Have designated equipment at designated locations. I reserved a truck and appliance dolly at the Worthington location (location of my storage). Once I got there they had the truck size I rented available but not the appliance dolly. The man that took care of me told me he reserved an appliance dolly for me at the Northland location but I would have to go get it, however, for my inconvenience of having to go get it he would take it off my bill. Once I got to the northland location I stood in line for about 30 minutes (there was already a customer at the register but I was next in line after him). Come to find out the reason it took so long is because uhaul ran out of storage units and was making arrangements with another facility (same problem I had on 10/30/21). Once I got to the counter, the associate CHARGED me for the dolly. This is unacceptable especially for a customer trying to get moved and settled as this was a HUGE inconvenience to me, seeing as I still had to go BACK to my storage (Worthington location).BRITTANY G.

Truck was registered as having 1/2 gas tank but after I left is was definitely under a half. I returned it at half which cost me $20 dollars more than what it actually showed when I left. I didn't think to address it because it was close, but I forgot just how big of a gas tank it was to increase approx 1/8 th of a tank. Associates should round down not up. Everything else was great, friendly and helpful. No issues at all with the quality of customer service.brandon F.

The driver's door would not close unless you slammed it. The cab smelled like cigarettes/cigars and the floor of the truck was dirty. The ramp was hard to put back. We had to kick it to get it in the final 3-4 inches. Customer service was excellent, though.Marisa J.

I rented a 7 foot pickup truck (smallest rental) for 24 hours. The truck was very nice and nearly new. I drove it 50 miles and put 3 gallons of gas back in the truck. Later I was charged for an additional 4 gallons. I inquired about that, how could 50 miles end up using 7 gallons, but i never heard back. Very disappointed and I feel that I was owed an explanation if not a refund. I wont be returning to this locationANDREW T.

As per Upack they deliver the container in 5-7 business days. I had to pay extra $215 at last minute so that they can deliver it on 7th day. Container was clean but it had something on the walls, my mattress got dirty.Pankaj V.
The parking situation was very difficult because it was so limited. Otherwise the staff for great. I had so many problems using the app then I ended up just turning my key in without checking the truck back in. I had my friend and a person in the parking lot trying to help me upload a picture to the app and the app just would not accept any picture I was trying to upload. Which kept me from being further into the process of returning the vehicle. It would be really helpful if you could just take the pictures on my own camera and then upload to the app. That was not an option we tried everything. That made it extremely more stressful than it needed to be. I ended up having to go back the next day even though the wonderful lady there said it wasn't necessary and she's already taken care of it. I'm grateful this location did not charge me a $20 fee because the app was such a mess. She said many of her customers in that area have the exact same problems with the app for some reason but that corporate had not acknowledged there problems with it. I would like that taken care of as soon as possible. Thank youBeth B.

While the associate at the store tried to be helpful and friend, it was clear that there was staffing issues. On top of that returning the rental equipment was a hassle. There was no where to park and it took us a while to get inside. Upon returning the rental, the staff member rushed us out and said just leave the keys and go. Then I received an email showing a double charge. I was charge $112 at pick up and again charged $123 at drop off when I was told that there were no additional charges. No one answers the phone, and customer service just gave me a #1-800 number to call to see if I can get a resolution.SHERYL C.

I was having trouble getting the U-Haul app to cooperate during the pick-up process when I arrived, but the woman at this location was very kind and helped get me finished up. I also had issues with the app when I returned the truck after hours. I highly recommend not using the app for picking up or dropping off your rental teuck, but if you must, login to your account on the website in a browser - it will actually accept input and let you finish the process. 5 out of 5 stars for the truck and employees, 0 out of 5 for the app.collin P.

Pick up was quick easy and painless by the guy that was there. But the girl that was there after we dropped off was a bit less desirable. She charged us for gas when we put the gas gauge BACK where we picked up the truck. When I called, she argued. I have 3 witnesses that said it was over the 7/8's mark. Needless to say this USED to be the place I've always used to move my shit with but after yesterday, no more.THEODORE L.

I want to give a glowing review to both Dakota and Kaelin, for their excellent work. I have rented from this location several times, and have been helped by both Kaelin and Dakota over the years. When I picked up the van, it was closing time on a Friday. There were so many customers that there was no room to pull my car into the lot, at all. I parked down the street, at a location next door, and walked to the office and looked in the window to see many customers in the office. They were quickly waited on by Dakota and another representative, and the office emptied out a lot faster than I had expected. Dakota processed my rental so smoothly, calmly, and efficiently, it was amazing. Kaelin check me back in this evening, and she was super - always is. You have a great office, and a wonderful staff, at the U-Haul Moving and Storage of Worthington. It made me completely happy in both the rental and the customer experience, as it alway does.DAVID C.
