Despite my asking for and trying to find a drop-off location closer to where I needed it to be, the location that they gave me was in the middle of town so having to drive through a lot of traffic with the U-Haul and the car hauler was not comfortable. Then when I arrived there I was informed I could not unload the car on the lot I had to do it on the street however there were no streets in close proximity to the U-Haul location so I had to go across a major Street to unload the car which was very difficult as I'm handicapped, then to make it easier for myself I had to keep moving the car and then the U-Haul to get the car as close as possible to the U-Haul lot for the walk back to the car. This was very inconvenient and also difficult for me as my knees will go out on me if I walk too far. I personally would appreciate if you would make it easier to get a location that is not so difficult to get to and to bring the equipment back to. Thank you
SHERYL KThere were marker lights on the passenger side of the vehicle trailer I rented. Also the license plate was almost unreadable and the tag expired in 2024. The date of my rental was January of 2026

Hyunsoo KEMails regarding drop off location(s) were confusing and not customer oriented. Customer service (Brittany) at this location is an example for all who perform customer service in any business. Brittany listened and addressed issues/concerns with customer focus.

ROSSANA SThe staff is always awesome! I frequently go to this location. Carlos is amazing and always makes it an easy pick up process. Patrick was always awesome during the drop off.
Connie AEveryone was friendly at the Decatur location. The only issue I had was picking up my auto transport. I guess there was a garbage truck blocking the auto trailers. This took some time to get situated and set me back so I can drop off the auto transport to the Pahrump location. The person that helped me at the Decatur location said she would speak to her manager for the inconvenience in the time it took to refund me $50. I never heard back from this location in regards to what she said or reflect on my receipt.

STEVE TOnce again, this is about rental return. Staff not attentive, manager do something. System slow on weekends, rate went up.

Antressa SThe Lead Representative was Amazing, she is great at her job! I believe her name was either Cara, Sarah (I think),she is an African American woman. She is super friendly, very attentive, and thorough. She made the moving process a lot easier and less stress.

Been there many times over the years and they’re always very professional very polite usually in a good mood and go above and beyond thank you guys for being excellent customer service and treating your customers the way they should be treated we truly appreciate you thank you.
Alex jEveryone was great. Upon returning my truck, I was notified I drove 110 miles knowing I only drove less than 20. I did not take a photo of the mileage prior only after to show I purchased gas. I wish I knew her name, but the lady who was processing me went the extra mile and figured out the problem. She FIXED IT! I told her I could hug and kiss her. If there was a rating higher than excellent.... she would get it. Everyone overall were absolutely great. If you need a truck, rent from this location. A+++ Highly recommended!!!

SHUAI WThis location is well located in the city, and has tons of equipment. This is the second time I've used them; Once when I first moved to Las Vegas, and now that I've moved into my home. Both experiences have been great
ANTHONY HU-Haul staff was great...very professional. My issue with U-Jaul. extremely limited parking for private vehicles. I will not schedule a U-Haul truck at this location again.

VINCENT Soriginally, my containers were scheduled to be loaded 12/6. However, the boxes were scheduled on the opposite side of Las Vegas and my moving help had to delay a week. This caused me to have to book a return flight to Las Vegas in order to have my stuff picked up a week later on 12/15 when time permitted. Not sure if it was THIS particular location, but it needs to be mentioned.

HANNA ZMy contract gave me a different address. Only when I found that closed did I discover the text messages directing me to the new location. A phone call would have helped!

Thanh COne of the employees needs to be retrained. She was about to double charge me. I went up to the front to make the payment but the nice lady explained to me that they owe me back what I haven’t used. Had I not went to the front and just paid I would have been double charged.
