Jennifer dThis was a horrible return experience. It took me four almost 5 hours to find a U-Haul place that would take or exempt the U-Haul on a one-way. I’ve spoken with five different people I was on hold four times for over 30 minutes that would help assist me with finding on location to drop it off. They finally called when I was one minute away from the place. I found to drop it off at the other two places I went would not accept it. This was a horrible experience all the way around a refund should be given. This location was Great. Scott was great just getting to scott was Hell

Michael DI returned the trailer just one hour past the scheduled time, and they charged me an extra $50. I tried speaking with the on-site managers; they claimed they couldn't do anything, but I think they simply didn't want to.

Jason CRented a 9' cargo van and later charged a $79.35 dollar rental fee - not including milage. The advertised price (without milage) is $20. I drove 53 miles. $20 for 9' van + 53 miles at roughly $1 a mile should be about $73. I was charged over $160 for a small van for 4 hrs!!!!

BOZENA DI ordered moving pads online, and the only option available was a bundle of twelve (12). When I picked up the vehicle, the representative brought out two bags with six pads each. I asked how large they were, and he said about queen-size. I then told him I only needed one bag of six, and he said he would update the order accordingly. The next day, I noticed an additional $80.20 charge on my card: $48 for six “missing” pads and $25 for a cleaning fee. I called the location and was told the cleaning fee was charged because the pads were not folded, and that I was charged for six pads I never took. This does not make sense, since I clearly told the pickup representative I would only take one bag and he said he would adjust the order. When I returned the vehicle, I also asked the employee at the drop-off location if we could review the truck together. She told me everything was fine and that the person who checks the vehicles would be back later. If there had been an issue with the pads needing to be folded, it could have been addressed then. I am requesting a review and refund of the $48 charge for pads I did not take and the $25 cleaning fee. If this cannot be resolved, I will escalate the matter and file a formal complaint.
ARMANDO NAgain, I was never reimbursed for filling up the truck and leaving it almost 75% full after receiving it well less than 25% full.
