Matthew B | First ImpressionsThe truck cab wasn't completely clean, the steering wheel surface seemed to be crumbling, the passenger window was partially down (in the rain), and there was no utility dolly available for the truck so I was given an appliance dolly. The worker seemed confused as to what to do and asked if I wanted her to get an appliance dolly or a utility dolly from another truck. I also had to wait to get help until the worker opened her register so that I could get service since they had apparently just opened. Also, the system had assigned me one vehicle, but since I had trouble checking in on the app, the worker checked me in and gave me a different truck. I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't be charged for two trucks. The storage facility is very nice and clean and seems secure.

CARL FThe two gentlemen working on Friday evening were helpful and courteous. But what was remarkable was the event just prior to my turn at the counter. The customer ahead of me was rude and threatened them because of something out of their control. They handled a very tense situation calmly and professionally. I wish I could recall their names; they deserve recognition.

Curtis BNothing to do with location - having to do with the truck that I rented. There were no places to hook anything to except for the boards that run horizontally along the walls, which make it very difficult to hook up ties.
Neil FRenting from U-Haul is hard when you’re a senior citizen. If you don’t have their app, you can’t even turn your truck in. I suppose it’s great for youngsters.

David V | First ImpressionsTruck was a little bit older back door had a big rusted piece of metal hanging almost ripped my furniture pulling it out. Truck was borderline of needing retired, but overall customer service was really good.
PHILIP WI purchase moving blankets, but never used them. One of my friends that helped me moved had a bunch. So I used those instead. I returned the blankets unopened, but couldn't get a refund. I didn't particularly like that. The gentleman who met me at the vehicle was very nice and tried to get me a refund, but I'm assuming the manager didn't approve it.

Douglas MShitty truck drives shitty super rough and interior was old and disgusting. That being said staff was wonderful, polite and a genuine pleasure to work with. Truck was shit….and why no cruise control? That’s a standard feature on modern vehicles!!!!!

RILEY AReally nice building. We’ve used storage units at different times over the years, but the Zanesville U-Haul facility, is hands down, the nicest. The building is clean and secure. They provide wheeled carts for moving everything to your unit. The gentleman at the front desk, was so friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this u-haul storage to others.

DAVID RMy truck rental was the biggest problem! Very unsafe. I’m not sure how you all check the trucks after a rental but I tell you someone did not check the truck I had! I’m very thankful it held up for 450 miles. Maybe the day early that I turned it it you can use the rental money to make it safe for the renter. Very disappointed!
