There was a person there to assist with the drop-off, it was very simple and easy to do.
Adam GThe truck I was provided had not been cleaned. The bed of the truck was covered with crushed rock and sand, and dust from same. Other then that the Truck worked well. I had no functional issues with the truck. We were moving a few pieces of furniture. The dust/sand dirtied the upholstered furniture we were moving.

MELVIN LDaily check of equipment rented out..I rented a small truck for 6 hours to move & I got one with a horrible alignment & poor acceleration! I was driving it on the highway & I was terrified! I had to drive below speed limit in the slow lane!! Not a good experience for me & my family!!!

GEORGE GRight mirror was seized and wouldn't move. Location said they couldn't fix it. Was a huge pain during 1700 mile e cross country trip. Car tow rig had no marker lights.was a safety hazard

ROBERT CI rented a trailer from you for two days, it cost \$100. I misplaced the trailer and left it at a different address, which would have resulted in a \$20 fee. In total, I paid \$120, but unfortunately, I was charged \$300. I believe this is unfair.

MICHAEL FA customer should pick up a truck with a full tank and bring back with a full tank. This drawing a line on paper to where the gas line is at can be confusing. Everytime I rented a truck there, upon return Im short of gas. Have it full and Ill bring it back full. This way, no misunderstandings.
