Please improve app service Due to down time, I couldn’t pick up my truck on time, also need to change location to 1900 address to pick up in person instead of app Moving day was delayed till afternoon time, movers needed to wait more than 2hrs. Although u haul in person service was good but app was really bad, wasted my time and I need to drop in bank to take cash to pay

Connie AEveryone was friendly at the Decatur location. The only issue I had was picking up my auto transport. I guess there was a garbage truck blocking the auto trailers. This took some time to get situated and set me back so I can drop off the auto transport to the Pahrump location. The person that helped me at the Decatur location said she would speak to her manager for the inconvenience in the time it took to refund me $50. I never heard back from this location in regards to what she said or reflect on my receipt.

Alex jEveryone was great. Upon returning my truck, I was notified I drove 110 miles knowing I only drove less than 20. I did not take a photo of the mileage prior only after to show I purchased gas. I wish I knew her name, but the lady who was processing me went the extra mile and figured out the problem. She FIXED IT! I told her I could hug and kiss her. If there was a rating higher than excellent.... she would get it. Everyone overall were absolutely great. If you need a truck, rent from this location. A+++ Highly recommended!!!

HANNA ZMy contract gave me a different address. Only when I found that closed did I discover the text messages directing me to the new location. A phone call would have helped!

Thanh COne of the employees needs to be retrained. She was about to double charge me. I went up to the front to make the payment but the nice lady explained to me that they owe me back what I haven’t used. Had I not went to the front and just paid I would have been double charged.

Robert HI made my reservations for a different location, and the rep was very helpful and pleasant. The pickup/drop off location was amazing!! The rep was courteous and warm. I will always rent from this location in the future!

CHARMEKA AI did not receive the drop off location that I selected on my online reservation. While it was highlighted on my contract, I did not notice it was a different location. I arrived at 1750 W. Capitol (the location I had selected online), and discovered that I had been given a different drop location. With no way to change it, I had to drive an additional hour thru downtown Sacramento and nighttime freeway construction to find the 65th St. location. Should I have verified drop location at pickup? Yes. Should I have to verify my drop location, when I very clearly selected 1750 W. Capitol as my drop location (which was 5 minutes from where the truck was unloaded!!) No. Was not happy.

ALEJANDRO AThe equipment was excellent except there was a klunking that would occurr in the rear of the vehicle,. the attendaznt mentioned that it was the gate but it was closer it sounded right be hind the cab. The tank was empty when it was time to bring the turck in and without examining what the gas level was when I left with the truck. I put in $50.00 to insure it was reurned at that level( shett read half tank and the %$50.. brought it to tright below full; Now the address which I was goingh to I didn't know was in Henderson which was furthed than I originally estimated and I was taken to a wrong address by the GPS. so I had to resett thge GPS to get to the correct address.This undoubtedly caused the use of more miles than my original estimate of 50. and beause I used 67 miles in sterad of 50 I was told that thise was the reason for the charge being iover that which was estimated $62.20.......I was not aware that I was under the stipulation that I could dtrive no more than 50 miles and I would be charged more in I drove further........Also I was hurrying to get the truck back before closing because of the $20.. chager for bringing it back after cosing This stipulation should be that the truck should automatically be rented for 24 hours but if you can return it sooner to do so............I took the 4 hrs becaues I was aked how long did I estimate that I would need it. ....Other than the afore mentioned alll went well.
