Upgrade more of your cargo trailers from standard hinged doors to ramps. This is safer and helpful when loading heavy items on wheels.

The location and customer service was great. The truck was clean, my only complaint was the truck was clearly older, which is fine for local moves but I wouldn’t want to drive it long distances. The truck had over 188,000 miles and you could tell. Which isn’t a bad thing but if I had to complain about something that would be it

The trailer itself was very dirty but performed perfectly. The folks at this location were excellent! I was bombarded with phone calls telling me I could not rent a trailer; the employees sorted this out and rented me the trailer. I towed the trailer with a Jeep Wrangler for three hours and it performed PERFECTLY. My truck handled it PERFECTLY!

I reserved a trailer online and completed the virtual check-in which saved a lot of time. when finished, I pulled around and parked the trailer in the same spot. I started the online drop-off process, but the guy came out and did everything for me without me even asking. That was awesome. Easy in, easy out, both times.

Overall, an excellent experience. Received the truck as reserved. It performed well allowing for our move. returned on a Sunday night with no need for an employee. Received the return receipt the next day via email. All in all, went exactly as it should have gone.
