Charged me for gas even though it was filled back up to the initial spot. Took a picture to make sure before driving off. Also the location wasn't salted at all so slipped exiting the truck and banged shins against the truck leaving a bump and bruise. Normally not one to complain, but integrity and negligence is unacceptable.

Great experience. I came in for a trailer rental without a reservation. The staff was very responsive and got me on my way quickly. I had a great interaction with one of the guys that helped me hook up the trailer. He was very friendly and attentive. He had made a joke that went over my head, and when I didn't respond, he was quick to apologize and make sure I wasn't offended. I was not. He seemed like someone who puts a lot of care into his customer interactions. I didn't catch his name, but he was very personable, and performed his job well.

HOWEVER, I ordered this UHAUL via third party and even did the check in ahead of time and yet my employee was still required to have a credit card. I was told when I opened up this account it would be honored. The person at the counter who helped us was fantastic though, he was our saving grace given what could have happened.

The Uhaul phone application is really disaster and terribly developed. 1 there no option to remember username and password and auto sign it via any of build-in authentication methods. 2 return process via app is awful and complicated. It does not provide clear info about steps ahead, that cause of unnecessary steps. It confuses and brings to situation, then you can lock the cat after step, and have to unlock to take picture for next step.

Since you have a pictures of the outside of the truck, you should also have pictures of the inside of the truck, maybe even allow the renter to take pictures and upload to your site before they drive away & okay the condition. Example, the drivers side window crank in the truck I rented was broken, if I had to go in to report it, i would have been in line for a while since there was only one person working there.

Charged me for insurance when I clicked no online plus charged me $25 for the cleaning fee when I couldn't take pictures of the inside. No one told me I'll have to complete a million questions before dropping the truck off.

I reserved a truck a week in advanced. Told me it would be ready don't pick up at this location. I arrive. Truck wasn't there. They offered me a smaller one only to tell me they can't serve me or give me a truck regardless because of “server” issues. So by being a customer or uhaul this cost me money because I was supposed to make settlement the next day. So thanks to uhaul they screwed me over and ruined the “house buying” process. I've been letting everyone I know know to stay clear of uhaul. They wouldn't even offer me a credit for their inconvenience. Horrible customer service and just horrible overall service.

I feel like I was over charged for what was driven. I did a down payment for 80miles;$0.79 a mile ($63.2) + 15ft truck($29.95) and tax= $103.69. I returned the vehicle with only driving 27 miles($21.33) + 15ft truck rental($29.95)= $51.28. With tax maybe it'll become $63? On my credit card statement I was charged with an initial payment of $103.69 then after returning the vehicle, I received another charge for $78.28. Got charged twice and for the final payment seems more than it should be as mentioned earlier. Please let me know if this can be fixed. I originally reserved a 26' truck at the levittown location. However it was not available when I went to pick it up and there where no other 26' trucks anywhere locally. Luckily they were able to track down a 20' at the bensalem location. But it was extremely inconvenient! Don't think I'll be using uhaul again I always have an issue when I go to pick up the truck its MIA and I get sent to a differentl ocation!!!

The manager was amazing! He called me on a Saturday to confer about the items I wanted and we adjusted the time of pickup so he could accommodate my requests. Unfortunately, the Sunday employees were unhelpful, non-communicative, and brusque. Having arrived a few minutes after the adjusted time, one of the employees informed me he had cancelled my order because was more than hour late - the hour the manager had requested! The Sunday employees also over-charged me for the services I requested. The manager called me back later and ironed the whole thing out. Again, the manager was wonderful and made it all fine. I hope the Sunday employees find other employment.

Very personable staff. Both gentlemen that were helping us were awesome. There was a problem with the computer that took a moment to fix and we didn't care. Lol it was like I was hanging out with friends I've known a long time. The wait did not bother us at all. It wasn't anyone's fault we that it occurred. Computer is gonna computer! We were very very happy with your employees. We were also very happy with the price when we returned the truck and keys. The Brown family

Received a call 2hrs prior to us picking up truck that it broke down. Told us to go to a gas station in Wilkes Barre to pick up a truck they were selling to use. Went to Dirty gas station and man told us it was not mechanically safe to use. Called Stacey at Kingston Uhaul And put us on hold.. man at dirty gas station said he made a mistake and truck was safe. We were stuck so we took the truck. We were so stressed driving this truck afraid we were going to break down on the turnpike 2 hours away. The seatbelt dinged for 2 jours évent though it was fastened. I salée for a $50 reçu de and thé told me no!

When I rented the truck there was no moving pads in the truck, I pre-registered for them. The moving help I also inquired and hired did not show and my Credit card was billed. So I didn't get the moving pads I paid for and also didn't get the moving help.

I reserved a 26' truck, when I arrived at the location on time, their was a 26' at the location but I was told I couldn't have it and to come back in an hour. Upon returning within the requested hour, my reservation was changed to a 20'... I accepted the truck but of course it was large enough so I had to keep it a little longer then expected. I was then harassed about not returning it the very next day by phone and email as if I was not a paying customer. Terrible experience!
