One of the people made a rude comment about how something was hooked up on the trailer. They called me a dumbass! And the other guy proceeded to tell me I was at the wrong drop off location even though I was right where my receipt said to drop off. I am very pissed over this experience

Don DEveryone was friendly and helpful but perhaps when renting a few things on the contract could be highlighted. Ie the gallon gage so we don't overkill the amount of gas we put in. They were kind enough to not charge me for Friday since I brought it in by 10:am this made up for the overkill of gas. Great customer service. Thank you.

KORNELIS Pbig fail on your part...I am not impressed with the fact that someone dropped the ball and did not complete my paperwork and send me a receipt ... this failure caused me to be charged another 91.00 in my checking account and now I am overdrawn. called twice to get this fixed and was not pleased with any answer I received. Someone in management needs to address this failure and follow up with me...you have all my info

DEBRA AI rented a 15-foot truck and I only drove six miles. When I started it, I drove right away. When I stopped, I turned it off right away and didn't let it idle. Then when I returned the truck, I filled it up with a gallon of gas, but maybe a gallon of gas didn't make much of a difference to the fuel gauge sensitivity, so you still charged me two more gallons of gas, which was about $13

gary bI was over charged on my rental. I rented a 10 ft truck for 24 hrs they estimated my mileage at 20 miles I think and charge my card the daily rental fee and for 20 miles the total was $38.75. the morning before I brought the truck back I noticed a charge of $22.50 but didn't know what it was for? Then when I returned the truck they charged my card and additional $16.11. My final bill stated the total charges were $54.90 minus the $39.79 I paid when I picked up truck. But no where in the final bill does it show the charge of $22.50? So I called them and they said oh you will get the $22.50 credited back to your card in 3 to 5 business days. That isn't right

Darlene aAfter waiting for the system to check me out for over an hour they finally let me take the trailer with the idea that they would complete the agreement. Then when I checked it in I gave it to the guy at the store who help me off load it. He assured me he would check it in and somehow it was lost without ever checking it in. So the system keeps billing me for the extra time. When I call in to get a credit they credit me for the transaction and then the next day it adds a day to my cost and bills me again. I am in an eternal cycle I can’t seem to Get out of.

Jane WOverall very disappointed with the truck and trailer rental. Let me lay out the issues Truck brakes in very poor condition Too much play in the wheel especially for a cross country trip towing an auto transport trailer No washer fluid for the wipers Lack of internal hooks in the cargo area to tie down a load...how can something stay secure! Poor headlights...need to be upgraded I had to return to the Decatur branch after I got home from picking up the trailer to get all the truck and trailer tires inflated---very low! Trailer The tie down straps to hold the tires on my 4Runner were two small and kept loosening...to the point I unloaded the 4runner and having my wife drive it the last two days. the straps need to be replaced, and I could not get anyone at U Haul to give me a drop of location while in transit. Poor equipment which I had to tow all the way to South Florida . The security chains on the trailer are too short and would not wrap around the towing hooks on my car for a solid secure tie down! Big issue Lastly the AC went out on the 2 day of a 5-day trip...tech who came out discussed the fact that this was a recurring problem which probably has been in existence for a while....how can you allow this to continue...

Richard MRun down location, no barcode to scan drop off. Owner couldn't provide any drop off confirmation due to no paper in the printer. Lot was overgrown with grass and rutted. The drop off location was: 2nd Opinion Car Service LLC, 5261 B Gender Road, Canal Winchester, OH, 43110.
Erik BNo problem with this location but it was not my first choice. I made a reservation online and then needed to change the date -- 1 day sooner. Uhaul ended up changing my rental to location that was on the other side of Las Vegas (like 45 minutes away) -- But I was not informed of the new location and did not find out until I went to pick up the truck. luckily the clerk at this first location found one a little close.

Jess NThe truck just ate gas. I put $220 in to go 350 miles and I still had to pay extra fees upon the return because the gas gauge wasn’t at the level I got it. It might be great for local moves but if you are leaving the state and have to take the highway it was absurd

LINNEA LDidn’t check in my Trailer when it was returned and then blamed me for not returning the trailer for a week, until they looked back in their cameras to see that it was returned. Would try to return at a different location in Las Vegas if I were to do it again.
