paid for. I will be calling uhaul to ensure I'm not charged for not returning these items and asking for a refund for all moving materials.Katie E.
