JERZY SI had to go 30 miles out of my way to return this trailor when there were multiple U-Haul locations much closer. U-Haul agent changed my dropoff that was scheduled just down the street to a location 30 miles away but they told me it was only 5 minutes when in fact it was 35 min farther.
GREGORY FCamelback and 40th street U-Haul in PHX is below average. I dropped the equipment in Salinas, CA. THE SALINAS LOCATION WAS CLEAN AND THE WOKERS WERE VERY KIND AND accommodating.

WINSTON TTrailer was super old and banged up. Had no jack. Should be pulled from service and replaced or repaired at the least.

WALTER CI turned my car transport in on the same day I rented it at the correct location and after being harassed by your CSRs for days I just now received a confirmation receipt and the refund for my bogus late charge after providing a photo of the returned equipment that I took as proof your equipment was returned because I assumed correctly I would be dealing with this very issue. You could greatly improve my experience by refunding the entire rental fee and give this story a happy ending when I retell it
