This was an absolute nightmare of an experience, but not because of the people at this location. Scheduling, cancelling, rescheduling, cancelling, and on and on. Will never do this again. The people at this particular location were not to blame and were wonderful.Doug R.

This location is a mess. Other customers in line experienced lost keys, given false information on pickup requirements and my uhaul didn't even have the pads ready in the truck so I had to wait 45min in line to have someone get them.John S.

Had issue in mix up in trucks that were given out. Mileage and gas was unknown when checking out. Received a call from staff asking for mileage and gas while using truck. Obviously was involved in move and didn't get message until returning truck. When returning, had to wait about 15 minutes while they figured out the mileage and gas amount even though we told them our mileage. In the end, they did charge the right amount of mileage (only 8 miles) and did not charge for gas but the time in returning the truck was disappointing. Driver's mirror also could not be adjusted from only 2 positions.Raymond R.

Staff was polite and helpful from initial pick up, to a follow-up phone call, and through drop off. I like the mobile parts of the workflow, but I had some issues with the image uploads which was a bit frustrating.Matthew L.
Julie was awesome. I called when we got to where what we were picking up was located, 2 hours from home. I asked if we could drop trailer in Wellington instead because our new smoker was too wide for trailer. Our friend said he could drop there for us so we could trailer smoker home. I was told the Arvada location owned this trailer and it had to be returned there. So we drove home without my smoker, which was what we rented trailer for. We also called Saturday late afternoon to see if it was possible to pick up. Wouldve been nice to put items we were takibg to our friends loaded earlier. But we were told no it wasn't there. But when we arrived at 845 Sunday morning they had to move other trailers parked in front of it. So I don't believe anything we were told Saturday or Sunday. How sad. I wouldn't recommend anyone renting a trailer from you.Kimberly P.

The first truck I was assigned had a dead battery and then I had to wait in line which took 30+ minutes and made me late. When I came to return it, I waited again and there was only person working the counterâ€¦ The people were good and the truck I wound up with was fine, but the staffing and wait times were not helpful.Justin R.

I was shocked when I paid my final bill. The mileage charge was outrageous. I could have rented from Enterprise for NO mileage charge. Really......$1.09 a mile! Never again.David H.

Service and equipment were excellent. However, uploading photos of drivers license and damage photos to verify equipment condition to web site didn't work well or not at all. At check in the customer representative understood this and we were able to get copies off of my phone. All good!Daniel C.

Person from Sterling called me harassed me ..he was from original reservation drop off.. uhaul cx my truck 45 min b4 I was 2 pic up Said I would have to wait a weak first gate size truck. They instead gave me a 20ft with trailer definitely NO Comparison 2 a 26FT had no height in trailer . Even after turning in trailer/20ft truck I still had to rent another truck to complete my move. This was worst move ever at 60 years young. Still waiting for a return call. I'm pressing charges and have filed a police report on uhaul worker whom text and called my phone cursed me out Said he would report truck stolen I continued to tell him that that was the original reservation he was going off of the original not the actual current reservation..very disgusting and disappointing at service I received.Mary C.
The truck had damage INSIDE the box but these photographs were not included in the inspection. We did not damage the inside of the truck (we didn't move anything that could have caused that kind of destruction) and will refute any charges. Additionally, the truck listed left to right while driving. The alignment seems way off.Rodrigo P.

Be precise on return dates. Stick to an official UHaul location because some locations that are just leasors may be closed on holidays like Labor Day and there will ne nobody there to process your return of equipment.Evan Y.

I get the idea of using tech to improve the process, but it took forever for my drivers license to upload. So much easier to just swipe or even photocopy it. On the plus side, the trailer was the best, cleanest, newest trailer I've ever rented from U-haul. Pulled perfectly, with no sway issues.Bill H.
I know this is a nationwide problem, but hire more help. Having said that, the young gal that helped me was very kind and helpful. Otherwise, it was a chore tracking down a trailer to pull, but got me there and your text with directions made it really easy for drop off in Charlotte. ThxBRADLEY T.

Truck had unmarked damage from previous user. Check engine light was on but I was told to ignore it. Pads were left in the back of the truck from the previous user, the back had obviously not been cleaned. The driver seat cover was not fully attached, and loosely sat on the seat. There were not enough parking spaces for customers when we arrived, and the return truck parking blocked most of the entrance to the parking lot.Joshua A.

Person who checked us in wasn't friendly, but the person who handled the return was friendly. I mentioned to him that the vehicle sways, maybe an alignment or tire issue? Truck was clean. Overall, was a good experience. I have rented at this location before, and will continue to do so.Osmon W.
In my situation there was some confusion. In addition to renting the usual, I rented a Dollie. The next day I returned the usual and Dollie. When I reviewed my final charge, I was billed an extra $100 for a missing Dollie. When I delivered the usual and Dollie, I told the employee that the Dollie was in the truck. He didn't even check for the returned Dollie. After Calling and speaking with Bobbie, he made the correct on my final charge.JOANN V.

I rented a car hauler flat bed trailer. The first 2 trailers I was given had mechanical problems. This caused me to be about an hour late leaving with my rental. After approving the 3rd trailer I was sent a link to verify condition of my rental, but it was for the wrong trailer. I spent almost 45 minutes on hold later that day to get a representative to send the proper link. No happy.tommy W.
