The drop off after hours is horrible. The worst experience ever. I was there for 45 minutes trying to figure out how to do things on my phone while on the phone with customer service who couldn't help me either. You need to make drop off easier especially for those who don't have internet on their phone, phone dead etc.RACHEL G.

I have seen a decline in both customer service and condition of truck, but have only used the Roosevelt location 3 times so maybe it was just a bad day. I do not like the online service at all, to cumbersome and not reliable at all. A1 movers were great. Respectfull and ready to jump in for the extra mile to keep me satisfied. This is a older facility with a tight parking lot in a rough area of town , but the staff was very professional to us.DAVID C.
Truck was downright disgusting. Interior has ash for cigarettes all over it. As well as bottles and what looked like grease mixed with napkins in the cup holder. I actually drove it home to clean it before I felt comfortable taking it to my destination.Jason M.

I filled out all information to pick up truck at location in Hanover pa, when everything was final I had to pick up truck in York pa. Poor service ,,York location is many miles away from the location I picked close to my home. I was given extra mileage but I had to pay for the gas. Why?????Jane I.

Truck was mostly clean. The guy that checked me in and out was the same. Very nice to work with and very knowledgeable with the system. I had to change trucks right away because someone parked in the truck i was assigned. He did it very quickly. It took almost an hour to get checked in, despite making an online reservation. This set back our entire schedule and caused us shift a bunch of plans, leading us to returning the trailer late, which we were then charged for. It was very busy on the day that I rented my vehicle. I waited in line the first time for probably 30 minutes even though I had done the required online check him. I initially rented a pick up truck but the Friday before was told that I was getting a van. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was not available. Not a great experience! I was scheduled to pick up the truck at 8am and already paid for it. Got there at 8am and tried to log in to get it and it said it was unavailable till 9. I had movers scheduled to be at my house at 9 which caused me to be an hour late. I told the guy at the front desk twice about my issue and he ignored it and didn't even apologize. I would like to receive a refund of some sort due to having to pay $100 for an hour of moving regardless. Also- all 3 employees were not wearing masks and allowed 3 customers in that were massless.Gabriel F.

Hire more people, that's a busy location and when we came to drop off our truck. There was 4 truck returns, 1 pissed off customer about a trailer hook up, 2 customers reserving and a pick up needing help to connect a trailer. You guys had 1 guy working to handle all these customers. We was tired as hell from moving and waited 35 mins in line to check in our truck. Please don't tell me about doing it all online. This is my 5 th truck rental from your company in 3 weeks. I tried the online due it yourself shit on Sunday and your system crashed and left us unable to get on your site to get the code for the key box. We had to carry 25 plus box's between 2 cars all the way from york to Gettysburg twice. When shit works right you provide good trucks lots of convenient services like boxes, tape and friendly workers that work short. No one should work short on a weekend.BRIAN H.

When i first walked in the guy behind the counter wouldnt even acknowledge that i was there. The computers were down and i had to wait all most a hour to be checked in. When i finally checked in i went to find the truck bumper to bumper in the middle of 2 other trucks. Since frustrated didnt tink to open the back and look, and nothing i ordered was in there. No hand cart, no furniture blankets and i was still charged for them. After all that and i finally got loaded the truck wouldnt even start, had to jump start the battery. No lights or anything was left on it was the middle of the day. Than when finally done and return the truck low and behold the computers were down so the couldn't do anything about my missing items i ordered. This place is a joke. No one there does there job properly, and is extremely frustrating in a already frustrating time. Would never ever rent from them again because of this. There are plenty of other moving truck rentals out there than to have to deal with this.Paul H.

I reserved my uhaul for a location closer to my home I was moving from so I wouldn't have to pay extra mileage but they moved it to another location about 10 miles further without telling me. So I had gone to the first location before we knew they changed it. So I was upset we had to pay extra mileage and then asp return it back to that location instead of the one that was 2 miles from my new home. Also costing us more money. Highly upset with this as we chose different locations for both but they changed them without telling us. We could have saved about 20 dollars had they not done this. Document visible damage in front of customers before producing the keys. This would have greatly made the experience much less stressful. I didn't notice the back plastics bumper cover taped together until my first stop. So I stressed the entire duration the unit was in my possession. Other than that. Great customer service.Galen B.

Make sure accurate milage and fuel levels verified before giving truck to customers. I was charged 125 miles but only actually drove 50 miles and told 3/4 tank when only had 1/4 other than these issues I was pleased.LARRY B.

I would have rated this higher. But I booked my storage a week before my move. Unloaded my stuff to find out my storage room 1018 has a lock on it. My stuff is sitting in the hallway waiting for the lock smith to show up he seems to be busy these days because it been almost 24 hours. Also I questioned why My Im being charged 10x10 rate while my storage is 8x8. I was told the price board was incorrect. It also seem that the website is incorrect too. I like the facility in Colorado much better. This one is not az well-lit nor maintained.us the one in Colorado is climate controlled. Also, I oy need a 5x5 but had to take and pay for one two sizes bigger. Also, this one is not as convenient as my other one but just as pri ey. Right from the start my experience was atrocious. From a trailer hitch installed upside down, to lost storage reservation, to Outrageous hold times, failure to end my storage lease after I moved out. The person who took care of us did as much as they had to do. Not very customer friendly. I also asked about a mouse problem since there was a big sticky mouse trap in the storage unit I was renting. I was told there wasn’t a problem. The only problem was the sticky mouse trap got stuck to one of my boxes and it cannot be removed no matter how much you pull at it. Supervisor was very disrespectful with my wife and when appropriately and respectfully approached about, he had a seemingly "i dont care" attitude and didnt even as much apologize or even try to understand his wrong doing. His only response was "ok" when I explained the situation that I wasn't there for and how criticizing a customer who didn't hear you for legitimate reasons is wrong. He simply walked away to avoid something he was wrong for which is completely unprofessional and he shouldn't be in a position he doesn't deserve with that negative attitude. I'm a 14 and ongoing army vet, I shouldn't have to worry about my wife having that kind of situation while I'm out with my daughter. If I trust you enough to do business with you for over a year with storage and utilize your vehicle services why do I need to worry about her going into your facility and dealing with your employees? There was only one time during my unit rental that I was two days late on a payment. I honestly had forgotten about it as the due date was over a weekend. I received an email about it and quickly called and made a payment as well as set up for auto pay. The thing that upset me is that in that time (two days...first time late) they had already sent letters to BOTH of my contact people about me not paying.
