air bag light on? shouldn't this be fixed? air nose was terrible around driver door or window, it was quieter with window down then up.. Just hope things like this is fixed for next customer. The staff was great, the truck needed work ! but I expect a lot.. Overall truck was clean and everything worked. Thanks.

tasha aSomething has to be done about the system constantly crashing. If it were just the app, I wouldn't say anything, but it's the main system for UHaul. Every time I come to UHaul, there's always an issue with the system. In 16 years, I haven't had a single clean check-out/check-in service. Please fix your systems.

Then I had to take pictures while I was leaving, all while I had to wait a while in side the store that there was no one in the sales floor. While I was dropping it off the lady that was helping me was nice and friendly.
Devin WTruck was great did what I needed to with no issues. Easy check out and check in of vehicle. I put more fuel into vehicle than what I got it with and it was nice to get the credit for that fuel. I was not expecting that.

TYLER WI feel the staff there is a bit overwhelmed, oversharing of their frustrations. Not sure that I needed to hear someone's life story when checking out a UHaul. Plus, the UHaul where I originally scheduled the pick up did not have the equipment. I ended up having to go to this UHaul location to rent the equipment.

CID DU-Haul needs to refund me for the truck retnal because I had to buy jumper cables to get the truck started the next morning and the corporate people at U-Haul were not helpful at all. I would like a refund!!! They can do nothing for me after they made me give them 4 contacts phone numbers to call before I could get the rental. What are they doing with those phone numbers?? Are you using them for more then just verifying my ability to rent a truck. I want all those phone numbers removed from my account. Once I am refunded my money I will be deleting my U-Haul acct and never using them again. Dixie and the other people at the Arvada location are fine but the corporate U-Haul can suck it!!!

Kelly SThe staff at this location were very kind and genuinely helpful. I’ve used the self-service option before, but assumed going inside would be quicker and more convenient. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I was essentially told that the only option was to complete the self check-in process anyway. During the time we were there, at least three other customers came in and out, all visibly frustrated with the same situation. Overall, the experience felt inefficient and disappointing despite the friendly staff.

COREY MThe overall experience was good, a good value, and convienent location in Arvada.. The reason for the 3 rating was they charged me for the dolly and 5 furniture pads that I did not request but were preloaded in the truck. While I think having these preloaded in each truck may be a convienece for some folks, I feel it is a very questionable business practice to charge those that did not request nor use the dolly and pads. Morale of the story: review your receipt. If I would not have seen these extra charges on my receipt I would have given a 5 rating. After a call to the rental location it was resolved and refunded the next day.

Jennifer SI've rented from this location but this was the first time that I used the automated pick-up/drop-off and it was a great experience. I only had 2 minor negatives: 1) The furniture dolly I requested wasn't in thetruck so I had to go inside and re-request it, and 2) the gas tank was 75% full, so when I refilled it, I had to guess when to turn off the gas pump and ended up filling to 81%, which equated to 2 extra gallons. A $5 refund to my credit card would be appreciated.

DOUGLAS SI had to use this location by default. I originally reserved a truck at another location and upon arrival it was not available. This was an inconvenience as it put us behind schedule and people that were supposed to help with the move were not available the whole time. Staff was nice but we were expected to still return the truck at the original time instead of giving us the extra time. Finally got them to extend our time.
