I've rented from this location 4x in past few months. Usually, a younger rep checks me in (scans my Driv Lic...) very efficient and very fast. Today, the GM, David (?) checkws me in, it was painful. I had to scan in my Driv Lic, and he was less than quick with the rest of the process. Dave, LET THE KIDS DO THE COMPUTER WORK, THEY ARE BETTER AT IT and quick checkout out makes happy customers. And sorry, I get really impatient and am unpleasant wasting time. Young man who handled return was great, Cayman Metz. Fast, efficient and polite. This is what i'd like on the checkin process too (like it has been on previous rentals).Eric N.

I arrived to this location On November 1st @6:45am. Location opened at 7:00am so i waited until open time. I walked to front door which was still closed and manager Kelly was inside facility looking at me without any acknowledgment or opening door to start business. I knocked on door at 7:10am to show her i need assistance. She came to door to tell me i dont need her to just drop off equipment with her male employee was outside already and go. I had a long 30hour drive and was not aspecting the welcome that i received getting into North Carolina. I left equipment with Kelly and her employer.Then i got a call on November 7th by Crystal informing me that my equipment i returned on November 1st is showing i did not return it so shes calling asking for me to return equipment. I explained to Crystal the horrible experience i had at that location dropping or tow dolly and it is there at location since November 1st without being scanned into the database. She stated she will call and fix it with Kelly. I received an email stating that equipment was returned on November 7th which was a LIE. So im really upset with my experience at this location.Kentashia K.
This was my best experience with uhaul I have ever had! Everyone was nice and friendly. My reservation was ready when I arrived and the process was so fast I was on my way in record time. Finally uhaul has some customer service oriented personel. What a breath of fresh air! Uhaul needs more personel with these qualities. I will drive from Tempe to get the service I expect. This operation was clean organized an efficient I must sound shocked because I was. This is definitely a way all uhauls should perform. Use this operation as a training example of how uhaul should perform. Excellent behavior of all the contact with the personel. They treated me as if they were only there to help me with what I needed and did it as if they enjoy doing it for me. Thank you so much! Plus they were really nice to Lulu and Flash! Inside of cab, including windshield was dirty and grubby. Understand not possible to recondition rental vans after every customer, but a dirty windshield driving into the sun is a traffic hazard, Should be checked and cleaned prior to renting.Patrik H.

Your online purchasing process is the worst of this type of transaction I've ever made. Your upsell was overbearing and designed to trick folks into increasing their purchase with UHaul. Awful. ON my return the manager told me that I was late with the return. The associate that I picked the equipment up with advised that I was to return by 4PM but if I was past 4 there would be no additional charges. I returned the equipment shortly after 5 PM, yet the associate wanted to scold me. Also I used the scale on the agreement to replenish the fuel and came up short but when I showed the receipt and the milage was calculated I questioned the $11.50 fuel surcharge since I refueld in good faith but again I was told he didn't know where the tank was when I refueled. That's a BS response when you can calculate the mileage and see that I refueled in good faith using your scale on the agreement. I rent a bit from uhaul and will in the future but this service level at this location is not service centric. Sorry - just not good.Nicholas M.

Man took my money and didn't even tell me about the hold charges and made me pay the full amount yet charged me for other things that i was unaware of, now i have to call my bank and file a police report for mishandling of my personal info and credit card .Paige W.
Motor has a clicking sound and interior molding near drivers feet keeps coming off at drivers feet which was a hazard to control braking at times. I also declined the insurance and was still charged 120 plus dollars.sarah B.

There is nothing to improve with this location. I had a bad initial experience where my truck was not set up properly which was pretty frustrating. However, they were able to set up a new option with this location and honored the $50 guarantee and I appreciate that.AARON S.
