I had origanlly placed my rental with a location in Newbury Park. When I went to pick it up they had stated that we didn't have a reservation at that location. I come to find out that it was changed to this location without notification. I was also frustrated at the online check in and that when I did it, it still did not work and had to check in agian at the location.

Did not have truck I ordered online. Did not have dollies I ordered online. Double charged for equipment used. Promised discount for issues but then did not follow thru when truck and equipment were returned. Worst experience since the last time I rented from u-haul. Will not rent again.

Wash the vehicle. Also, the online 24/7 rental took longer than it would have to go into the office....which I had to do to wait for my key anyway

Very slow moving "lazy" employee Did not the computer either. I rented only an appliance dolly, seems simple enough. Nope a big deal, two guys trying to figure it out, charged $60.00 on my card, then refunded it and tried again, 45 minutes later they got me checked out, no other customers either, I was the only one, one of your workers at the desk was slacking on the covid 19 mask too, had to remind him twice to leave it on

I rented Uhaul multiple times but this time it was nightmare .Initially i booked uhaul 26 foot .but right before 3 days they called me and notified it was not available and changed to 20 foot (i dont have a option) so i need to accept it. Initial pickup location was 1 mile Now they changed my pickup location 7 miles far away .There is no ride for me So i picked uber and went to the location to pick up the truck. After waiting 20 mins they told me the person who was supposed to drop truck at this location dropped 20 miles away . So now i need go there and pick my truck again. I need to use uber to go there and pick my truck .When i went to the location and finally picked my truck .They told appliance dolly which i requested is not available at that location .So i need to pick up at another location. Recently they are doing very bad job. They don't even plan basic truck availability .I am really upset with your service

Try to develop a way to rent vehicles without us having to go inside. You were correct that car insurance doesn't cover damage to larger vehicles. I wish I had believed you without needing to call my insurer. If you provided more detail on this, I might have believed you without feeling a need to verify it.

When we pulled up to pick up at 8am like scheduled, I opened the website to go through pick up and it told me I had to wait till 9am. Come back at 9am and start to get my truck online, I see someone pull away with the truck I was checking out. Waited in a long line, all while the cashier's has masks below their noses and touching their faces, finally got my truck an hour and a half after my reserved time. The whole location is run by young men who are quite frankly a mess. Sloppy and unfocused. You need management at this location, I would be embarrassed if I was an owner the people in front of me couldn't even get their equipment they reserved because the place already rented it. A mess all around. Willl NEVER go there again. I appreciate the quality of the equipment and cleanlines.

The rental process was fine, but the truck was old and smelled like old cigarette smoke. I have asthma and it made me feel really sick. Also, the airconditioning went on and off intermittently and increased the discomfort. I was surprised because the last time I rented from Uhaul, the truck was fairly new and didn't stink. Next time I would like to be given a choice of a non-smoking vehicle.

I had moving help on location to pick up my UBox at 8:00am which was scheduled on the phone with one of you customer service reps 3 weeks prior. When the mover showed up the box was not ready for them. They had to wait 3 hours for the employee that drove the forklift to start his shift and get the box. I was extremely upset and this huge oversight.

Rented trailed through U-Haul website from location off of Wendy drive in Newbury Park, 7 mile from my home- Website guaranteed availability. Was notified via phone message trailer not available. I was directed to location in Agoura. I had to drive 20 miles from camarillo to pick up trailer.

I wish the app was easier to use for contact less. So I had to wait until the Uhaul customer service was open to help my husband and I in person. When I first tried to use the chat they the app the chat lady gave me the wrong key for the car I was suppose to get so that why we had to wait for the customer service to open to get help from a live person. The person working at the Uhaul Place was fantastic .

Extremely happy with my experience. Shopping around for a rental truck we found U-Haul to be the best value. The trucks were clean and performed well. Service was also excellent thank you very much! I am looking forward to researching more about the ice roads in Canada depicted on the side of my Uhaul rental truck.

This was so expensive for just a 1 day trip from Thousand Oaks to Sylmar and back. I will try NOT using your services again, it cost $114 and the ad says $19 a day. That is very very bad.
