I’d like to know when my benefits package will arrive. Since I checked out my rental, and I checked in my rental, I must have been hired without knowing it. By the way, I bill at $25 per hour, 2 hours. You can just send my paycheck to the address on file.

My only problem was that the storage room had no light, and yes facility is well lit, but there seem to be a bit of a rodent issue and i had no type of food or any thing that would attract mice rodent or etc...but overall my experience with u haul went well

Absolutely the best service I've received from a Uhaul location during both pick-up and drop-off AND especially incredible during this COVID period. Excellent service and very much appreciated while many, many businesses are closed/shuttered. The agents kept social distancing during all aspects and were extremely pleasant. THANKS!

I rented a 26' truck for moving. The girl at the desk was pretty unpleasant, with no smile or thank you. The truck was quite beat up and after 10 minutes of driving it the check engine light and temperature gauge were on. I spent 45 minutes on a continual loop trying to reach U Hauls roadside assistance. When I finally spoke to an actual person, I was told that as long as the truck didn't break down it was fine. As a 56 year old with three chronic conditions going through a divorce and a move during the coronavirus pandemic I really expected a bit more customer service. I returned the truck a bit past my 24 hour period and was charged an additional $52.00. I will not be using or recommending this location again.

The person that I spoke with needs to work on her interpersonal skills. No smile on her face, was like she did not want to be there. Also when I came back into the store for assistance with getting the vehicle started. She stated you just put the key in. The other clerk mentioned so other ways to assist in my starting it. I thank her for being helpful. When we returned the vehicle she was inside it was 7 PM she looked at us put her head back down. We had to knock on the window to get her attention. There was another customer also there trying to return his item. Bottom line this is a customer based business, I had worked in a front line business for years be retireing , you always put a smile on your face. You leave what ever is bothering you at home. M. If returning after hours, maybe make it a little more clear where you want the truck. The location was clearly marked "return equipment here " but in the online return procedure, it said to park the vehicle in a spot so the next customer would be able to locate it, and that was a little confusing. Other than that, I had a great experience.

Fabricated damage to a rear bumper. Obviously the clerk looks for more damage than I did on this rental. There appears to be minor scuffing and crack to a reflector light on the rear bumper. The clerk decided thatThe entire bumper needed replaced. This is total crap and obviously a money making avenue for this agent

I returned the truck using the mobile application. The man at the service desk seemed confused and annoyed that I returned the truck with my phone and was very rude to me. The second man behind the desk was angry and told him to "just take the key from her!" I appreciate the time saving ability to use my phone, but the customer service is lacking!!

Storage situation was fine even tho they did not add my automatic payment multiple times and tried to fine me late fees even after I called multiple times to set up automatic payment. Unit was fine but some rats got into my stuff and pooped on my stuff.

I made my reservation online thinking it would make my pick up more convenient and faster because it automatically assigns you a truck and you check in on your phone upon arrival then find your truck and the keys inside the truck and you'll be on your way, EASY!! This is how the online reservation and pick up is supposed to work, I've done it before. For whatever reason today's reservation went completely different.THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE !! IT WAS SUPER ANNOYING AND FRUSTRATING!! First of all, I was not fairly treated and customer service was horrible. Upon my arrival, I checked in on my phone, as your supposed to do, and I went to the truck the app had automatically assigned me to but there was a man sitting in my truck. I showed the man on my phone that the truck had been assigned to me and he didn't want to give me the key. So we went into the store and when I showed the manager my reservation he looked at the other person and told him it's ok him you go ahead. I was so confused and told him how are you giving him my truck when your system assigned it to me first. I've never felt so taken advantage of. Like I said the point of doing the reservation online is to avoid waiting time. I then had to wait for another truck to be available and that took about 1/2 an hour of my time. I called CSR headquarters and I was told that if I got another truck what is the problem. Like seriously?? She obviously was not familiar with how the online reservation link works. Your online rental app is pointless if when you get to the store your truck was assigned to someone else and the customer still has to go into the store and wait in line for a truck. THAT'S THE PROBLEM!! I was not fairly treated by the staff nor the CSR Rep. I'm waiting for a call from senior management, this was horrible customer service and I should be compensated. And the staff needs more training on CSR skills on how to deal with system glitches.

I used a 15ft truck. It was easy to get use to driving and was just the right amount of space to move all my stuff. The staff were friendly and quick.

There was confusion with the employee regarding the rental. I had reserved equipment on-line for pickup in Harrisburg PA (29th St location), but when I arrived it was not available. I was told I would receive a $50 credit and could pick up the trailer in York, 40 minutes away. Although I had been told the York office was being informed of the situation, when I got there, they complained they were not adequately informed. Staff was surly. I suggest staff would do better to not complain to the customer about an internal misunderstanding, and also to remain courteous to customers. I was more disturbed by the interaction with staff in York than the fact that I had to drive an extra 40 minutes each way to pick up the equipment.

We traveled in this box truck for a few miles over 2811 from Arizona to York PA in 4 days. Had to put in approximately $1400 in gas. I cleaned this truck out with armor all, Lysol and cleaned the floor. Once we dropped off the truck it was not good enough. We were 2.3 gallons SHORT of gas, had to take the truck to the gas station that was located next door to the Uhaul place and put $6.00 of gas (2.3 gallons) and got charged for going over the mileage. My starting mileage was 21140.3 and they say my ending mileage was 23963.8. Which they probably tacked on the miles to get the 2.3 gallons of gas. We were NOT 12 miles over mileage. AND still got charged for mileage. This was the first WORST experience with UHaul. We have dealt with this location for over 20 years and installing hitches, purchasing bike racks, etc. We will not use this location in the future for anything.. Our experience crossing the country was a great experience and then to be nickeled and dimed was frustrating to say the least.

I did not have a reservation, but I did call ahead to check on availability of truck I needed. I estimated I would need truck until 2 pm and would drive 30 miles. I ended up having vehicle back at 11:35 am and drove 22 miles. I used truck a little over 2 hours, swept out back of vehicle and asked for a senior or veterans discount. The manager was in the office when I asked his employee about a discount. He didn’t ‘t say anything, just smiled. I have a lot of friends and customers. I am a PGA Professional. I would not recommend a company that does not recognize seniors or veterans. I will look for another company in the future when I need to lease a truck.

The truck was a little bang up. I had used your moving help .com site.QRC movers out of Harrisburg didn't show up for the job. I suggest strongly that you remove this company from your list. They are unprofessional, unreliable and I would never recommend QRC movers to anyone. Other than that U haul was great.
