JAMES KThe initial rent process went okay, however the issues began after I returned the vehicle. I received a call from one of the people of the store saying I broke one of the mirrors of the truck, and although I had paid for insurance, I'd need to pay for a $250 deductible. I explained the damage was there when I picked up the truck, but the representative said there was nothing to do because in the images I took of the vehicle, I did not get a clear image of the damage. I asked the representative to check for damages from a rental previous to mine, and he said he couldn't because the van was one of the "newer ones." This prompted me to go back to the location, and while driving I got a call where the representative said the damage was already there and I didn't have to pay. I explained that they should look at previous history before making accusations, and the representative became extremely aggressive and yelled at me "well then don't come back to this f*cking location" and hung up. I will never come back to this location nor recommend it, and I hope they get better client service down the road because this is no way to treat customers.
RAFAEL PThe passenger side seat belt didn't work. Luckily we were close to home..it worked..then we had dinner before unloading. From.the restaurant to the house it locked and wouldn't work
SUSAN AScammer and bad liars, and some of employees are RASIST. Be super cautious, record your conversations (no matter in person or over the phone) and take pictures of every inches of the rental car. Make sure you take pictures of mileage and gas. Oh btw, pay attention in a small but pretty important details, when you take the car it always parked facing to south, and when you return it make sure it’s facing south too, otherwise be ready to pay for missing at last 2gl gas. U-Haul, you are so cheap, “s*ck my d*ck”

JOHN WIt’s time for U-haul to invest in back- up cameras. I have spent much of the last 20 years driving trucks and large vehicles and the importance of the area behind your vehicle cannot be overstated! You may already have cameras in some of your vehicles, but this one did not, and there is a significant blind area behind the vehicle. With the focus you appear to have on damage to the vehicle, I would think you would want to address that area of concern. The majority of damages to a vehicle occur when they are in reverse.
THOMAS TThis location is GREAT! I am so glad they have the new RAM cargo vans with the high roof - I won't rent anything else! The Chevy Van's are so bad in comparison!

WILLIAM MThe truck was dirty on the outside, inside was ok. Worst was windshield was dirty on the outside and streaked on the inside - very unsafe, especially traveling into the early morning sunshine, had to stop and clean it myself.
PAUL WA busy Sunday morning but the staff was very efficient in getting everyone checked in and on their way. Similarly, on the return, the truck inspection and final payment process was quick and friendly. The rental truck was old, with 120,000 miles on it, but the rental experience was great.
DESMOND WThe young kid that checked me in and out really needs a brush up in customer service and manners. He’s pretty rude, and at that young age seems to be sick of his job. He’s got a lot to learn. Never going back to that location
ARMAN PThis U-Haul was very well established and equipped. The staff was super friendly and quick. It was great going in the later part of the afternoon for a quick move of some light furniture. Easy to book online using the app or over the phone.
VICTORIA BLocation is great. But service wise it’s a big difference between California and for example Portland.
MARTIN FThey charged me for cleaning fee of $25 and I have no idea for what, also the car was shaking as soon as I drive more than 30 miles hour, I also fuel extra by mistake more gas than i suppose to for return they didn’t even gave me credit for that
VAHAN Ai just got home and im hit with a missing/damage charge of $120. I will pay the location a visit tomorrow morning to see what the damage or missing item is.

VALERI CYou used to provide clean vehicles to your customers, but I have not seen this in my past three rental experiences. I hope this will change in the future.
VALOD NUpon arrival no one from the staff was available. They were all congregating elsewhere. When they appeared they were rude and extremely unhelpful. The truck was at zero gas Horrible experience

GUILLAUME MI love the RAM cargo vans - you need to keep those coming - MUCH better than the GMC vans.
JOHN BI had to wait 10 mins for someone to help me then it was well over an hour before I got my statement. The person working at the facility moved so slow and was not very helpful.

Viswak DBoth the person who helped at the counter in the beginning and who checked me back in at the end were thorough, helped me understand the billing and helped the whole process. Great experience and good job to them. Please have supervisors commend them.
JENNIFER KThey charged me for insurance without informing me. When I asked them to explain the price to me (why’s it so expensive?), they simply said prices went up - no mention of insurance at all. I was charged 50% more because of insurance - which I didn’t need!! When I dropped the truck off, I insisted on getting an itemized receipt, which is when I saw the insurance charge! I complained to the woman at the front but she said there was nothing she could do (that’s understandable). Very very upset at this shady business practice. Shame on you U-haul - you should ask people IF they want insurance before including it by default. I have my own insurance and was charged for no reason. I will not be using this shady service again.

Hayk TI had ordered like $100 worth of moving stuff on accident somehow when I only needed the van and the dolly/mats, and the man working was SO sweet and helpful, immediately fixed the issue without making me feel like a complete dunce. I never got his name, but the man working around 12:30 on 11/15 really helped us out! Van and premises were very clean and well maintained.

KELLY KI’ve rented here 3 times and it’s normally “fine” but the trucks are wrecked so make sure you get the insurance or they will try to blame you for their junk. They purposely park next to a wall so you can get clean pictures of the rig before you move it. CAREFUL! Don’t let them burn you like they are trying to do to me.

I rented the Box Truck from Edwin and returned it with Matthew’s help! Both of them are Genuinely good energy? The truck that I rented was brand new :) it was both clean and comfortable to drive! I appreciate that it really helped me get the job done that I needed it for! I had a really good experience all around :)! Enjoy your day…Rob
