HECTOR DFirst thing I was told is was out front easy access? Nope had to find an employee to back one out to move it. No biggie. I next noticed all windows and mirrors were spotted. Next I pulled into thier return bay and had no issues to get the windows and mirrors cleaned. All in all the vehicle performed as expected. It was kind of noisy due to an exhaust leak before the muffler. When I returned all mileage was correctly documented with the rest of the return proceedure without no overcharge on the bill. The bill was what I felt a little on the expensive side. Total experience I would give 8.5 out of 10. Or 85%-90% satisfied.
LEE HBunch of scammers working there. I filled the gas exactly to where it was left off when I first received it. Nobody told me to take a picture of the dashboard or else i would’ve to prove to them that I filled it up. Was charged 20$ because of the lie they told. 20$??? That’s more than half a tank! Even though I used less then a 1/4 and added 10$ worth. Will never refer anyone here they just rob you of your money and lie!

JORGE TA $20 fee for using the night drop, along with a $37 full-day charge even when the equipment was returned the same day, feels excessive and unreasonable. It comes across as taking advantage of the situation rather than applying fair, transparent pricing.
EMIR PI had specifically requested, and submitted a reservation for, a pickup truck at this location which was 4 miles from my house, and much farther away from me than a few others as it had a pickup available on Saturday. When I checked in, I was told I was "upgraded", without notification, to a van. Which I did not want to use, but had to use as there were no trucks left on the lot at that point.

Patie SDespite my asking for and trying to find a drop-off location closer to where I needed it to be, the location that they gave me was in the middle of town so having to drive through a lot of traffic with the U-Haul and the car hauler was not comfortable. Then when I arrived there I was informed I could not unload the car on the lot I had to do it on the street however there were no streets in close proximity to the U-Haul location so I had to go across a major Street to unload the car which was very difficult as I'm handicapped, then to make it easier for myself I had to keep moving the car and then the U-Haul to get the car as close as possible to the U-Haul lot for the walk back to the car. This was very inconvenient and also difficult for me as my knees will go out on me if I walk too far. I personally would appreciate if you would make it easier to get a location that is not so difficult to get to and to bring the equipment back to. Thank you
SHERYL KThere were marker lights on the passenger side of the vehicle trailer I rented. Also the license plate was almost unreadable and the tag expired in 2024. The date of my rental was January of 2026

Hyunsoo KEMails regarding drop off location(s) were confusing and not customer oriented. Customer service (Brittany) at this location is an example for all who perform customer service in any business. Brittany listened and addressed issues/concerns with customer focus.

Connie AEveryone was friendly at the Decatur location. The only issue I had was picking up my auto transport. I guess there was a garbage truck blocking the auto trailers. This took some time to get situated and set me back so I can drop off the auto transport to the Pahrump location. The person that helped me at the Decatur location said she would speak to her manager for the inconvenience in the time it took to refund me $50. I never heard back from this location in regards to what she said or reflect on my receipt.

Antressa SThe Lead Representative was Amazing, she is great at her job! I believe her name was either Cara, Sarah (I think),she is an African American woman. She is super friendly, very attentive, and thorough. She made the moving process a lot easier and less stress.

Been there many times over the years and they’re always very professional very polite usually in a good mood and go above and beyond thank you guys for being excellent customer service and treating your customers the way they should be treated we truly appreciate you thank you.
Alex jEveryone was great. Upon returning my truck, I was notified I drove 110 miles knowing I only drove less than 20. I did not take a photo of the mileage prior only after to show I purchased gas. I wish I knew her name, but the lady who was processing me went the extra mile and figured out the problem. She FIXED IT! I told her I could hug and kiss her. If there was a rating higher than excellent.... she would get it. Everyone overall were absolutely great. If you need a truck, rent from this location. A+++ Highly recommended!!!

ANTHONY HU-Haul staff was great...very professional. My issue with U-Jaul. extremely limited parking for private vehicles. I will not schedule a U-Haul truck at this location again.
