The van was up-to-date with usb plus /IPhone fast charger plug ($5.95) fee for the cigarette lighter adapter, which was a great cost. The process was easy and quick (user friendly) , the van was clean, and well equipped..the staff was helpful when I had questions

Even though you rent the truck for a day you need to let them know exactly how many hours you need or you will be charged for another day. That needs to be explained to us.

the cashier is mean. the Black American cashier. The way she say things is mean. Because I was trying to get a suggestion of how many miles I should avail she said " 25 miles" but I answered that it shouldn't be that far and she said " now you tell me?" There is approproiate way to answer this kind of question. Very arrogant

First truck was out of fuel upon inspection. Second truck was issued with also incorrect fuel levels. But the biggest mishap of the day was customer service experience when making my return. When checking out, I informed the sales rep that I had a certificate that I would like to apply to this transaction. They said that would not be a problem and that I would be able to have the code applied upon check in. When returning, a worker took the keys from me and I informed them that I had a credit that I needed applied before closing out my transaction. They went ahead and closed out my contract and did not wait for me to get to the counter. Another sales rep was unable to do anything since my contract had already been closed out. This rep made sure to inform me with attitude that this was a “certificate” and not a “credit” and it was my responsibility to have it added when I made the reservation. Ultimately, I was unable to use a credit/certificate that was issued by U-Haul at this U-Haul location.

Literally the worst experience i have ever had when renting a storage unit. First off, the staff are completely disrespectful and rude, why are they allowed to degrade and harass customers and then when i called and report it there are no repercussions. Not to mention ive had to call several time on that mean white lady that works the front desk. I will be leaving a terrible yelp and google review very soon. Second, every time i went yo the storage to either put something in or take something out, they were blocking the storage entrance and when asked to move the unhauls they completely ignored me and rolled their eyes. And this happened so many times but the worst part is even after reporting all of this, uhaul did absolutely nothing about it. So shame on all of you and i will he continuing ti report you guys as well as show videos and photos of proof of what you guys did. Not to mention i was harassed by the manager who tried to get me to enter the bathroom ??!? I should have called the police

When I made reservations online I put 60 miles and also said 60 miles but supposedly clerk put 50 and I did 55 so I was charged more due to someone error when I did the calculations of the route to and from right in front of the clerk but due upon returning there was a different clerk who sent my receipt via email and also answered when I called to ask why was I charged so much I never had this problem with uhaul

I arrived 30 minutes before closing and personnel was rude and unprofessional. "I don't know if they'll help you inside cause we're closed but you could try." Than we were ignored while they were walking by us. Eventually someone sat down and helped us get a vehicle. They had a continuous attitude, and their tone and facial expressions made it obvious that we were being a "burden" to them.

I would recommend checking the trucks. The one I rented was leaking gasoline. When I went to fuel up, the gas spilled all over the floor. I wasted rental time going back to drop off the truck and get another one. The representatives did an excellent job of handling the situation I simply felt this problem could have been avoided if the truck had been previously checked thoroughly.

There was only one person working at drop off. There was a sign clearly stating to stay with the vehicle. After 10 minutes I went inside. The employee was with a customer and said he'd have to check it in later and email me a receipt, which he did. Other than that it was an easy pick up process.
