When i first walked in the guy behind the counter wouldnt even acknowledge that i was there. The computers were down and i had to wait all most a hour to be checked in. When i finally checked in i went to find the truck bumper to bumper in the middle of 2 other trucks. Since frustrated didnt tink to open the back and look, and nothing i ordered was in there. No hand cart, no furniture blankets and i was still charged for them. After all that and i finally got loaded the truck wouldnt even start, had to jump start the battery. No lights or anything was left on it was the middle of the day. Than when finally done and return the truck low and behold the computers were down so the couldn't do anything about my missing items i ordered. This place is a joke. No one there does there job properly, and is extremely frustrating in a already frustrating time. Would never ever rent from them again because of this. There are plenty of other moving truck rentals out there than to have to deal with this.Paul H.

I reserved my uhaul for a location closer to my home I was moving from so I wouldn't have to pay extra mileage but they moved it to another location about 10 miles further without telling me. So I had gone to the first location before we knew they changed it. So I was upset we had to pay extra mileage and then asp return it back to that location instead of the one that was 2 miles from my new home. Also costing us more money. Highly upset with this as we chose different locations for both but they changed them without telling us. We could have saved about 20 dollars had they not done this. Document visible damage in front of customers before producing the keys. This would have greatly made the experience much less stressful. I didn't notice the back plastics bumper cover taped together until my first stop. So I stressed the entire duration the unit was in my possession. Other than that. Great customer service.Galen B.

Make sure accurate milage and fuel levels verified before giving truck to customers. I was charged 125 miles but only actually drove 50 miles and told 3/4 tank when only had 1/4 other than these issues I was pleased.LARRY B.

I had problems from start as soon as I started my rental I noticed all tires was not up to par front 55 lbs right rear was 21 left rear 68 I told guy he filled up air should be good maybe didn't use in a bit after I left I filled up tire 3 time stopping each time I had to travel was a pain I found out I had a nail in no good guysCESAR M.

Truck had broken glass and a screw in the back. Also glass on the ramp when you pulled it out. Gave the associate the bag of debris to the could see it. Suggested they double check and vacuum it out before someone else rented it. Friendly staff and like this location.Rockman N.

At first everything was going well and good customer sevice. With the exception of when i return the tow dolly mr. Jessi from this location forgot to log down the return adress on the paperwork afther i inform him ill like to be on the 103 W. Huntinpark on Philadelphia PA. When i get there they told me i can't return at this location becauce is not writing on the papers. I start calling mr. Jessi and finally mr. Math sorry if i mistake your name. He told me to call a service number that he give me. I call call call and was a to much running around because the animated answer machine. My cell have 1%. So i went inside and ask for help. They inform me when check the computer the return place was at 7750 Roosevelts boulevard PA. that was really away from my way. The personal here help me really well and did my paperwork with the exeption to return it to the one at 747 W. Allegheny ave. PA.Thank you guys for the help was appreciated MUCH BETTER THAN RETURN IT TO YORK PA. also return it there with no problen thank you this location to. It was too much just for a little mistake. The equipment was clean however I would suggest that you create a policy that requires your maintenance schedule to test the steering column and linkage at different mileage intervals. The vehicle I rented had significant sloppiness in the steering. While driving straight on the highway I would have to constantly readjust the steering wheel just to guide the truck straight. My recommendation would be to have this setup as a â€œPMâ€ at 75,000 miles, 125,000 and 200,000Ronald K.

We rented a trailer and the guy didn't hook it up properly it came off going down the highway almost causing an accident there was no pull off so we had to stop in the middle of a lane and almost got hit reattaching it. Incompetent people should not be left to help people coming in to rent from you someone could have been killed. Also don't bother reaching out to the 800 customer service number they don't seem to care or want to be bothered.Angela W.

The phone registration/pick up didn't work. It asked for the bar code to be scanned from the front door. I did not see one and had to go inside to complete the rental pick up. Using the phone registration would be nice. The associate at the counter was very pleasant, knowledgeable and responded quickly to everything. He made the entire process quick and easy. Have updated pictures of the trucks you rent. I spent 45 minutes trying to take pictures of all scratches, dents, scrapes, cracks, on they truck they gave me, because the picture on the uhual website link they will send to your phone showed a new truck but the one presented to me clearly had several accidents and the temperatures outside was below 30 degrees, so I'm outside taking pictures in frozen temperatures. Was not prepared to be out in the cold other than to run in the uhual to get the truck and leave, also was not prepared to walk around the truck to find atleast 20 issues that was not documented for a truck, then download a bunch of pictures one by one on uhual website, which does not let you upload them all at one time, and there is a few seconds wait before you can take the next picture. It's a pandemic, and yet, I did not see a single employee wearing a mask either time I was there in the last two weeks. I consider this dangerous and negligent behavior and I will not be using the services of this facility again. I'm very disappointed and surprised to see that you allow your employees to put your customers at risk, because my experiences with uhaul have been positive in the past, and I have used your services quite a few times. We were at this location a couple different times in the last two weeks, and not once did we see an employee wearing a mask, and neither of the employees who helped me maintained social distance, despite my efforts to stay away from them. I would have rated this higher. But I booked my storage a week before my move. Unloaded my stuff to find out my storage room 1018 has a lock on it. My stuff is sitting in the hallway waiting for the lock smith to show up he seems to be busy these days because it been almost 24 hours. Also I questioned why My Im being charged 10x10 rate while my storage is 8x8. I was told the price board was incorrect. It also seem that the website is incorrect too. I like the facility in Colorado much better. This one is not az well-lit nor maintained.us the one in Colorado is climate controlled. Also, I oy need a 5x5 but had to take and pay for one two sizes bigger. Also, this one is not as convenient as my other one but just as pri ey. Right from the start my experience was atrocious. From a trailer hitch installed upside down, to lost storage reservation, to Outrageous hold times, failure to end my storage lease after I moved out. The person who took care of us did as much as they had to do. Not very customer friendly. I also asked about a mouse problem since there was a big sticky mouse trap in the storage unit I was renting. I was told there wasn’t a problem. The only problem was the sticky mouse trap got stuck to one of my boxes and it cannot be removed no matter how much you pull at it. Supervisor was very disrespectful with my wife and when appropriately and respectfully approached about, he had a seemingly "i dont care" attitude and didnt even as much apologize or even try to understand his wrong doing. His only response was "ok" when I explained the situation that I wasn't there for and how criticizing a customer who didn't hear you for legitimate reasons is wrong. He simply walked away to avoid something he was wrong for which is completely unprofessional and he shouldn't be in a position he doesn't deserve with that negative attitude. I'm a 14 and ongoing army vet, I shouldn't have to worry about my wife having that kind of situation while I'm out with my daughter. If I trust you enough to do business with you for over a year with storage and utilize your vehicle services why do I need to worry about her going into your facility and dealing with your employees? There was only one time during my unit rental that I was two days late on a payment. I honestly had forgotten about it as the due date was over a weekend. I received an email about it and quickly called and made a payment as well as set up for auto pay. The thing that upset me is that in that time (two days...first time late) they had already sent letters to BOTH of my contact people about me not paying.
