I was charged for extra mileage which I was not aware of at the time of rental. The distance allowed did not allow for transit from the pick up location to the drop off location.

Example of bad customer service - When u have made reservations for equipment in another state and the reservation is guaranteed and u get a phone call after 7 saying your equipment is not availabe for the next day. I will never use uhaul again.

LOST KEY TO TRUCK: You need to educate your Regional Office to better assist customers. I lost the ignition key to the truck. The local office said "we have no spsre keys, you must contact our regional office". Contacted the Regional Office and they were useless - female stated "we have no keys to any of the trucks but I can call around and get a few estimates and get back to you": - WHAT.....it is 2:00pm. The truck is fully loaded and I need to return by 6:30pm because the local office needs the 20' truck back for a 7am rental the next day". I PHONED AAA - they had a service truck to my home within 20 minutes - he made the key onsite and it cost me $25.00 (really $125 but with the receipt I mail it to AAA and they refund me $100 within 72-hours). Your Regional Office would be of greater service to your customers by advising of the AAA option. PS: Your local facility at 40th Street and Camelback is terrific. It is a few blocks from my home and I have used their services many times over the past several years.

When I started my trip, the gas gauge read 3/4 full. I traveled roughly 120 miles from Tucson to Phoenix. The tank read 1/4 full. When I tried filling up to 3/4 full, to replace the gas I used, the gas gauge was not registering probably. I put 22 gallons and $75.00 in gas. Very frustrating!

This is an excellent location. Like the pickup location, the mobile dropoff process was longer than expected. I had to take a number of pics, which was expected. It was a new process so I'll know the process next time.

I was not charged for the appropriate amount of miles. Instead, I was charged for over 20 extra miles that I did not drive. I have emailed the manager, but have not received a response on how they plan to correct this issue. Until this is corrected, I can not recommend this facility in any capacity.

Change the rental time to a Military clock; my rental experience with the U-Haul representative (main branch) scheduled my second rental - on the same day - as 12:00 Midnight rather than 12:00 Noon. Thankfully, Austin at the Arcadia location called me directly to confirm my rentals and he corrected the error immediately.

I'd like someone to contact me regarding an accident involving my rental. I cut my knee getting into the truck that required ten stitches.
