First location that I had chosen for drop off (888 S East Coast Ave, Lantana, FL) closed early the night prior, did not have a key drop box, showed up late the next morning, and then told me they couldn't deal with a 20' truck. Eagle eyed worker at the next drop off location spotted the slight scrape at the top of the truck. Just doing his job, but I was very displeased about that not being noticed prior to pickup the day prior. The charge of $683 is unreasonable by any measure.David A.

The truck I rented was not available and I was not informed before hand. Only when I insisted on a comparable truck did they deem to rent me one. I am not responsible for others not bringing their rental item back. Why was I not informed before I came? And why did the suggestion of renting another truck had to come from me? Is it because the location is in a Blsck neighborhood and that the majority of its clients are Black or Hispanic? Makes me both angry and sad. Very poor customer service.Margaret N.
Improve your billing methods, I've had 3 individual charges pending on my account for over a week. My billing should have been $77.98, but I have $91.58, $47.11 and $47.12 pending in my bank account. This wasn't our intended drop off location. The one given to me by u-haul doesn't exist. Also train your employees better. I was charged $178.75 for fuel even though I brought the truck back with a full tank. Now I have to wait days for it to be refunded.Thomas A.

The staff was really helpful and quick with check out and return. Easy process. ALL LOCATIONS need to do something about the booking process. Online took FOREVER! And the phone line had me on hold for 10 minutes before anyone answered.Erin N.
Great people work here. Trucks are always clean and ready to go. The trucks I get have blue-tooth and large screens for the back-up camera and GPS Maps for on-line directions. Can't do better.Paul L.

My last encounter was not good , I didn't take out the insurance and the mirror just blew off while I was driving down 95 south . I kind of felt it was wrong but I do understand every body is not honest . I got home with the trailer and found two pallets that I have to now dispose of. They are sitting in my garage. I thought it would come empty and clean, but I was wrong. I do not recommend this location as they do not inspect as they should.Daniel T.

To many people's annoyance, I. am assiduously clean, neat, and orderly; following a high standard that most people find impossible to meet. I have high expectations. I inspect motel rooms with a white glove. I pack spray cleaners when I travel. When I returned my truck, yesterday, I mentioned to the manager that it seemed the windshield wasn't quite clean when I picked up the truck. His response shocked me. He gave me a deep discount and made an apology. From now on, I will do business with that branch, and no other.Paul L.

Make sure what is on the customers order is in the truck when they pick it up. I ordered a dolly and half a dozen moving blankets and the truck was empty in the back. Once cannot check the back of the truck as it is backed up on the lot into a wall next to the train tracks.Denise S.

An associate was suppose to contact me by 6:00pm the night before, to confirm the availability and location where I was to pick up the trailer on Sunday. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL! I placed an additional twelve unanswered calls to the facility. This type of service and communication makes for a restless nights sleep not knowing if the equipment will be available or not. This type of service is unacceptable and I would not recommend using this facility.Richard S.

The lady who I saw when I picked up the u-haul gave me no info what so ever. She had me sign a paper and handed me the keys. She gave me the it would cost .69Â¢ per mile and when I returned it, I was charged $1.19 per mile. She also never mentioned anything about filling it up with gas, she just told me to return it before 10:30am. So when I returned it I was charged $4.00 per gallon for gas. I was really confused when I returned it as I was given no info the night before and when I explained this to the lady working in the morning (she was great btw), she knew the lady I was taking about, and apparently she never gives anyone correct information. Because of this I was charged $50 over my estimated price. No only that, but the truck was disgusting, the passenger door handle was broken, there was trash in the truck, it smelled like cigarettes, and the drivers sun shield was broken and laying on the floor. I have rented multiple uhauls in my life and this was by far the worst experience I've had.LAURA W.
