The "general manager" Jacob Cliggett was exceptionally rude. I was already having a terrible morning, and this man told me I needed to lose my attitude or he wasn't going to rent me a trailer. He made my already rough time even worse. He didn't explain anything to me. And, I found out when I dropped the trailer off, he hooked the trailer up wrong.

Everything went very well. I can say I had to call and add an additional day do to severe storms in my area and losing an entire day. Upon the return of the unit the gentleman that looked over the unit and assured everything was with the contract guidelines was extremely kind and took off the additional day I had to add due to the bad weather. In this case the saying "Misery loves company" fully applies. After an extremely unpleasant transaction a few months back I said I would never use this location again. Unfortunately we needed a truck at the last minute and this store was only place that had one available on short notice. My question is if the company introduces a new computer system why wouldn't they train their employees in its use BEFORE working with customers? The rep must of told me 20 times that they had a new system, he's not sure how it works and had to repeatedly ask for assistance from the other reps. For the most part they were unable to figure out the procedure either. I wasted the better part of an hour for a transaction that should of taken 10-15 minutes at most. What annoyed me even more was the rep smelled like he drank his lunch. I have to wonder if that contributed to his inability to do the job right. From this experience, my previous one and a look at the past reviews it appears the company is unable to get this store to function properly. My strong advice to you is if you need to do a rental try your best to go elsewhere. You'll save yourself a lot of time and misery if you do.

Have used this location nefore and was pleased. I had reserved a trailer and completed the pre-check in and still waited in excess of an hour for service. Only two counter people working with about 15 people in line.



New vehicle, nice but the gas mileage was awful we averaged only 9.1 miles per gallon, that was very disappointing

I ended up not needing the truck and returned it within 20 minutes. I was still charge the entire rate without any consideration or even the offer of a credit. While I understand it was a reservation type deal, etc., perhaps a policy to support this sort of issue could be considered. Thank you.
