We dropped the truck off in Colorado at the same fuel level we checked it out at and you charged us to get it to a full tank. It was not at a full tank when we checked it out and it was stated as such when we checked it out.
Dustin MIt took ridiculously long to register to pick up the truck!

Jennifer SI've rented from this location but this was the first time that I used the automated pick-up/drop-off and it was a great experience. I only had 2 minor negatives: 1) The furniture dolly I requested wasn't in thetruck so I had to go inside and re-request it, and 2) the gas tank was 75% full, so when I refilled it, I had to guess when to turn off the gas pump and ended up filling to 81%, which equated to 2 extra gallons. A $5 refund to my credit card would be appreciated.

DOUGLAS SI had to use this location by default. I originally reserved a truck at another location and upon arrival it was not available. This was an inconvenience as it put us behind schedule and people that were supposed to help with the move were not available the whole time. Staff was nice but we were expected to still return the truck at the original time instead of giving us the extra time. Finally got them to extend our time.

Joscelyn FOver a month in advance we booked a cargo trailer. At the time of booking we were asked about our vehicle. We were told the vehicle would do the job. There were no questions about electrical wiring. We assumed we would be good to go. At the date of pick up we showed up right on time: 10:00 AM. That’s when we found out our vehicle didn’t have the electrical wiring so that the trailer’s lights would function. We were moving out of state and literally had no where to stay in Colorado that night, so we needed to get going this very day. We were told to come back at 2:00 pm and their mechanic would work on our vehicle so that the electric wiring would be set up. We did so. Then we are told that they do not have the right part, and that with the right part, it would be a 30 minute job, whereas if they had to use the outdated part they did have, it would be several hours. Because of the time crunch, I was asked to drive to Golden to pick up the right part (about 20 minutes easy way). I did so, and when I came back I’m told I picked up the wrong part—the part they already had. To his credit, the mechanic worked as fast as he could with the “outdated part.” I waited for a couple of hours. But by the time it was finished, it was dark and our original plan of hitting the road around 10:00 am was long dashed. Our entire move to Arizona was very much set back, and I accrued extra hotel costs as a result. I was given a $50 day refund to compensate for the inconvenience, which was a nice but inadequate gesture. I was also given an extra day with the trailer, which was also a nice gesture, but not needed. I returned the trailer well ahead of schedule. The fact that our vehicle was initially just assumed to be good to go because it met the weight requirement is a woefully inadequate criteria. Uhaul should see if the electrical wiring and the hitch is correct AT THE TIME OF BOOKING! I’ll never again use Uhaul.

BRANDON ZThe sales associate I dealt with was amazing. Very friendly, helpful, and just nice to interact with. The reason for less than 5 stars is because of the location. I think off of Wadsworth with only one way in and out and no way to enter from the northbound lane makes it's a pain. especially with a large tuck or trailer. Otherwise, great experience.
DALE EIn the email it said I would get a call the night before confirming the pickup location and that the equipment was available. I never got that call, so I ubered to the place I reserved it from, only to find out that they don't offer one-ways and that my truck was at another location. Wasted money and about an hour ubering to the right location. Waited in line at the correct location for a while, but once I was helped, the woman there was incredibly helpful and friendly.

TERENCE GWhy do you have two people working at this location when everything is by phone now. They didn’t help at all. And when I returned the U-Haul no one came out to help me and I had to do everything myself on my phone. Either just automate it and make it cheaper for the customer or have the employees be able to check in me quickly and check me out. Why are they there if they can’t even do that and I have to do everything myself

CHRISTOPHER TI am ambivalent about my experience. Overall, things went well and more or less smoothly. I didn't like the application process, my app didn't do what it was supposed to do, and the links they sent me were not user friendly (still don't know where my pictures went!) and neither linked together (app or weblink). Most concerning of all was I had two different experiences with staff. The woman who I started the rental with did her job but let me just say was "ornery". As a result of this and some further information I received about the rental they sent me, I was getting ready to say "forget it". However, the next day came in and spoke to a very nice and pleasant woman who explained things to me and allayed my fears. When I picked up the truck, I again had to deal with the "ornery" woman who also was not very helpful. Explained the do's and don'ts then gave me the key, didn't say where the truck was until I asked, then just pointed out into the lot. Well looking at the ID on my rental agreement, I started looking at the license plate of EVERY VEHICLE in the lot and finally realizing that I needed to look for another number (which I had a hard time finding on the truck too) and then saw a number at the top of the truck box which was the number I needed, problem solved. Now this one is on me, don't pick the truck up when it is getting or will get dark soon. I missed a lot of bumps and bruises and of course, couldn't find the pictures I was supposed to take on their web/app so I ended up just taking my own on my phone. Check back in process was a breeze and received my final receipt on my email pretty fast.

After dropping trailer, agent failed to confirm blankets returned and did not check trailer as returned..I had to insist on a receipt before trailer was confirmed as returned with blankets. DAVID CU-Haul first sent me to a pick up location in Golden, on Washington. When I went to pick up the trailer the young man inside spoke very broken English and got his manager on a cell phone. Whoever was on the other end of the cell phone was very rude and insulting. He was asking for information I would gladly give to an individual in person and I informed him that U-Haul had all of my information. He told me to “ GET THE F**k out of his store”. I left andI called U-Haul corporate and they sent me to the location on Washington. The young lady inside was very helpful and very friendly. A really good worker as she got me hooked up very fast and on my way.

ERIN LI had a great experience with this team. I do think that although everyone has gone to automated rentals that it needs to be both regular and automated. Some of us are not as anxious to just get it done and need some real questions answered. Thank you
