The gal who made the rental was great, but the guy who hooked up the dolly was on the lazy side and caused delay. In all, a good experience.

Thanks to everyone for a simple process
Jeff J.Chelsea and Ron went above and beyond after having realized that my hitch was not up to par for towing a trailer. Chelsea proceeded to call multiple surrounding UHaul locations to locate the needed part to make my journey possible. After locating the part, she then located a teammate(Carlos-S.KIngshighway), to install it! Carlos then installed my wiring after his shift was completed, as well as drove to my pick up location to be sure that my trailer hook up went perfectly! I can not thank Chelsea, Carlos and Ron enough for their hard work in fulfilling my mission!
Aimee P.The lady at the front desk was polite but visibly annoyed with being short-staffed. She was doing everything herself including moving trucks around so people could exit the lot. It took a long time for me to pick-up the truck and again when I dropped off the truck. The truck chimed like the key was in the ignition, even when it wasn't. I will never go to this location again.

Kevin R.I set my reservation up at 650 Big Bend Blvd. Upon arrival at my scheduled pick up time I gave my name and confirmation number. The guy behind the counter laughed at me and said the reservation was moved to a different location. I said no one called or emailed me. He laughed again and said it's only 2 miles away. The way he laughed at me was disrespectful and beyond rude. When I arrived at the other location they were nice and friendly. The also told me that location doesn't like hooking up trailers. Oh did I mention they big bend location was outside vaping as well. The staff at that store are lazy, disrespectful and rude. I'll go out of my way to avoid that location even at 4.50 a gallon for gas. The is the second rental from u haul in a week Thanks Patrick Matthews
Patrick M.I have had non-stop issues since the day I made the reservation until today when I returned the final item. From rude workers/staff, incorrect information, being told they didn't receive equipment after it was returned, scheduling two different locations (in sererate cities)at the same time on the same day for picking up different equipment, being told i couldnt return because they didnt expect it on that day, etc...🙄 is just SOME of what I've had to deal with in the past month since the reservation was made. It has been absolutely ridiculous!! Way too expensive for this type of hassle and amount of stress. Truck was in good shape and trailer worked well at least, however...again, way too expensive for this level of stress.

Michael W.You have one single employee running the show, who by 9 am is overwhelmed and stressed out, poor girl/lady, and one single dispathcer running back and forth picking up the trucks. Also why do the 24/7 truck share or ride share online reservation when you have to still stand in line and wait one hour? The staff are great I blame UHAUL hiring (or lack of it) for leaving these hard working people who are put in charge of taming a tsunami using playdough and chopsticks... random analogy but in terms of empathy a highly accurate one. You are UHAUL, FY 2020 your company did $5.4 BILLION, if you aren't generating enough applicants, you aren't offering enough starting pay. You are UHAUL, an AMERICAN moving company, represent that properly and don't let those who are your backbone drown.
kazim M.During drop off the lady accepting the truck did not really have enough time and was busy. I tried explaining to her why I was late with the drop off due to the tire blow out. She told me to contact other Uhaul personnel. Then she charged me for the late drop off, even though the Uhaul truck failed despite being totally preventable by the Indiana team. However, I did leave my phone in the truck. Another employee locked it away for me and when I returned asked several questions to ensure it was mine. Thank you.

The trailer had a bunch of mulch or tree trash that I needed to clean out before I used it. No one acknowledged when I came back so I had to unhook the trailer and put it back in its spot myself.
Anthony S.The truck I used needs to have the transmission inspected. Going downhill, it was very sensitive. Gently touching the accelerator would cause the RPMs to jump immediately above 4,000; letting go and it would jolt as if downshifting; going barely uphill it could not get above 55mph. I had an easier time on a bigger truck recently.

Christopher S.The Uhaul truck was great. The overall experience was not great. The app wasn't easy to use. When you "check in" to a hotel, you arrive at the hotel. When you "check out" of a hotel, you leave the hotel. The language in the Uhaul app is just the opposite. When you "check in" you're actually leaving the Uhaul behind after your rental. It's very confusing and unintuitive.

Keevin S.I was charged for 4 extra gallons of gas when I filled the tank to the exact point at which I received it. The gauge must have read differently after the truck sat all night but it was filled correctly when I dropped it off. In fact it looked like I had filled it beyond what was required. Very disappointing.

Not sure how the odometer and contract mileage got messed up but it definitely was not right. Employee said the manager would take care of it or call me and they did neither.
