KIRSHAN OI had difficulty removing the key from the ignition on nearly every time i turned the vehicle off. It was frustrating and the next user will probably be frustrated too.
GREGORY Kit was good the young lady helped me download the pictures of the truck find some way to make it easier for someone older to do that because some older people don’t know how to do all of that it felt like i was doing they work

RICARDO OWhen we went outside to locate truck, it was blocked in. So we called for someone to help us thru the garage and the same lady that just helped us, yelled and told us we shouldn't be in here, but the truck was parked right by the garage that's why we stepped inside for help. Plus she asked my husband rudely where did he get the little 4 wheeler from and I told her from my car.... her attitude was terrible. She angrily unblocked the truck and went back inside..
WENDY WShort staffed and need better customer service. Walked in with one couple in front of us. While a person behind the desk swiping on the phone till I believe a manager walked in (young woman) walked in. Called out that I was returning a rental. He got off his personal phone and took my paperwork.

KENNETH HTerrible Customer Service – Night Shift Employee Was Extremely Rude I had an awful experience at this facility due to a very rude night shift worker. He was responsible for parking U-Hauls after they were dropped off. When I politely asked if he could move one that was blocking my way, he not only refused but also deliberately took his time moving other trucks that weren’t even in the way. He sat in each vehicle for long periods, clearly just to make me wait. I was stuck there for 20 minutes because of his attitude. This kind of treatment toward a paying customer is completely unacceptable. A professional employee would have handled this situation with common courtesy, but instead, I was met with hostility and unnecessary delays. I won’t be using this facility again, and I highly recommend others think twice before doing so. Management needs to seriously reconsider who they hire. Never again will I use this facility.

WANDA TMorning shift is very courtesy. Had to return the first truck rental. The young lady switched it out with no problem. The second rental truck as we begin all day on the road front headlight not working. Did not want to keep the truck out tonight had to return it early, and complete what I needed to do under the rental. I feel due to the circumstance of the truck and condition no front headlight the left passenger front headlight not working. Yet I was charged full price for incomplete job that I had scheduled to use the truck for. Second shift no consideration customers waiting for a long time due to personal call on phone. Not very courtesy very enchilad attitude.... I'm a 66-year-old female many years of retail management. The Young generation working in customer service very poor. I guess this is the time we're living in. Thank you for hearing as my concerns.

MICHELLE CIt was very difficult to get out of the parking spot in out of the lot. There was a truck parked right behind us in the opposite direction. Also, the tank was empty.. first thing before we could do anything. was put gas in it.

Ahmed AWorkers should better explain rental contract and all that's included instead of expecting customers to read small signs in obscure locations and then charging fees when they didn't see them.
