The air conditioner didn't work. It only blew air from the floor vents. Huge scratches down the side of the truck and when I dropped it off at the other location I explained to the rep at the 77083 location what the problem was and he said leave the keys in the truck and everything will be emailed to me. The only space available for the truck was too small. This was mainly due to the space taken by the other customers and the total disregard to the lines for each space. I had no choice but to leave the truck partially in the spot after wasting 30 minutes trying to squeeze in.Donald S.

The negative experience is I am almost certain my credit cards and drivers licensen was stolen at this location. I have requested the owner to review the surveilllance vedios from that time period and let me know the findings. I have not heard back from him at this point. I set up a uhual rental online and figured my reservation was good for 24hrs. I dropped the uhaul off less than 12 hours after I picked it up and was charged two days for the uhaul and dollyChristoph R.

The paperwork was not correct stated gas was on half tank whereas only 1/4. I called and explained the situation was told would be charged extra. Once arrived they then notice it was a mistake. I wasn't credited back the back the extra 10$ for the gas.SONJI R.

I have rented equipment at this location multiple times and each time I have experienced consistent professional and courtesy behavior. The employees are always friendly. And most importantly, I feel safe driving their vehicles as they always seem to be well maintained.WILLIAM B.
Van was spotless. So at least that was good. My reservation got pulled and they would no longer honor my original 1 day reservation. They say they cancelled the res because a strange lady came in and tried to say she was picking up the van for me. It was very strange to say something like that happened without at least contacting the police. Especially since there are cameras located everywhere. And then when I had no choice but to rent the van for a limited time I realized it was possible they booked someone thinking that I would not show up for my reservation. I could be wrong and maybe some strange lady with a big dog came in and specifically used my name and asked for the reservation. They say she was sketchy also. If this person had my name then that's identity theft. If you could I'd like you to review the cameras for that day and get an idea who this person might be. I am concerned if she had my last name and first name and knew I just made a reservation. That would mean she would have to have somehow hacked my information from online. Or yours. I got to the location where I was initially going to take the 20' truck. It was closed. I should of got a memo that it was not going to happen. I call customer service, they send me to another location, once I get there they end up saying that they dont have the truck I want. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. The location is difficult to get to. I really hate the process of returning the equipment. I don't want an email of the return. When I walk out of the office I want a piece of paper showing proof that I returned the equipment with out damage and with appropriate gas and mileage confirmed. I don't care that an email comes after that but I don't want to walk away with out proof of the return. I also hate the pick up process! I would like a person who goes over with me the equipment that I'm renting and confirms the marks and condition as well as Odometer reading. AND I would like the equipment to be pulled out of the teeny parking spot by your employee rather than myself. Also when I call up there to ask about the return paperwork that I never got maybe your employee can make a suggestion on what they can do to help rather than me trying to help them figure it out. It's simple customer service. It's not hard. I've been in customer service my entire work career and it's not rocket science. Do what you can to help the customer. Give them the options. And hey while your at it spell their name right. Maybe explain the process a little. This is horrible customer service. I will not be using this Uhaul ever again.SHAUNDA D.

The service was very poor and disappointing. My wife and I thought we were renting a unit on or around 4/17/21 only to discover a month later there was no record. The original price we were quoted was around $35.00/month with the first month free. When we returned a month later a different staff member showed a different pricing fee of around $84.00/month for the same unit. James was exceptional!!! My sister and I were having a hard time bc my nephew just passed away and nobody got to say goodbye. We suddenly needed to move the personal contents from his house with almost no time to prepare. We kept having to change return times for the uhaul and honestly had almost no help moving. James was so empathetic and accommodating. He was so sweet that we cried out of appreciation rather than grief for the first time in days.
