There were several lights and error messages flashing on the dashboard. Sounded like truck transmission was stuck in a high gear. Hopefully, it will be repaired before you put someone else out in it on the road.I only drove locally. So, got it back to the yard in one piece.

Mary HThis experience was extremely frustrating. We originally had a pick up location 1700 Industrial Self Storage 1603 Industrial Rd Las Vegas, NV 89102. They called and verified a few days before when we went to get the trailer we circled around this location and then finally call them. They informed us that they did not have a reservation for us and that we had to go to a different location which was across town. What we don't understand is if you called and verified that it would be there and then the day that we're supposed to pick it up, it's not there and you send us to a different location.

ALGLEY FTechnicians were great, loved the positive attitudes so early in the morning, equally accommodating when I returned the AT. This was the second time I visited this location in a few years, but I really enjoyed the candor and upbeat personalities. If ever in need again, this will be my first consideration even though it is not the closest to my dwelling. Really appreciated the front office and the load technicians. Stay awesome!!!

Sacha BYou advertise mobile pick up. Truck share available 24/7. When I reserved a van there was no mention that I could not use mobile pick up. I wasted a lot of time trying to go thru the mobile process and when it said under review but never went passed that step I had to go inside. Then after waiting in line to be told we don't have mobile pick ups for our vans. Unbelievable. It is actually advertised on the side of the van. Will no longer be renting from this Uhaul.

Don DEveryone was friendly and helpful but perhaps when renting a few things on the contract could be highlighted. Ie the gallon gage so we don't overkill the amount of gas we put in. They were kind enough to not charge me for Friday since I brought it in by 10:am this made up for the overkill of gas. Great customer service. Thank you.

KORNELIS Pbig fail on your part...I am not impressed with the fact that someone dropped the ball and did not complete my paperwork and send me a receipt ... this failure caused me to be charged another 91.00 in my checking account and now I am overdrawn. called twice to get this fixed and was not pleased with any answer I received. Someone in management needs to address this failure and follow up with me...you have all my info

DEBRA AI rented a 15-foot truck and I only drove six miles. When I started it, I drove right away. When I stopped, I turned it off right away and didn't let it idle. Then when I returned the truck, I filled it up with a gallon of gas, but maybe a gallon of gas didn't make much of a difference to the fuel gauge sensitivity, so you still charged me two more gallons of gas, which was about $13

gary bI was over charged on my rental. I rented a 10 ft truck for 24 hrs they estimated my mileage at 20 miles I think and charge my card the daily rental fee and for 20 miles the total was $38.75. the morning before I brought the truck back I noticed a charge of $22.50 but didn't know what it was for? Then when I returned the truck they charged my card and additional $16.11. My final bill stated the total charges were $54.90 minus the $39.79 I paid when I picked up truck. But no where in the final bill does it show the charge of $22.50? So I called them and they said oh you will get the $22.50 credited back to your card in 3 to 5 business days. That isn't right
