Equipment was available, clean, and reliable and the employees got me in and out quickly. However the woman I spoke with on the phone before I initially picked up the equipment was incredibly rude. She spoke to me in a demeaning manner as if I was a child. I had booked the rental to pickup at 7am. However my plans changed as they often do during “moving day” and I didn’t pickup the truck until 11am. I checked the app to confirm the rental address on my way to pick it up and noticed the reservation had been cancelled. I called the location to inquire about the cancellation and was immediately met by this woman on the phone with a major attitude problem. She told me the reservation was cancelled “because it’s way past 7am”. I tried to speak with her to understand this policy, as a hotel or rental car doesn’t cancel your reservation when you show up later than initially anticipated. But the attitude continued from her. Thankfully I didn’t have to deal with her when I arrived and the gentlemen that set me up with a rebooked reservation was friendly and helpful. But I’ll probably avoid this location in the future. What a miserable employee interaction. I get it, people have bad days. But to act as if me changing my moving day plans was a huge imposition that warranted that kind of rude attitude is just unacceptable. Just tell me the company’s policy and get me rebooked.

Super friendly and very helpful with everything, he made the entire process painless. Even though this location is slightly further from my house, I will be coming here next time.

Jeffrey FScott Sandaval was fabulous as he rescued a tumultuous circumstance inflicted by a U-Haul corporation standard of changing pickup location 24 hours before the assigned time. Scott had an arrival of the 10' truck for our move to Nashville area. General Mgr Scott is 5 ⭐️

Kevin CI had a very difficult time contacting the U-Haul location with a phone call. The phone number listed goes to central customer service after 4 rings. Those that answered the redirected call were not able to contact the location either. They took a statement and said they would send a computer message to the location. That response was absolutely no help. Why can't you hire enough people so someone can answer the call at the location and/or have a phone that allows a message to be left on that phone so they can return the call. There is an immediate or timely response needed in many circumstances. To just direct people to download the app is useless. You cut off human contact with your AI useless routing and inability to satisfy an immediate emergency. those who responded to the redirected

Terri WEverything went well with the truck overall. The only negative experience was with the dolly I had reserved. Unfortunately, it was no longer available when I arrived. The customer service representative was somewhat rude and explained that they only hold reserved equipment for 15 minutes, and since I arrived about an hour late, they had rented it to another customer. I understand the policy, but customers should be informed about it in advance. Moving is complicated, and delays can easily happen, so knowing about the 15-minute policy beforehand would have helped us plan accordingly, especially since we were relying on the dolly for the move. This created an unnecessary inconvenience during an already complicated moving process.
CARLOS CThe auto transport could have used some grease or maintenance. Securing the wheels was a bit complicated because the strap holders were very stiff and dry. Other than that, so far, so good with the equipment
