Improvement on customer service. I hadn't rented a truck in about two years, and obviously the way things are done have changed. The gentleman who assisted me pretty much gave me the keys to the truck, told me to do a walkthrough of the truck through an app and was about to leave. The truck, that I was renting, was in very close proximity to another one and I asked him to move it out, which he did. Upon returning the truck, another gentleman was simply standing there and did not say anything in regards to the check out process. I was expecting a, "I'll be right with you," or something. I simply felt that the whole process, from start to finish, was a pretty much do-it-yourself approach. I'm unsure if that is the goal of U-haul, but that is how I felt after two years of not using the company's service.JOHANNA C.
The service was good. The 26 ft truck I rented bounced and Shaked a lot. It scared me and I thought the truck was going to break down. When I returned the truck I told the the customer service person and he said he drove it before and he knows exactly what it was doing. You guys should have it checked out.Jorge R.
Was horrible. Made 7am appointment, Doors doors didn't open til 7:10 and didn't get out of there til almost 7:30, even though I was the only one there. Guy there was super pissed off, I don't blame him 100%, Uhaul is also to blame for not being able to hire him some help and for not giving Team Members the correct training.arnoldo V.

The workers were very courteous and helpful and knowledgeable I didn't like that they didn't not wash the vans I got a dirty van and I did not like that they don't do the walk around anymore you got to do it yourself so I did take a couple photos of some damage before I left a lot so I would not get charged for it okay other than that excellent I've rented already several times and I would keep renting from there very great good locationDANNY M.

exterior of truck could have been cleaner, especially the windshield. Should also have received information about the use of the "tow/haul" feature for going up and down steep grades.Janet G.
Check the cleanliness of truck before assigning it to customer especially if it's sitting at the parking lot for a while. I reported this during pick up in the app and cleaning ended up to appear in my billing as if I made it dirty. It's good that the pero son I spoke with today said she will look into it for removing it. Until it happens this is unacceptable. Thank youCEFERINO L.

The link to your address takes you to Artesia Place and not to Artesia Blvd. I spent 30 mins driving around trying to find the place because your link sends customers to the wrong address which is over a mile away. Obviously this cost me some money and time driving around until I had to do a google search on my own.Joseph S.

When I was in line to return my vehicle the general manger told the customers that he's taking lunch and I'm taking it fuck that shit. His subordinate also regarded to the customers in line in a very unprofessional manner. I would never recommend this location to anyone that conducts business or has a personal need to utilize moving equipment. I recommend restructuring this location with more upbeat and competent employees who put the customer first not their personal feelings.KERMENT G.

The employees there are super bitter and rude. The woman needs training in process and procedures. I told her I ordered online and she said I didn't, she said " well you were supposed to say ONLINE ORDER." I was lucky that the guy there asked for my order number...even though I offered to give it tovthat woman. I will not recommend that location possible this company.HUGO L.

Was charged for gas after the rep verified the truck was good. Then another rep told me manager would call us but when we called in a few days later after not getting any call, he said he wasn't told about anything. He then stated he would talk to the rep and see what happened and then call back. That was last week and still no call. Manager was super defensive and said we shouldn't have signed for confirmation then. Problem is, the receipt was sent to me even though I wasn't there and my husband didn't sign to confirm amount since it wasnt incorrect.Clifford L.

Truck smelled like throw up. Returned the truck at 7:30 pm. 10/01/21 Lady that was there was SO rude. Honking for 15-30 seconds in the parking lot because people won't move. Very unprofessional. Employees inside the bathroom for very long with the sink running. Very weird experience. Truck was okay tho. Did the job. Over pricedROBERT O.

As soon as i walked in there a guy Raymond Arias jr.looked at me as if i was going to steal something. No greetings or any word. I then aproached the counter and asked if the truck i needed was available, he looked at the screen on his computer and told me i could only rent it for two hours and i had to bring it back. Or there was no way ,i asked if he had a trailer avilable and without checking the computer he told me, no i'm all booked so i left the store sitting in my car i went online on uhaul web page and found the truck i was looking for at the same location was available for longer than i needed it so he lied, trailer was also available. Ended up getting the truck ineeded but had to go throug an hour of hassle. Iam very respectful person and didnt made a big deal about it but i lost two hours of work. I dont whish to get anybody in trouble or fired but you need to teach your employees to have more respect torwards customers and provide a good service , ihave been using Uhaul for a long time and it was all good untill now.ALBERTO E.

Uhaul called to confirm the reservation - including a hand truck and moving blankets - but when we arrived the next day to pick up the truck we were told that there were no hand trucks and we had to buy one.James H.

The gas needle was slightly below where it was indicated on the paperwork when I drove the truck off the lot .That was my fault for not complaining about it but I was in a hurry. I'll know better next time. I drove this truck 14.5 miles and was charged for 4 gallons of gas! So this marginally loaded 15 ft. truck only gets 3.6 miles to the gallon? I drove a 25 ft. U-Haul truck fully loaded while towing a large car from Ohio to California and got better gas mileage than that!RICHARD W.
