A young male employee disconnected the trailer with no communication. The male employee at the desk told me to wait. There was no one in line ! Did not ask "are you checking in ?" 15 min later it was my turn. Then he laughed and said ..."someone checked you in " Being a business owner I understand communication and customer service. Please train these people working 9/17/22.at 9:20 am...your location is convenient but ignorant customer service is very frustrating. customer service. When I brought my truck back, the kid didn't even get up. I asked if we could go around the truck and check it out since i was just leaving it outside. He said no need it's all good. I drove the truck exactly 10 miles. I pull a gallon of gas in it before I came back. The gauge didn't move and I told the kid. He said it's all good. Then I was billed for 2 gallons of gas. Again I drove exactly 10 miles. Not coming backGREG U.

Perhaps the WORST business model EVER! As a loyal frequent client for the last 30+ years, I find your new â€œprogressiveâ€ approach to conducting business offensive! NOT the fault of the location, but I reserved a trailer 2 weeks in advance and 1 day before my move was told no trailer available and closet one would be 1.5 hours away and I would have to cover the upgrade to a truck costs. After refusing to accept that, I was upgraded, but still had to pay the cost of fuel which I would not have had to do with a trailer. Terrible experience. Was told no reservation is confirmed until the the truck is actually picked up. How does one plan a move with a policy like that? Never again. I have other choicesChandra F.

The after check out process is terrible...the app times out, im standing there in the middle of nowhere taking pictures of the cab, mileage, etc and the app keeps resetting. Thats dangerous! You want your customers exposed with keys to a rental vehicle and its taking FOREVER to get your shitty app to work so i can hopefully avoid a late fee? FUCK YOu for putting me in that situation get your mobile app to take a pic without quitting out and resetting. Spent 30min trying to check out before giving up. Get with the 21st centuryAdam F.

self check out is TERRIBLE & incredibly time consuming. the van was SO FILTHY i asked them to clean the side view mirrors so i can at least reverse out of driveway safely. The attendant was so unhelpful, i finally asked for glass cleaner & a towel which he refused. i finally went to gas station and had to clean the van myself.sean M.

Jacob (I think that was his name) was so nice and knowledgeable when I came to rent the truck. Another gentleman helped me check out when I returned and he too was above expectations. Only improvement I can say is that I could not find the hazard (emergency) light button. I needed it when I pulled over in a tough spot to let the other drivers know I wasn't moving. I never found the button. Otherwise, incredible service and highly recommendHEATHER H.
The left speaker on the 10' truck wasn't working, and the key stuck pretty badly every time I tried to turn the ignition. The clerk didn't explain much, so I was not aware that bringing the truck back late (afterhours, so no one whatsoever was inconvenienced by my tardiness) was going to cost me a whole second day. Charging me an extra $91 for bringing the truck back late is exorbitant. You've lost a loyal customer. I've never rented from anyone but U-Haul, and I tend to move every couple of years, but this experience left me upset and wanting to find a new truck rental company.Jim N.

This truck didn't handle very well and driving it wasn't a good experience. I only drove 3 miles in total (one was to the gas station) and returned it. Returning it was a good experience. Wash your vehicles. Be honest about the Fuel levels. Timothy who I Turned in the vehicle to was an excellent person to deal with. Your system requires the use of a cell phone for rental but it is not clearly noted on your web site during reservation. My battery was low during the rental setup and thus created barriers to the pick-up process. First vehicle was filthy and a different vehicle was requested. Almost an hour to pick up a clean vehicle and it was still being required to be return at the original rental time. I'll take my business else ware.KENNETH C.
