Did not reserve me a "motorcycle" trailer and got wrong type. Hitch pin was not secured and almost fell out. Need to educate people on trailer types and proper hook-up.

This location we're shorthanded staff. There was only one counter help staff member on a Sunday morning at 9 AM . It is a little ridiculous knowing that people move on Friday Saturdays and Sunday and Tony have one staff member working is totally inconvenience . I even reserve my trailer online with a 9:15 pick up time. Even though I reserved my trailer via the Internet gave all my information including my credit card I still had to wait in the hour line. The staff were very nice but it was still in the convenience of having to wait one hour when you reserve a trailer at 9:15 in the morning. The statement speed up the process doesn't apply even if you reserve your item online. Customer should be able to take the reservation outside and get their necessary vehicle or trailer if they go ahead and plan ahead by doing the reservation. Outside staff should have some type of tablet with all the information that you can check out in the parking lot without even having to go inside. Only did I have to wait for others who have not reserved your trailer or truck and go through the whole process I also had to deal with customers who are buying packing supplies that have nothing to do with any U-Haul vehicles. Rent from uhaul several times a year and by far this was the worst set up. At least they should have a express checkout for people who reserve online maybe even a self kiosk. Thanks

This location did well. Our original reservation was at 1011 NW Pine Ave. We reserved a trailer only to arrive and find they didn't have it. No one bothered to call us. Had to drive across town to another location in rush hour traffic

When I called for reservation they said I could drop it off on Sunday they all have drop off boxes. Was not the case when I got the truck. So really paid for a day that I didn't need. 2nd is wait of line only one person handling customers the line was too the door. Waited a hour before I recieved truck so the early check in on line is no good because your waiting to get to check out. And truck was clean but the steering was so loose to much play in the wheel. Would not refer this location.

The truck stop running , called roadside assistance very good service, they were always in contact with me, like a miracle the truck start running again, returned to the shop, they were worry also. Excelent service, very happy.

I was charged for going over my miles, I am not sure whose fault it is. However, I drove the UHaul directly from one spot to the other. I feel that I was cheated especially that I only had the Uhaul for less than a few hours. Plus it was hard to return the truck

Had a 1030 appt. Arrived to discover they had a 90 min backup. Then Mercedes Morris.took another car ahead of mine. Never called me to tell me about delays. It took 4 hours to get the hitch installed--not one word of apology. Horrible management and they DO NOT CARE about their customers or appointments. Go to another location.

I made an online reservation,picked up the smaller truck,and was informed I had to return it @ 7. I let them know there was no way I'd be there that early as I would be moving late into the night,but said I'd try by 930. Well,I got a nasty call & was told there were other customers waiting on the truck with reservations,but I had a reservation too so,I don't feel I should've been charged an entire day. This location is double booking trucks to increase sales,good for Uhaul,bad customer service!

Originally I was supposed to return the truck and dolly to Kidtuitive Inc. at 4775 N Congress Ave, Boynton Beach, Fl 33426. I drove to the specified address and couldn't locate it so I called the number for Kidtuitive Inc. on the contract. He was very unprofessional the whole time answering the phone with only "Hello?" giving no indication that he was a company, not including the fact that he was a U-Haul location and then asked me (in his words) "Who are you?". I was told I couldn't drop off my equipment at that location because it was under construction and that I had to either go to Delray Beach, FL or Lake Worth, FL. Both areas would have added at least 10 miles to my already limited mileage that I was given had the mileage on my contract not been incorrect. Plus there were two other U-Haul locations in Boynton Beach that he could have directed me to instead. I called U-Haul customer service and they set me up with U-Haul of Boynton Beach as my drop off location. U-Haul of Boynton Beach is a prime example of how every U-Haul location should be. They were quick and efficient and very helpful. Overall I'm very disappointed with my U-Haul experience and I'm going to make sure my family and friends know all about it.

The transmission on the 9' cargo van slipped a little. We also wanted to look at a vehicle manual to operate the many features, but no manual to be found. We rented in Florida, warm. The Air conditioning was not cool enough. But, the reservation was easy, the pick up and drop off very easy. The people were very friendly, price was reasonable. Overall a good experience.

When I dropped the truck they told me there was a mistake with the contract and they make me call the office in Clermont Florida I have to wait almost an hour for the problem to be fixed

My trucks tires were bald and my trucks battery was shot. I picked up the truck and parked it, when I went to move it, because I was blocking 4 cars - it wouldn't start. Uhaul road side assistance said it would take an hour and a half for someone to come out. I spent over an hour on the phone with three different road side representatives to find out they had to hire an outside company because they had nobody within their road side assistance department available. When the tow truck representative came out, he said he had never worked with Uhaul before and they must have been desperate for help. It took him over 20 minutes to jump start a battery that he said "was shot - it was full of rust and the truck should not have been on the road. When he finally got the truck to start, he told me not to turn it off or else it would not start again. He also said he would call Uhaul to let them know this truck should not be on the road. No one followed up with me from road side assistance, and when I brought my vehicle back the Uhaul representative said no one called them! When the representative checked in the truck - come to find out he was very familiar with the broken down truck and he manually placed it on hold. I have a strong feeling this truck is still on the road. The next day I called the manager, Mercedes and left her a message....she never called back. I tried again later in the afternoon and was transferred to her. She answered the phone as if I was calling her cell phone...."hello". Not hello this is Mercedes with Uhaul how can I help you....Just a rude, "you are bothering me, snotty "hello". I asked her if she was the manager and her response was "yes"...nothing else. I then asked her if she received my message...her response was "no". I find that highly unlikely because the gentlemen who took the message was very friendly and accommodating...he was so accommodating he took ALL of my information down including the reason for my call which was a complete refund for my experience. After speaking to this rude Mercedes, I believe the gentlemen gave her the message and she did not want to deal with me or the terrible situation. After I told Mercedes everything that happened, there was no I am so sorry this happened, no confirmation the truck was being repaired and not on the road...nothing except a bad attitude or silence. The only questions he asked is if I completed my move and why didn't someone replace the battery. I was able to answer the first question and frankly she should have been able to answer the second question. How would I know why they didn't do their job and fix the vehicle instead of telling me some half rigged response of "just keep the truck running". When I told her I completed my move her snotty response was "...so you completed your move and you want a full refund?" When I said YES of course, her response was "well I can give you a VIP voucher", in a condescending tone. I have never had an experience with such a nasty "manag

I expect my gas tank to be full, so I don't have to stop for gas before I return the van. This was not the case and was very annoying and will cause to me look elsewhere next time!!! Plus, the refilling is much easier if I know I have to fill it up fully, rather than guessing how much I have to put in to fill it up to 3/4 or so!

The service at the facicility was slow and not helpful. I attempted to call them several times only to be transferred to the call center. The call center was useless since they need to to contact the facility for the answer to my question. My name an number where taken down several times and I was promised a call back, which never happened. The truck was in poor conditions an in need of some maintenance, it was pulling to both sides, I was all over the road. I am very dissatisfied with with uhaul service and equipment, especially for what the final charge was! The advertised low price for the truck is just a gimmick!

Very tight, rented 6x12 trailer ok, returning very very very difficult, trucks for rent blocking retuning Lane had to back onto busy Street and then back into very tight lot many customers cars propane tanks and little help would not rent from here again but will tell story to everybody I know, not fun at all ,

Worked with my needs and even able to get my truck on time, despite a major complication issue he had to deal with concerning another customer that dropped off a truck and blocked the only road/lane for all other trucks. He was great and very happy customer.
