When I moved in there was a young gentleman that assisted me and he was so kind and accommodating making sure I had everything I needed from checking in my truck to making sure everything was wonderful with my storage unit. When I checked out Mr. Michael was just as accommodating and kind. Mr. Michael offered me water and even offered to sweep my unit for me because he could see how tired I was from the move. Although I swept my own unit it deserved to be mentioned that he was even willing to go above and beyond to be of assistance. This is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had with uhaul both moving in and out. The staff deserves to be praised for their kindness, customer care and attentiveness in a time where this is hard to find within businesses and people. Thank you for making my transition extremely easy and care free.
