Angela WThe truck I rented was in horrible condition. The mirrors did not stay in the correct spots so you had to drive like you did not have them. The transmission stuck and from 30-40 mph it didn’t increase the way it should. Horrible experience for this rental.

ROLANDO MGreat staff! Parking for your vehicle if doing a local move is not on-site. There is street parking good for two hours.

Jose LI wanted to rent the car Dolly for one day only and I was charged for two days. That is very unfair and I brought it back within the 24 hours and still got charged for two days. I will never do that again and I rented the same place before and drop off around the same area for one day And got charged for one day never again very unfair.
JOSE DDear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent U-Haul booking made today. I originally reserved the truck at 445 SE 6th Ave, Delray Beach, as the website showed availability at that location at the time of booking. However, when I arrived there to pick up the vehicle, I received a text message stating that my pickup location had been moved approximately 7 miles away, in the opposite direction of where I needed to go. This unexpected change caused significant inconvenience and additional expenses. I had to drive an extra 14 miles (7 miles each way), which led to unnecessary fuel usage and extra mileage charges. Had I been informed earlier that the original location did not have availability, I could have made alternate arrangements. I believe it is unfair for customers to bear additional costs due to last-minute logistical changes made by U-Haul. Therefore, I am requesting a refund or credit to cover: • The additional mileage charges incurred (14 miles) • The fuel costs resulting from the detour • Compensation for the inconvenience caused Please review my reservation and trip details at your earliest convenience. I can provide the booking number, receipts, and any supporting documentation if needed. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to a fair resolution and reimbursement for these avoidable expenses.

PETER CParking at this location is very difficult, the 5x8 trailer that I rented was in good mechanical condition but very dirty on the inside. The staff was very busy very early in the morning but were accommodating and friendly. Overall it was a good experience.
MIGUEL MHad a pick up reservation at 7:00am got there at 7:30am the truck I reversed was not set up for pick up. Called the 800 number they were able to get me a smaller truck. Had to make an extra trip also I reversed a furniture dolly which was not in the truck made the move difficult. Unfortunately I will not be renting anymore trucks with U-Haul after this rented in the past always was a pleasure.

JUNIOR NCustomer service needs to be improved. A certain manager or worker by the name Jade was extremely rude and unprofessional.
JOSIAS EI rented 2 Different vans and both were infested with German cockroaches. I fogged them overnight and they were still infested with roaches. Disgusting unclean unsanitary I will not be recommending this location ever!
Deanna COur recent experience at this U-Haul location was disappointing because of the lack of professionalism from one of the employees, Yamarious. When we arrived to check in our truck, he was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive, barely speaking, providing no clear instructions, and showing no courtesy or basic manners. We were simply asking questions to make sure everything was done correctly, but instead of helping, his attitude made the process frustrating and unpleasant. When we asked to speak with the manager, unfortunately she showed the same or even worse attitude, and instead of addressing our concern, she just said to another worker, “They are 38 minutes late.” Our issue was never about timing, it was about how we were treated as customers. To be fair, the employees who helped us when we first picked up the truck and when we dropped it off were courteous, respectful, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the check-in experience completely overshadowed that. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper customer service training for staff.
STEVE EI was told the vehicle had just less then half a tank when I got it.. I brought it back with the same amount of gas ( put $ in before I brought it back ) and was charge a crazy amount for gas. Unfair
David RCompletely informed people about late pickup instead of just having it on paper. That nobody reads that they're going charge you for a late drop off for $20. Which is absurd, which we were 10 minutes late? And also have better equipment. The truck drove like a tank.
BARRY Wmy contract was to drop off at your facility at Lake Worth Road just west of Congress… when I arrived at a few minutes past 6 PM the manager would not let me park the truck and leave… he said his lot was full and had no room even though my contract was written to leave truck at that location… he suggested that I go north to a facity in west palm beach… I wanted to go south… hence i ended up in Boynton Beach… worked out okay but I was already tired of driving
NORMAN Lvery good service was provided. the only concern I have is that the lot was very small and congested with few spaces to park. also it is a very awkward picking up and dropping off the trailer. usually uhaul lots have more room.

LINDA SThis has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul. The pickup location made an error, and now I’m stuck paying a $300 wrong location drop-off charge because they scheduled it as an in-town return.

HECTOR MYou over charge my credit card more them 4 times ! I was spending on average of $800 per week and I will never rent from you again! Lack of communication, lack of support and not a clear answer! I will submit a google review and a report to my bank!
edgar vReturned the truck 2 hours ahead of time at the counter asked for a receipt and I was told I was going to get a receipt by email, got nothing and I was charged an extra day, disputing the transaction, definitely not recommend
Matilde Pthey gave me a bad u-haul with a bad started i couldn’t even get anything done at all they came and picked it up but charged me extra the next when i called to ask why they left me on hold for 20 min and hung up never told me if they would give me my money back she was extra rude and nasty i will never get a rental from them again

During our interaction, he was on a speakerphone call with someone else, which made it a bit unclear whether he was addressing me or the person on the line. A little more professionalism in that area would make the service feel stronger.

Anthony pThe workers gave me the ok that the dolly was connected correctly but when I got to the car I was gonna tow once the car when up the rams the dolly disconnected from the truck and damaged the front bumper of the car I was taking.... besides that the tire dolly blew on the hwy took almost 3 hours to fix with road side.
MICHEL YThey tried to rip me off. I’m a single female and I’m sure that’s why. I was told by an employee to take a picture of my mileage. I drove 8 miles !!! Sure enough they tried to charge me 38 miles. I noticed afterwards the mileage on the paperwork didn’t match my picture. I had to have them refund it and I still got charged on my account. Now I have to dispute it. Shady business practices. I’m calling corporate.

ROSS KBack of truck was not clean, cab had ants. Otherwise, everything else was good. I feel I shouldn’t of been charged a cleaning fee as truck was not fully clean upon possession.also left fuel above 1/4
GREGORY WEverything went off without a hitch in and out in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and helpful. I know with the way things are nowadays. It'll never happen, but i'm sure they could use a raise.
