The manager and janitor were extremely helpful every time I ask questions. I would highly recommend this facility!!!!!

Leslie S | First ImpressionsI ended up paying way more than I expected due to the manager's error in locking me out of the unit. I paid online but did not move anything into the unit right away. When I arrived with several loads of belongings and help needed for unloading I did not have access to the unit despite having paid my bill on line. The manager had seen the unit was not locked by me and assumed I had abandoned it. He prevented my access. The help unloading was no longer available by that time I regained access. I was reimbursed for the month I didn't use it (Nov) however that reimbursement did not happen immediately. Instead I was given the same unit (whose locking mechanism would stick) starting from the day I pointed out the error. It was at a higher rate of monthly fee and insurance. I had to stop back at the office to make sure the reimbursement happened as the manager did not proceed with the reimbursement (Dec) as promised. When I moved my things out of the unit they did not pro-rate a refund for the time I would no longer be using the unit.
